Dalei: "What great benefits after the war? We are just living in Ares' shadow. Don't look at how well my daughter and I seem on the surface; we actually have no real power..."
Diana: "Stop trying to deceive me with your sweet talk! Give me your life!!" — Without waiting for a reply, she drew her sword from her waist and lunged at Dalei.
Gordon: "Ladies, don't be so violent. Let her finish speaking first. Stop right there!" — He activated the force field generator, creating a thick air wall between Dalei and Diana. Diana, unaware of the danger, charged into it and was immobilized, like an insect trapped in amber.
Gordon: "What a strong girl. The force field generator can't fully contain you at less than full power. (Turning to Dalei) Alright, you can continue your explanation... Huh? Where did she go?" — He wanted Dalei to finish her explanation and persuade Diana, but realized Dalei was no longer in her original position (next to him).
Dalei: "i_am_the_bone_of_my_sd_fire_is_my_blood..." — She had hidden behind Gordon and was chanting a spell.
Gordon: "Hey, hey, hey, I asked you to explain and persuade her, not to create an opportunity for you to use your ultimate move. And the position for your ultimate move (behind me)... Why do I feel so dangerous? I'm right in the line of fire." — He shouted.
Dalei: "unknown_to_death.nor_known_to_life..." — She completely ignored Gordon and continued chanting the spell.
Faced with this situation, Gordon was immediately caught in a dilemma. Moving his body and weakening the force field might allow Diana to break free and stab him through. Not moving could result in him being hit by Dalei's ultimate move, along with Diana. Just as Gordon was at a loss, the Cheshire Cat (who had been fighting the airborne Amazon ronin warriors) took action. During a break in the fight, he shot three iron nails at Dalei, all hitting her back.
Dalei: "...i_have_no_regrets.this_is_the_only_path!" — She endured the pain and completed the spell. A golden light enveloped her as the magic took effect.
Gordon: "Is this the end for me? Lala (Gordon's daughter), I can no longer take care of you. Take care of yourself and I hope you can find your own happiness in the future." — His final words.
I (Narrator): "Old man, you don't have to be so emotional. Everyone knows you won't die."

What happened next was completely unexpected by Gordon. Instead of the massive wind blade or long-range cannon magic (Starlight Breaker) he had imagined, the golden-light-enshrouded Dalei leaped out from behind him and charged at Diana, only to collide with the force field and become immobilized as well.
Dalei: "Gordon, quickly release the force field!" — She shouted.
Gordon: "Huh? Weren't you going to use your ultimate move to blast Diana and me to pieces?" — He was surprised.
Dalei: "Yes, I regret not doing that. I chanted a physical enhancement spell, not a giant wind blade. Quickly release the force field; this spell has a time limit, and my time is running out."
Gordon: "Time is running out? Then let's team up and take her down."
Dalei: "No, unless someone helps her, you can't interfere. I want to defeat her on my own!" — She was resolute.
Gordon: "Understood." — He released the force field, and the two princesses immediately engaged in combat.
Diana: "Do you think your enhancement magic can defeat me? How naive. Your essence is a wizard, not a warrior. In the past, you never won against me in combat practice, and now you're unarmed, which is just asking for death!!" — She swung her sword, each strike lethal, showing no mercy.
Dalei: "Hmph, are you still bringing up those past defeats? If you weren't the daughter of the queen, would I have deliberately let you win? Today, I'll show you my true abilities!!" — She countered each move, showing no weakness.
As Dalei said, she not only held her own in the fight against Diana, who was a trained warrior, but gradually gained the upper hand and began to dominate the fight.
Cheshire Cat: "I never expected Dalei, the sorceress, to have such skills." — After dealing with the Amazon ronin warriors, he came to Gordon's side, standing back-to-back with him, on guard.
Gordon: "Yes, during the prison break, it was always the two of us in the front, and she supported us with magic from the back. Now, she's dominating the hand-to-hand combat against the warrior Diana..." — He was surprised.
Cheshire Cat: "(Carefully observing the fight) No, she hasn't truly dominated Diana. Diana is deliberately taking a defensive stance." — He sounded like an expert.
Gordon: "Diana is deliberately taking a defensive stance? She's avoiding the sharp edge and conserving her strength, waiting for Dalei's physical enhancement magic to wear off and for her to be at her weakest to deliver the fatal blow?"
Cheshire Cat: "That's likely the case."
I (Narrator): "The Cheshire Cat, as the inheritor of a two-thousand-year-old assassination fist technique, has a better eye for combat than Gordon. But Dalei, why did you shout 'This spell has a time limit, my time is running out'? Aren't you just revealing your weakness to her?"

Dalei: "How about it? Still being arrogant? After I use my true abilities, you can only barely defend yourself and have no way to counterattack, right?" — She taunted while fighting, showing her composure.
Diana: "Hmph, that's why your combat skills are far inferior to mine. You can't even see that I'm deliberately taking a defensive stance and conserving my strength. When your enhancement spell wears off, it will be your end." — She retorted.
Dalei: "Hahaha, you want to wait for my enhancement spell to wear off? Then wait. It won't wear off in less than ten days to half a month."
Diana: "Ten days to half a month? Impossible. I know the time limit of your physical enhancement magic. You can't fool me." — She was unmoved.
Dalei: "That's the old version of the enhancement spell, used to make you lower your guard. This is my latest creation. My earlier statement 'My time is running out' was a lie to gain the upper hand in our fight. You fell for it, willingly giving up the initiative and switching to a defensive stance. You should know that when both sides are evenly matched, once one side is suppressed, it's extremely difficult to turn the tide." — She revealed the truth.
Diana: "What?" — She was shaken and distracted.
Taking advantage of the moment when Diana was distracted, Dalei seized the opportunity and kicked Diana's sword out of her hand, leaving both of them unarmed.
Dalei: "Combat isn't just about technique, strength, and speed; it's also about strategy. You are far inferior to me in this aspect, and you're bound to lose!" — She intensified her attacks.
Diana: "..." — She struggled to hold on, no longer able to retort.
I (Narrator): "Dalei, this female villain, is indeed formidable. It looks like Princess Diana is in grave danger."
