Chapter 487 - Drifting Snow

Onyxia the Black Dragon Princess flew down from the sky with only 6,000,000 HP left. In a blink of an eye, she turned into a black-robed beauty and walked towards Li Yi.

Onyxia had not died, but her injuries were very severe. Her injuries were still visible all over her even when she was already in her human form. Those were burn injuries from the Phoenix Flames.

"What an irritating feeling."

"Ah, Lord Castellan…"

"My confidence in this city has decreased."

"I'm thinking of selling the title deeds I have…"

Chaos ensued outside the Shattered Frost City. Kelly, Taka, and other Unique NPCs grumbled complaints as they walked into the city to return to their positions.

These Unique NPCs were highly skilled, but they cannot be expected to help of their own volition. As long as they were not directly provoked during a city-wide massacre, they would automatically evacuate the city when the war has spread through one-third of the city.

Of course, it was not entirely impossible to seek for their help. By putting in an effort to increase their Affinity to certain levels, these Unique NPCs would voluntarily help whenever someone decides to attack the city in the future.

This time, the Shattered Frost City has suffered great losses. Two Unique NPCs has escaped the city. Thankfully Kelly the golden goose did not leave, otherwise, the loss would be immeasurable.

Jiaojiao said, "Someone has recorded a video of the battle. Do you want to take a look?"

"Play it."

The battle recording went on. On the display was a player riding on a non-combat flying mount, a white gryphon. His outfit was nothing out of the ordinary, and he had no rare items on him. However, a gigantic Flaming Phoenix trailed behind him.

The Flaming Phoenix was at least a size bigger than Onyxia. When the Flaming Phoenix flew across the sky, it was as if the sun itself has descended. The sky and the earth were surrounded in scorching heat!

Li Yi's guess was accurate. The player shown in the scene that owned a Divine Bird Phoenix was Drifting Snow, one of the best go-getters of the Fluttering Snow Alliance.

Drifting Snow was highly capable, but it was his astonishing luck, not his operating skills that had people feeling jealousy bordering on hatred over him.

Yes, luck!

It could not be seen nor could it be touched. Even its existence was an unknown factor.
