"Sure enough, still lacking experience... meow."

Even without the advantage of an onlooker's clear perspective, Wenlong could easily see that Catherine's attack was clearly at the wrong time and place! At the same moment, the beaver creature suddenly turned around, and only then did Catherine realize that a clay block as big as a millstone was flying toward her from behind the beaver.

Since Catherine was facing the beaver head-on, she couldn't see the beaver's tail scooping up the soil from behind. It was understandable that she didn't consider this possible attack, but if she had more experience fighting beavers, she wouldn't have made such a mistake.

"猫先生……" 有那么一瞬间，Catherine真的想向文龙求救，但话到嘴边，Catherine还是把差点说出口的话吞了回去。

"不行，绝对不能让猫先生失望……" Catherine如此想到。

"即使下半身被泥土困住，无法马上脱身，但至少手还是可以动的，只要手能够动，对付这所谓的河狸兽就没有问题！"

凭借自己的蛮力，Catherine硬是将被泥土覆盖的大剑抽出。结果，刚摆出防御姿势，就与卷成球形滚过来的河狸兽撞到了一起！Catherine瞬间感受到自己的双手承受到了比之前还要巨大得多的力量！

如果说之前的河狸兽只是用爪子进行攻击的话，那个时候的Catherine还能足够支撑其防御，但当这只河狸兽不再只是用爪子攻击，而是将整个身体的重量和惯性都算在其中的话，即使是Catherine也感觉自己快要支撑不住了。

"嘭！"

原本利爪和大剑相撞时发出的清脆声音变成了整个肉体和大剑相撞时更加沉重的声音，同时因为下半身被松软而又有粘性的泥土所困住，无法根据对方的冲击力随时调整自己的重心，结果就是Catherine整个人都被撞飞了出去！然后又摔倒在了地上！

在地上滚了几圈的Catherine非常狼狈，但即使如此，Catherine还是觉得自己还算幸运。毕竟刚刚的河狸兽像一个球体一样高速滚过来，只是被弹飞了还算好，如果是不小心倒在地上被其从身体上碾压过去的话，恐怕只会落得一个非死即伤的结果。

然而河狸兽的攻击依然没有结束，在停下来之后，平时四肢着地的河狸兽竟然直立起身子，顷刻间，原本就巨大的河狸兽看起来更加巨大，站立起来的身影甚至给人一种无形的压迫感！

然后下一秒，河狸兽的整个身体就像是一座小山一般朝着Catherine压了过来。

"怎么办？" 虽然只是很短的一瞬间，但在Catherine的脑海中就好像有什么东西被打开了一样，突然冒出了三个不同的选项。Catherine知道，这在以前是绝对不可能发生的事情，仅仅是在几天前，Catherine还曾经因为一只大野猪朝着自己冲了过来就吓得捂住了眼睛，那个时候的Catherine遇到危险的时候别说是想出什么对策了，说是完全一片空白也毫不为过。

但是现在，Catherine的大脑在遇到危机的时候不仅没有当机，反而高速运转，同时考虑到了好几种应对危险的情况。

"明明情况已经很危险，但大脑却可以比平时更加迅速地进行思考，这大概就是这些天来多次身入险境之后的结果吧？" Catherine不禁这么想着，"只是，如果是猫先生的话，这个时候会做出怎样的决断呢？"

摆在Catherine面前的选项有三个。

第一个选项，趁着巨大的河狸兽身体还没压下来，马上从地上爬起来，然后躲开。

"这样的话肯定不行，只怕是自己还没来得及从地上爬起来，对方就已经压了过来……从时间上来说不允许！"

第二个选项，马上举起手中的巨骨大剑挡住河狸兽的这一招。

"估计也不行，河狸兽利用自己整个身体的重量一起压下来的招数威力十分巨大，能不能挡得住先不说，就算是挡住了自己也会陷入绝对的被动，接下来的战斗恐怕就很难进行反击而只有挨打的份了……"

那么第三个选项，先不急着起身，而是利用翻滚躲开河狸兽的攻击，再起身寻找机会反击。

"没错，猫先生也一定会这样做的！"

同一时刻，Catherine的身体马上做出了反应，往一边滚去的同时，河狸兽的巨大身体也压了下来。

"轰隆！" 如地动山摇一般，Catherine感觉到连大地都在颤抖。

这甚至让Catherine在想："现在的自己如果不是躺着而是站着的话，恐怕连脚下都会变得不稳吧。还好是做出了优先翻滚躲避的决定，否则后果将不堪设想！"
