I wake up in Ethan’s arms a few days later. Grayson walks into the room frowning and then points to the front door. I get up and follow his finger to see Mary standing in the doorway. I grab my things slowly and walk back to the door frowning. “Ethan!” I yell he walks over to the door and frowns. He walks over to me and wraps his arms around me I kiss his neck softly. We both don’t say anything as I walk out the door.

Once I get into Mary’s car I ball my eyes out until my eyes couldn’t cry anymore. We drive all the way home and when we get back my mother grounded me and took away my phone privileges. I didn’t say anything just went to my room and lay there.

I was alone again. My heart is broken from the distance. The worst part was I had to be to school with Kara. Without Ethan. At least I took a few of his sweaters with me. My sister ignores me all day obviously mad that I had run away but I didn’t care. Those few days with Ethan were a blessing I won’t soon forget. I still had no idea how Mary had found me I just wish she hadn’t. I really missed Ethan and I had only been home a few hours.

The new day I put on one of Ethan’s sweaters and some black tights. I grab an apple then wait. At school, I hang out with Ray and his friends again since I had no other friends. I waited for the bell then head off to class where I do my best.

After class Kara stops me in the hall. “where is Ethan?” she asks I smirk “guess you don’t know.” she frowns then shakes her head I shrug and push past her. “you know you’re not the only one who loves him.” I turn around “wait you think you love him? Ha, you couldn’t love anyone” she walks towards me “how would you know?” I frown “If you love someone you could let them be with someone else.” she scoffs “cause you did that!?”

I take a step back “Kara I’m sorry I know how it feels to be heartbroken but you need to understand that he never liked you. You pushed yourself at him!” her faces turn red but before I could say anymore Ray pulls me away.

If Ray hadn’t pulled me away I’m not sure if I could have stopped that fight.
