Another metallic clang echoed through the air. As the Impervious King Seal dissipated, Chen Feng took a step back, shifting his weight to absorb the immense force.

The giant snake was in a dire state. It let out a mournful hiss, and a basin-sized indentation had formed at the base of its tail. The scales there had been completely shattered, and the flesh and bones had been reduced to a pulp, with fresh blood gushing out from the wound.

Such a massive injury was too much even for a formidable beast like the Black Blood Snake to bear.

After suffering two severe blows, the Black Blood Snake became more cautious. It coiled its lower body into a ball and raised its upper body high, continuously flicking its tongue.

It was no longer eager to attack, wanting to first probe Chen Feng.

Chen Feng was not in a hurry either. If neither of them attacked and the standoff continued, the one that would eventually bleed to death would be the Black Blood Snake.

The two sides faced off for a full teacup of time. During this period, the Black Blood Snake launched several probing attacks, but Chen Feng remained unmoved.

The Black Blood Snake, in extreme pain, no longer cared about attacking Chen Feng. It rolled wildly on the ground, knocking down countless trees and flattening the vegetation.
