I snap back to reality.

The situation remains unchanged, still buried in the clouds.

With no change at all, I end up reflecting on my life instead of the events.

Recalling the reality of my death,

"Ah, so this is what they call a life flashing before your eyes."

I understand.

I thought back for a long time, but to be honest, it was a rather ordinary life.

The last six months were terrible, but other than that, it was a mundane life with nothing particularly noteworthy.

I wanted to get married at least once, but I tried to accept that there was nothing left to cling to.

As I absentmindedly pondered, something caught the corner of my eye.

Looking over, I saw a gal guy.

I don’t know what makes him different from a chara guy, but he’s a gal guy.

He’s a dazzlingly handsome guy with natural-looking white hair, yet he’s a gal guy.

He’s wearing a sleeveless one-piece dress-like outfit, but he’s a gal guy.

He’s tanned, with a voluminous hairstyle, and he’s jingling with so many accessories that his shoulders must be sore.

The gal guy stopped about five meters in front of me, checked the clouds, and shouted,

"Hey, you stupid goddess! You did it again, didn’t you?! This time, I won’t forgive you!!!"

In response to the gal guy’s anger, the clouds around us turned dark, and lightning struck nearby multiple times.

"Ah!!"

I didn’t feel the pain, but the shock and the lightning so close made me scream.

"Huh?!"

My scream finally made the gal guy notice my presence, and he approached me curiously.

"Huh? Why are you buried there?"

"That’s what I want to know. I thought I was dead, but I ended up buried here. Is this not the afterlife?"

"Huh? The afterlife? Hmm, let me think..."

Although we can understand each other’s words, we can’t understand each other’s context.

The gal guy walked around for a while, looked up, down, and around, put his hand up, and muttered something,

"Wow, that stupid goddess! She finally did it! After all I said!! Stupid, stupid, stupid!!"

He shouted.

Having calmed down a bit after his outburst, he returned to me and said,

"Well, in our jurisdiction, there’s a terrible goddess called the Stupid Goddess. She got hooked on a game called a 'otome game' from your world and decided to make it real, so she started messing with her world."

"Wait, wait, goddess, jurisdiction, world..."

"Yeah, yeah, this is a different world of gods, and I’m a god too."

The gal guy sitting in front of me, who looks like a god, is indeed a god.

His way of speaking isn’t like a gal guy, but I can’t help but wonder why he looks this way.

"Anyway, to continue, the Stupid Goddess initially played with the human race in her world, but eventually, to fulfill her desires, she started summoning souls from other worlds, and this is the third time. Connecting different worlds is extremely dangerous, but the Stupid Goddess doesn’t understand the risks at all!"

As he explained, his anger towards the Stupid Goddess flared up again, and he started pounding the cloud ground. I can feel it even though I’m buried, so I wish he would stop.

"Ah, sorry. Anyway, to put it simply, you got caught up in it. Because she repeatedly did something that shouldn’t be done, a hole opened in the world, and you were brought here along with the girl she wanted to summon."

"Other world, caught up, hole in the world..."

I can’t grasp the scale of it.

And it’s all because of the Stupid Goddess’s hobby.

"What will happen to me now? And is my original world safe?"

"For now, there’s no need to worry. Since only the world of gods is connected, it won’t affect your original world immediately."

I was relieved to hear that.

My younger siblings and nephews seem to be safe.

"About your future, you will serve as evidence."

"Evidence? I don’t even understand my situation yet?"

"Don’t worry, that’s fine. Just your presence is enough as evidence. This is the third time she’s summoned, but the first two times, the summoned girls fully adapted to the world before anyone realized they were summoned, so there’s no evidence."

"Wasn’t there anything? A huge event like a hole opening in the world, and no one noticed?"

"Well, there are a few suspicious points, but when I point them out, she dodges and pretends she doesn’t know! Plus, the Stupid Goddess is good at schmoozing with the higher gods, so she gets away with it! But this time, you are the evidence! Thank you!! Now we can condemn that Stupid Goddess! Hahaha, Hahaha, Hahaha!"

The gal guy laughed heartily, clearly having held it in for a long time.

"So, what about me?"

"Haha? Right, right. You will be reborn. If you stay here, your soul will be eliminated as a foreign object. Even though you were caught up in the Stupid Goddess’s actions, it’s not acceptable for a god to let a soul be eliminated meaninglessly."

"Reborn as a new life? Or possess something? Will my memories be reset?"

"No, no, no! Keep your memories! If they were reset, you wouldn’t be evidence! Resetting memories is also a form of memory cleansing, and if that happens, you would be counted as a soul of this world, making it impossible to distinguish you from the other souls! You will be reborn as yourself! I will create a new body for you, so don’t worry."

"Ah, I see. Even if I could return to my original world, my death can’t be undone, and I don’t have any special mission or purpose, right?"

"No, not really. If there is one, it would be to live out your natural lifespan."

"Then, I’ll be reborn."

"Thank you! Your new body will automatically connect to you once you leave this world of gods. I’ll make it stronger than a regular human, so enjoy this world. And..."

"Whaaaaat!!!"

A voice came from above, interrupting the gal guy’s words.

The gal guy and I looked up in surprise, and a man descended. He looked familiar to me.

But before I could confirm, the man rushed at me, and we both fell through the clouds.

We fell through the clouds with a whoosh and landed on another cloud.

We fell on top of each other, but fortunately, it was a cloud, so we didn’t feel any pain. When we separated and looked, the man who fell was indeed someone I knew well, Sanrikuzuya Suke.

We stared at each other in shock without a word.

"Hey! Where did you guys come from?! How did you just barge in?! Who gave you permission to come in?!"

A woman with long white hair in a braid, thick glasses that made me wonder if she could see, and a sleeveless one-piece dress, was shouting in a high-pitched voice. She was sitting at a table, eating a cracker and drinking tea.

She had a beautiful figure, but she exuded a terrible aura.

"BL is not allowed! A BL with a mob face is not at all appealing! BL and otome games are only meaningful when done by handsome people! It’s fun to watch! Get out, you mob! Don’t look at me, you mob!!"

She shouted one-sidedly, put down her tea, and waved her hand at us.

We were blown away by an invisible force.

We fell through the clouds again, and a white hole suddenly appeared below us.

We fell without resistance.

In the pitch-black hole, I somehow knew that Suke was ejected at some point, but I lost consciousness immediately after and couldn’t help him.
