Chapter 1

Luo Lan is a Communicator, having eaten the Communication Fruit. He is not a native of the Pirate World but a穿越者 (穿越者 means someone who has traveled through time or dimensions, often used in the context of a person from the real world who finds themselves in a fictional universe). He knows the general plot of the Pirate World, but he traveled here before the One Piece manga was completed, which is a bit of a regret. After all, he wanted to finish reading One Piece before traveling over!

When he first arrived, Luo Lan inexplicably held a Devil Fruit in his hand. He didn't recognize this fruit and didn't know what ability it would grant him, but the unknown was precisely what he yearned for.

With a deep breath, Luo Lan resolutely ate the Devil Fruit, knowing that his life would undergo a significant change after this.

Through constant exploration, it took Luo Lan a year to finally understand the ability of this Devil Fruit: communication, the ability to communicate with all things.

The abilities of Devil Fruits can be continuously developed, with no limit. Luo Lan believed that this communication ability could also be used to create a dimensional communication group, though he couldn't achieve this yet and could only gradually develop it.

Before he traveled, Luo Lan had seen an interesting theory online that the abilities of Devil Fruits are determined by the user's thoughts. He now felt he could try this theory out.

Luo Lan thought about the dimensional communication group in his mind, hoping to create it if everything went smoothly.

"Beep! The great creator deity of the Pirate World has sensed your thoughts and wishes to assist you. The dimensional communication group is being established. Please wait patiently."

After about ten minutes, Luo Lan received another message in his mind.

"Beep! The dimensional communication group has been successfully established. The great creator deity of the Pirate World has joined the group chat. The group chat will randomly invite characters from other dimensions. Please prepare mentally for the arrival of new members."

At this moment, Luo Lan was quite bewildered. He never expected the Pirate World to have a creator deity, something he had never seen in the manga!

However, since he now knew of the creator deity's existence, Luo Lan accepted it. He was also looking forward to the capabilities of this dimensional communication group, wondering if it could allow him to travel to other worlds.

For example, if he could travel to the Dragon Ball world, he could gather the seven Dragon Balls to transform his bloodline into a Saiyan's, then use the power of the bloodline to become a Super Saiyan.

He remembered that in Dragon Ball Super, becoming a Super Saiyan requires S-cells to gather in the back, but he would think about that when he got to the Dragon Ball world. Thinking too much about it now was pointless.

Luo Lan believed his primary task was to strengthen his physique. He decided to follow Saitama's training regimen: 100 squats, 100 push-ups, 100 sit-ups, and a 10-kilometer run every day. Although the Marines' daily training seemed to be much more intense, he didn't need to worry about that; he would just start with this.

After a day of training, Luo Lan received four notifications.

"Beep! Tatsumi has joined the group chat."

"Beep! Surgeon of Death Trafalgar D. Water Law has joined the group chat."

"Beep! Pokémon Master Ash has joined the group chat."

"Beep! Detective Conan has joined the group chat."

Four new members had joined the group chat, and Luo Lan knew the backgrounds of all four.

Tatsumi is the protagonist of Akame ga Kill!, who dies in the end of the anime. He wields the Imperial Armament, Incarnation of the Demon, but it's unclear which period of Tatsumi this is.

Law is from the Pirate World, having eaten the Operation Fruit, which grants him the ability to manipulate things within his Room. This is a very powerful ability.

Ash is the protagonist of the Pokémon world. Luo Lan remembered that Pokémon was still ongoing before he traveled, with new episodes being released. Ash was always striving to become a Pokémon Master.

Detective Conan is a elementary school student, often jokingly referred to as a "perpetual elementary school student" because he hasn't graduated from elementary school despite the many episodes aired.

Tatsumi: "Where am I? Am I hallucinating?"

Law: "Is this the work of some Devil Fruit user?"

Ash: "Who are the two above?"

Conan: "This is suspicious. Who is the mastermind behind this?"

Creator Deity of the Pirate World: "Everyone, please calm down. This is a dimensional communication group. I am the administrator, and Luo Lan is the group owner. I have created a group announcement that explains the nature and purpose of this group. You can find it in the top right corner. If you have any questions, you can read it there."

After the introduction, all group members understood the purpose of the dimensional communication group.

Tatsumi: "That's amazing!"

Law: "I never thought such a thing existed in the world."

Ash: "This is truly eye-opening!"

Conan: "So this is how it is? I wonder if it will help with my deductions."

Creator Deity of the Pirate World: "Conan, you hit the nail on the head. I helped the group owner create this dimensional communication group not just for communication. We will help any group member in need, and this group can also promote exchanges between different dimensions."

Luo Lan: "After much thought, I'll be honest. I am a穿越者 (穿越者 means someone who has traveled through time or dimensions, often used in the context of a person from the real world who finds themselves in a fictional universe), and I am familiar with your storylines. Conan will never grow up, and Ash is always striving to become a Pokémon Master."

Conan: "What is a穿越者 (穿越者 means someone who has traveled through time or dimensions, often used in the context of a person from the real world who finds themselves in a fictional universe)?"

Tatsumi: "I've never heard of it!"

Ash: "It sounds really powerful."

Law: "I don't even understand what you're saying."

Luo Lan: "Yes, just know that I am very powerful. The rest doesn't matter."

Creator Deity of the Pirate World: "This dimensional communication group is not just your doing. I also played a role. In other words, without my help, you wouldn't have been able to create this dimensional communication group."

Luo Lan: "I know, which is why I said I am very powerful, able to communicate with a creator deity."

Law: "Can someone tell me why the Pirate World has a creator deity? I've never heard of it."

Law is an atheist and doesn't believe in deities. He believes in science, of course, and he also believes in the abilities of Devil Fruits.

Ash: "Speaking of creator deities, I've seen Pegasus before! It is a creator Pokémon, and our world was created by it. It is a very powerful Pokémon."

Luo Lan: "I know. Pegasus is indeed a very powerful Pokémon. I've seen videos of you interacting with Pegasus. It was your sincere heart that moved it; it had been deeply hurt by humans before."
