Chapter 81

These past few days have really kept Liu Yunxuan busy. It took him four more days to finally complete all the handover procedures.

Robert and Charlie were also exhausted.

"Andy, if I keep this up for a few more days, I'll have to go and meet that old man upstairs," Charlie said, lying on the sofa.

"Oh, Charlie, don't you find it exciting?" Liu Yunxuan said, drinking freshly squeezed watermelon juice.

Although these past few days were tiring, everyone had been in a state of high excitement. It wasn't until everything was done that they felt deeply fatigued.

"Damn, my new car should have arrived, and I completely forgot about it," Liu Yunxuan said, remembering that the delivery time for his Ford F150 was a week, and it had been over ten days.

"When did you buy the car? How come we didn't know?" Robert asked, sitting on the side. He remembered that they had been busy with the Grizzly Ranch all this time, and Liu Yunxuan hadn't bought a car.

"I ordered it a while ago, a Ford F150. Come on, let's go see my new car," Liu Yunxuan said, then directly pulled Charlie and Robert towards the garage.

"Cool, it's a real fierce beast," Charlie said involuntarily when the garage door opened and he saw the large vehicle parked inside.

"Truly a beautiful beast," Robert also praised.

Liu Yunxuan looked at it with great fondness, "Let's take it for a spin," he said.

The three of them drove around outside for a while before returning to the ranch.

"Andy, this beast is really well-modified," Robert said, patting the car body.

When he was driving, he felt the handling was very smooth, and the car's interior was also well-equipped.

"If you like it, I'll give each of you one," Liu Yunxuan said in a generous manner.

"No, no, no, I still prefer sedans," Robert shook his head, and Charlie also said he preferred supercars.

"Yunxuan, are all the matters settled?" Michelle asked as she walked over, seeing them return from their drive.

"Michelle, everything is settled. The Grizzly Ranch is now ours," Liu Yunxuan said happily, looking at Michelle.

Michelle had been busy with Professor Lyle's research and helping with the management of the Garden Ranch, including cleaning the Flame.

"Michelle, you've worked hard these past few days," Liu Yunxuan said affectionately.

"It's no big deal. Garcia and the others handled it well. What do you plan to do with the Grizzly Ranch?" Michelle asked.

The management team of the Grizzly Ranch was sent by the investment company. Now that Liu Yunxuan had acquired it, those people had returned, and he needed to reassign them.

"Let's go back. We'll call everyone over for dinner tonight and discuss it after we eat," Liu Yunxuan said after some thought.

Dinner was very sumptuous, and everyone gathered together, creating a lively atmosphere.

"Boss, today's dinner is really delicious," the fertilizer plant manager, Blake, praised after the meal.

This was his first time dining at the Garden Ranch, and he was very happy.

"Blake, feel free to come over when you have free time," Liu Yunxuan said.

"Boss, I'm afraid I won't have much free time in the future," Blake shook his head.

"Why?" Liu Yunxuan asked, puzzled.

"Boss, there's so much cow manure at the Grizzly Ranch waiting for me to handle. I can't wait," Blake said, his eyes shining.

Indeed, with nearly ten thousand cattle and sheep at the Grizzly Ranch, the manure produced in a day could pile up into a small mountain.

"Blake, can our factory handle it all?" Liu Yunxuan asked after some thought.

"Absolutely no problem. We just need a few more transport trucks and a few more workers," Blake said excitedly.

He had been waiting for the boss to ask about the factory. Previously, the boss had been focused on the ranch and hadn't paid much attention to the factory.

"Alright, Blake, you handle it. I'll have Robert allocate the funds you need," Liu Yunxuan said to Blake, who was eagerly looking at him.

"Yay, don't worry, boss. I'll manage the factory well. I won't waste a single cent," Blake promised.

Then, as if he remembered something, he added, "Boss, if we have extra fertilizer, should we sell it?"

That was a good question. Liu Yunxuan thought for a moment and said, "Let's meet our own needs first. If the results are good, it can serve as advertising. We'll consider selling it later."

Blake nodded.

"Garcia, Rodriguez, I need to assign someone to manage the cowboys at the Grizzly Ranch. Do you have any ideas?" Liu Yunxuan turned to the two and asked.

"Boss, let Garcia go. He's more capable than me. I can't manage such a large ranch," the usually quiet Rodriguez unexpectedly spoke up first.

"But I can handle the Garden Ranch," Rodriguez added, seeing everyone looking at him.

The Grizzly Ranch was over 5,000 acres, making it a large ranch. Managing such a large ranch was a dream for many cowboys, but Rodriguez didn't seem interested in going there.

"Alright, Garcia, it looks like you'll have to take the lead," Liu Yunxuan decided. He had to choose between the two, and he trusted them both very much. Now that Rodriguez had recommended Garcia, it saved him the trouble of deciding. Besides, the Garden Ranch was also important, and he wouldn't feel comfortable leaving it to someone else if both of them went to the Grizzly Ranch.

"Boss, I'm very grateful for your trust," Garcia said, moved.

"Garcia, don't say that. You're helping me. I have no experience managing such a large ranch. You'll handle the specific tasks, and I'll just set the direction. If Sharon doesn't complain, I'll thank God," Liu Yunxuan said, shaking his head and smiling.

Blake, watching from the side, was quite envious. Look at them, they had only been here a few days longer, and now they were so trusted by the boss. One was managing the Garden Ranch, and the other was going to manage a 5,000-acre large ranch. He would have to work harder.

Garcia didn't say anything more. He wasn't very familiar with the specifics of the Grizzly Ranch. He would get a full understanding tomorrow and then let the boss make the decision.

"What are your plans? Relax here for a few days, or go back to the big city for some fun?" Liu Yunxuan asked Charlie and Robert.

"Don't try to get rid of us so quickly. The Grizzly Ranch has a professional track. We have to play for a few days," Charlie joked.

"Exactly, we need to relax for a few days. Now that you're a wicked capitalist, we're just ordinary workers. We'll definitely stay here longer to heal our wounded hearts," Robert said, feigning grievance.

Liu Yunxuan was very grateful to these two. If it weren't for the space water he had given them these past few days, he didn't know if they could have held up. There was no need to say more; true friends understand each other. In this capitalist country, having such friends was quite good.

As Uncle Ben said, don't look at the ads, look at the results. He would definitely prepare a satisfactory gift for them in the future.

With the major matters settled, everyone chatted a bit more and then dispersed. After being so busy for so long, they needed a good rest.
