"Bad news, bad news, Dog Brother, something's happened..."

A small, thin man burst in, disrupting the cheerful atmosphere of the room, which immediately turned tense.

Dog Brother's face, which had been laughing, suddenly turned dark.

"What's the panic for? Did someone die?"

He had been on a winning streak, but this unobservant guy barged in and ruined his good mood with his shouting.

The small man, seeing Dog Brother's face fall, immediately knew things were bad. Dog Brother was the head of their security team, a tough and unpredictable man with a notorious temper. His mood could change as quickly as turning a page; one moment he could be friendly, the next he could turn violent at the slightest provocation.

"Dog Brother, someone has come to the company to cause trouble. They crashed through the parking lot barrier and made a big hole in the building's entrance hall."

Despite knowing that his rash actions had already upset Dog Brother, the small man still steeled himself to report what he knew. If he didn't speak up now, it would be considered negligence. Dog Brother might change his mood quickly, but the company's boss, Mr. Huang, was equally difficult to deal with. If he didn't report this in time, a simple charge of dereliction of duty could get him fired.

Although Dog Brother was unhappy about his mood being ruined, he could still distinguish between what was important and what was not. Hearing that someone had come to the company to cause trouble, he immediately became alert.

Hengfa Group had risen to prominence in the provincial capital's real estate market in recent years, and their security team had played a significant role. Everyone knew their backgrounds.

Although Mr. Huang now provided them with good food and shelter, the lack of activity still left them restless. Today, someone had come to their doorstep, offering them a chance to let off some steam. Why not take advantage of it?

"Let's go, check it out next door."

Dog Brother pushed the table and stood up, and his group of subordinates followed him out of the room and into the next one.

The next room was Hengfa Group's main surveillance room, where they could see everything happening outside through the cameras.

Dog Brother had the operator switch to a few different camera angles, clearly showing the scene after the Chevrolet had crashed through the barrier. The car had driven straight to the company's headquarters, and without stopping, it had accelerated and smashed through the revolving glass doors of the building.

Fortunately, this happened after work hours. If it had happened during the day, the news would have spread, and Dog Brother and his team would have been out of business, unable to even keep their own doghouse, let alone continue their activities.

The group watched the shattered glass doors with furrowed brows. Such a bold move was something even they wouldn't do often.

If the guy wasn't drunk, he must have a deep connection with Hengfa Group, otherwise, he wouldn't have driven straight to the company to cause trouble.

"Wait, rewind a bit... stop..."

Dog Brother had the subordinate in charge of the surveillance system rewind the footage. They saw the doors of the large car being pushed open, and two dark figures being thrown out, landing hard on the marble floor of the building's lobby.

Those two men were Qiangzi and A Bao, whom Dog Brother had sent out earlier in the afternoon. Seeing this, Dog Brother understood that not only had his men failed to resolve the issue, but they had also been beaten and brought back.

"What are you waiting for? Brothers, get your weapons."

Dog Brother waved his hands, and his chubby arms jiggled.

The security team quickly gathered a variety of weapons from inside and outside the room, including rubber batons, shiny machetes, and katana swords. Some of the higher-ranking members even had high-quality imitation Japanese swords from Yangjiang.

The group, led by Dog Brother, marched upstairs with a menacing air.

When they reached the first-floor lobby, it was empty. After work, only the security team was on duty, with no other staff around. The security guards on duty had already disappeared.

However, the large car that had crashed through the doors was still in the first-floor lobby. The frame of the revolving glass door was deformed and had flown out, and the marble floor was covered with shattered glass.

Next to the large car, two men in black T-shirts lay on the ground, covered in blood and with swollen heads. They were unconscious.

The driver's side door of the large car was open, and a man had reclined the seat and was lying on it like a sofa. The car's sound system was blaring, playing "The Most Dazzling Chinese Style" by Phoenix Legend. The attitude of the man inside clearly indicated he was there to cause trouble.

Dog Brother and his group approached the car. Dog Brother didn't speak, as he was a man of status in the underworld. Such tasks were left to his subordinates.

A man with a kidney-shaped face, holding a high-quality imitation Japanese sword, stepped forward and pointed his sword at the man lying in the driver's seat.

"Son of a bitch, where are you from? You dare to cause trouble at Hengfa Group? Do you want to die? Get out of the car now."

The figure in the driver's seat slowly sat up, and Dog Brother and his subordinates were taken aback. The man was wearing something shiny around his neck, which made it hard to see his face clearly.

The man lightly jumped down from the car, landing on the ground. He was wearing a deep blue police training uniform and shiny high-top police boots, exuding an indescribable aura, clearly not someone to be trifled with.

He slowly walked up to Dog Brother and his group, turned his head, and glanced at the man with the kidney-shaped face who had been shouting.

"You're quite interesting, how did you end up with a face that makes people want to punch it?"

The man with the kidney-shaped face's face changed. "Son of a bitch, you're still so arrogant on our turf?" He was about to swing his sword, but suddenly a gust of wind hit his ear, and his head exploded with pain. His vision went black, and he felt as if a speeding car had hit him. He flew off the ground and landed several meters away, unable to get up.

The other man's movements were incredibly fast, and even more terrifying was the force behind them. Dog Brother's face turned serious.

"Sorry, my hand just itched, and I couldn't resist..."

The man shook his hand and said nonchalantly.
