Inside St. John's Cathedral, Father Terence was somewhat exhausted, slumped on a bench in the nave. Magdalena came out from behind, and unlike when she was in front of Imir, she was unusually cautious when alone with Father Terence.

Father Terence closed his eyes and shook his head, "Young people these days, they really are..."

Magdalena carefully walked to the front of Father Terence and asked softly, "Father, did Imir refuse your invitation?"

Thinking about the conversation with Imir, Father Terence felt a throbbing in his temples. He shook his head and said, "Don't worry about it, he will join the Watchers. By the way, has the one who descended upon you left?"

Magdalena nodded respectfully and then asked, "You didn't tell Imir that the demon lord Mephisto from Hell has already set his sights on him? Without the glory of God, he is likely to be tempted and fall into darkness."

Although she didn't think much of Imir's strength, her hope of finding the Spear of Longinus still rested on him, which made her nervous.

Father Terence opened his eyes with a strange expression, "Don't worry, Magdalena. Imir has a hidden power that we don't know about... Hey, this bad boy is already quite fallen. He doesn't need Mephisto's temptation; he is a true demon..."

It seemed that Father Terence was really upset by Imir. Magdalena chuckled a few times, but her cold and stern face showed no sign of amusement, "Father, you are being insincere. If Mephisto wasn't secretly watching Imir, would you have let him go so easily? Under the enmity of the devil, he will soon realize that only by basking in the glory of God can he find true peace. He will come back to you, won't he?"

Father Terence innocently blinked a couple of times, looking as simple as an old man with dementia who was living in a nursing home, lost in thought under the afternoon sun, "Magdalena, you really are not very likable."

Subtly, the corners of Father Terence's mouth twitched, and Magdalena even suspected that her hearing was faulty. She heard Father Terence mutter, "Damn, kids these days are too smart and sensitive, this is no fun at all!"

A loud "bang" drowned out Father Terence's muttering as the door of St. John's Cathedral was kicked open. The attendant who had been waiting for Imir at the door was thrown inside the hall, his forehead clearly bruised.

"Father, I found this woman sneaking around outside the church. I wanted to ask about her identity," the attendant reported pitifully from the ground.

A voluptuous woman stepped over the fallen door, standing alone at the entrance. Her full red lips, beautiful face, and flowing long hair all exuded youthful vitality.

Her attire was incredibly sexy, with black thigh-high boots and black thigh-high stockings tightly wrapping her strong and shapely legs. Above them was a beautiful expanse of bare skin, the tight and white thighs in this small area were irresistible.

A black tight leather jacket with a spread-eagle emblem was snugly fitted to her curvaceous body, perfectly showcasing her figure. However, due to her large chest, it seemed as if her breasts might burst out of the jacket at any moment.

"SHIELD agent!" Magdalena's eyes narrowed, quickly recognizing the woman's identity from the spread-eagle emblem.

However, it was strange that SHIELD agents usually acted with meticulous planning. Why would only one person appear at St. John's Cathedral? Magdalena had been ordered to tail the SHIELD agent from the Arctic Ocean to New York, and it was hard to ensure that her movements hadn't been detected.

But Magdalena didn't feel anxious at all, and she stared back at the woman at the entrance.

The woman glanced around the hall, seeing Father Terence smiling at her, and said somewhat embarrassedly, "Sorry, Father, I'm here to find my brother. I've never seen this gentleman in the church before, so I was a bit rude."

The attendant had just been transferred from the Vatican headquarters by Father Terence and had been blocking the entrance, which was why the woman was so anxious.

He wanted to check the woman's identity but didn't expect her "combat power" to be so strong, a side kick that sent both him and the door flying.

Father Terence seemed to already know the woman and nodded, "Imir has already gone back. If you hurry, you might still catch him on the road."

The woman was also curious why her brother would come to the church in the middle of the night, but then she thought that Father Terence was his mentor, and perhaps the priest had something for Imir to do.

Confirming that Imir was safe, the woman smiled at the poor attendant and apologized. She then placed her hands together, bowed slightly to Father Terence, and slowly walked towards the door, lowering her guard.

Magdalena snorted coldly and asked, "Father, who is she?"

Father Terence smiled, "Kathleen Longinus, Imir's sister. I think you two will become good friends." Kathleen's ears twitched as she was about to leave; she wasn't particularly interested in the nun hidden under the hood.

Walking out with her back turned, she felt Magdalena's gaze, which seemed to carry a subtle hostility, making her back feel uneasy. This was indeed a strange nun; at their first meeting, Kathleen and Magdalena had already given each other poor impressions, and these poor impressions couldn't be easily erased by a few words from Father Terence.

"Imir's sister, a SHIELD agent?" Magdalena became cautious. She had no good feelings towards SHIELD, which had discovered the Cosmic Cube. Father Terence patted Magdalena's shoulder, "Don't worry, the identity of SHIELD agents is strictly confidential, even Imir doesn't know."

Not everyone could recognize Kathleen's identity from the emblem on her clothes, but this was also because she had never worn this outfit in front of Imir. Otherwise, Imir, who had seen "The Avengers" in his previous life, would have recognized the SHIELD emblem.

Looking at Magdalena, who seemed to be subtly hostile towards Kathleen, Father Terence smiled lazily and comforted her, "SHIELD is not our enemy. You just need to find a way to keep the Cosmic Cube dormant."

That was true; if it weren't for SHIELD retrieving the Cosmic Cube from the Arctic Ocean, the Church and American agents would have been two separate worlds with no intersection. However, how much of Father Terence's words would dispel Magdalena's hostility was uncertain. She bowed her head and silently prayed, "The glory of God forever shines upon us."
