The four of us family were sitting at the table having breakfast in silence with the television showing the news about someplace in the city as the background sound. My father, my little sister and I were donned in our work outfit and school uniform respectively (that was the rule for us, wearing uniform and work outfit) while my mother, who had a part time job in the afternoon, went about with her usual things.

“I’m home. I went straight home after school.”

My little sister blushed. She looked so adorable when she was being shy like this. It made me feel like teasing her.

“Then, should we put an end to this?”

I was being half-serious. I felt like we were starting to lose control of our emotions.

My little sister said with a resentful look on her face.

“Onii-chan, have you taken a girl out of her school uniform before?”

My little sister, who had been acting shy and demure so far, took a drastic turn and started saying some very bold things.

I was perplexed at the sudden change of her demeanor.

It was as if some sort of switch was flipped inside my little sister. Now that she had come to this, she wouldn’t listen to anything I said.

I encircled my arms around my little sister, trying to unhook the clip on the back. When I encircled my arms around her from the front like this, we were being very close, it looked like I was hugging her.
