### Emergency Situation
This is an emergency situation, comparable to being betrayed by a comrade during the time of the Holy Maiden.
I am Alraune, a female flower with a pistil for an upper body. The one over there looks like a bee monster, with pollen from a stamen attached to its body.
If the pollen from that bee attaches to me, I will be pollinated. In human terms, it's like getting pregnant.
If this continues, I will be defiled by that bee. It's too terrifying!
It's crazy how plants try to reproduce so easily. Is there no love? Do they not fall in love and choose their partners? Yes, I know. Plants don't do that.
Nature is harsh. If you can't reproduce easily, you'll go extinct quickly. But I wanted to be an exception. I don't want seeds. I want to remain a single flower forever.
If I get pollinated, I will surely turn into a fruit and eventually become a seed. If that happens, it will be difficult to maintain my sense of self. If that happens, my life as Alraune will be over. In a sense, it will be like death.
Moreover, being pollinated by pollen from an unknown male flower is out of the question.
I am not that kind of cheap flower. After all, I am Alraune!
Mr. Unknown Male Flower, please send a photo and profile as an introduction before coming to greet me at the appropriate time. I will allow a meeting.
Now, let's calm down.
Normally, when pollen from a stamen attaches to the stigma of a pistil, it travels down the pistil and fertilizes the ovule.
Where is the stigma?
Is it the head?
Is it the hair?
Since pollen enters the pistil from the stigma and aims for the ovule, maybe it's the mouth.
Is this mouth the stigma??
If pollen gets in my mouth, it's not just a bad situation in the story; I personally can't accept it either...
Well, it will probably just be inhaled and won't turn into a strange scene. It will likely just stick to my face.
Whether it's my face, head, hair, or mouth, it's equally terrifying. I hope it doesn't happen.
In any case, that bee must not get close to me. It's a threat to my chastity. I strongly oppose it!
I don't want to tell my child Alraune, "Your father is an unknown plant."
Moreover, since I will become the seed, I can't even say it if I wanted to.
To protect my purity, I will fight.
I concentrate all my nerves and strike the approaching bee monster with my vines.
But I miss.
After all, it's a bee, so it's quick.
However, unlike a bee, it's a monster, about the size of a human, making it an easier target.
But, it was also easier for it to attack.
The bee bit through my vines.
I never expected to be bitten by a bee rather than stung.
The pain, the frustration, and the threat to my chastity combined, and tears of nectar fell from my eyes.
The bee, seeing the nectar, let out a strange cry, energized.
Ahh!
It's scary. Don't come any closer.
Take this!
I release toxic pollen.
My ultimate weapon, which can send even a perverted bear like the Pelorist to the afterlife with one hit.
However, it didn't work on this one.
It's the bee monster, Zolbine. It seems to have resistance to toxins. How annoying.
The bee hovers out of reach of my vines, as if on guard.
With teary eyes, I gently stroke the bitten vine.
If I were still a Holy Maiden, I would have used healing magic immediately in such a situation.
By the way, can I use magic now?
I try to cast a light arrow with light magic.
—No reaction.
The light magic didn't work.
It seems I can't use magic. Well, I am a plant, so it makes sense.
I thought I couldn't use healing magic either, but when I tried, the vine started to grow rapidly and returned to its original state before being bitten.
What is this?
It's not exactly healing. It seems the vine grew instead of healing.
Perhaps using healing magic promotes plant growth instead of healing.
My healing magic is officially called Light Healing Magic.
Light is important for plants and is one of my current three major needs.
That's why, perhaps, Light Healing Magic and the plant body are compatible.
I try the healing magic on other vines.
The vines grow rapidly, doubling in length. Not only that, the number of vines more than doubled.
It seems I have the ability to make plants grow rapidly.
With this, I might be able to defeat that bee.
I aim the vines at the hovering Zolbine.
But the length is still not enough.
The bee lets out a mocking cry.
But don't let your guard down.
I use the technique of healing magic to make the vines grow rapidly.
The sudden growth caught Zolbine off guard, and the vines hit its wings.
Aiming at the off-balance Zolbine, I attack with the other grown vines, slamming it to the ground and constricting it.
The bee struggles desperately, making a loud cry. It bites the vines and stings with its stinger, but the vines only get damaged, and the restraint doesn't break.
This is the end, I tear Zolbine's body with the vines.
This is the fate of those who try to defile me. No mercy.
I won...!
We did it!
My purity is protected.
But that thought was short-lived.
A loud rumbling, like a squadron of helicopters approaching, echoes from the forest.
I remember hearing that bees send a distress signal to their comrades when they are about to die. Was that the cry just now?
Realizing this, I stand in shock, facing the harsh reality.
The sky was turning yellow.
It was covered with a legion of bee monsters.
Countless bee eyes were staring at me.
What should I do?
I defeated the bee that tried to defile me, but now I've called its comrades.
They must all have pollen...
This is no longer just an emergency situation.
It's a life-or-death situation.
My purity will be defiled by the bees, and I will be covered in unknown male flower pollen.
I can't do it.
The number is too much.
I might get pollinated...
Next time, it's "Since it's my first time, please be gentle when pollinating."
