"Xiaohong, this gentleman says he called this morning to reserve room 32. Is that correct?" the front desk asked.

Xiaohong paused, thinking, then suddenly looked up, "Yes, that's right."

"Yes, it's him," the staff member nodded. The voice on the phone was slightly different from in person, but she could still recognize it.

"Really?" The front desk staff member was surprised. If there was a reservation, how could there be another guest in the room?
