The firearms and ammunition page is the one with the most categories among all the major sections, and it is also a page that cannot be seen in the game.

"Once the commander meets the activation conditions, they can be used. The assistant must remind the commander that your current authority is basic. Even if the conditions are met, only basic-level items can be constructed."

Another answer that was almost a cliché.

"Can't you answer the question about funds?" Li Lan seemed not to give up.
