Chapter 1

In the past, I didn't notice that the Ming dynasty emperors had a pattern in naming their children. To save trouble, I directly gave the crown prince the name "Zhu Lang" (the name of a classmate from middle school).
However, under the guidance of some readers, I realized that Zhu Yuanzhang had already established rules for the names of his descendants.
For the line of the Prince of Yan (who later became the Yongle Emperor), the second character of their names follows the sequence "高瞻祁见祐, 厚载翊常由, 慈和怡伯仲, 简靖迪先猷," while the third character must have one of the five elements as a radical, i.e., "fire, earth, metal, water, wood."
Given this, the crown prince's name had to be changed.
So, I changed the crown prince's name from "Zhu Lang" to "Zhu He Yu."
I apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused during your reading.
Here, I would like to thank readers such as Eternal Empire and Hell Girl♀ for their guidance.
The history of our country is vast, with countless details across different dynasties and aspects. A slight oversight can lead to errors in historical novels, and I don't think any author can fully master all of it. Although I have researched a lot, I still cannot avoid making mistakes. Therefore, I hope everyone will continue to provide guidance. If you notice anything, please do not hesitate to point it out. I thank you all in advance.
