Chapter 24 “The Fastest Demon Beast”

Super-fast battles are taking place in the deep forest. The Kumicho Wolf had already surpassed Zack’s top speed from the last fight. However, Souta is keeping up with the speed of the Kumicho Wolf.

“Damn it! Why!? I’m one of the fastest in the demon world, and I’m on par with you!? You couldn’t keep up with the speed of Zack who used doping, could you?”

“As I thought, you’re still connected to them … After the battle with Zack, I tried to find a way to move faster, and I created a magic called “Gale Legs”! “

Souta accurately answered Kumicho Wolf’s question and overwhelmed Kumicho Wolf’s speed.

“Furthermore, by using this “Gale Legs”, I am able to walk in the air! “

“Hmm! Then you better dodge this! “Pistol Scratch”!! !! “

Perhaps Souta’s words may have gotten on his nerves, Kumicho Wolf fired a high-speed slash from his sharp claws.

When Souta barely evaded the high-speed slash, the slash felled trees in the forest one after another.

“What a power!”

Souta thought, but the Kumicho Wolf continued to attack.

“I’ll keep going! Do your best to dodge it, okay? “Machine Gun Scratch”!!”

The Kumicho Wolf activated continuous “Pistol Scratch”, fired countless slashes.

“It won’t hit me! Fuu Nagashi ” (Rainfall Tailwind)

Souta was using the power of the wind to block the countless high-speed slashes, but the slashes he was blocking were cutting down the trees in the forest, so he stopped using Fuu Nagashi .

“Damn it! Don’t destroy the environment!” From “ Koukin Busou “* to “ Hayate Rasen Ranbu** “!! ” (*Steel Muscle Armor) (** Gale Spiral Dance)

Souta’s fists were hardened like steel and equipped repeatedly with a whirlwind. Then, cancel out all the countless slashes, he quickly closes the distance with Kumicho Wolf and hits Kumicho Wolf’s cheek with the “Gale Spiral Fist”.

Kumicho Wolf was beaten by Souta and slammed into the ground.

When Souta approached Kumicho Wolf, Kumicho Wolf’s cheeks were sunk, and his proud fangs were tattered, but he was still faintly conscious.

“Come on! On whose orders did you come to attack us? Answer me! If you don’t answer, I’ll give you a big “Demon Beast Cannon”! “

Souta is holding a pale flash of light aimed at the fallen Kumicho Wolf.

However, Kumicho Wolf had a big smile on his face.

“Ha~h … Ha~h … You bastard, is it okay for you to stop in a place like this? Now my subordinates are going to attack your bus.”

“What are you talking about! If I kill you right here and now, they’ll be able to break free of your control, right?”

Souta refuted what Kumicho Wolf had said, but Kumicho Wolf’s laughter did not stop.

“Ha ha ha! They aren’t under my control because they’re also demon beasts from the demon world and they are my direct subordinates! You know what this means, right? Even if you kill me here now, they will continue to chase the bus! “

At Kumicho Wolf’s shocking words, Souta gave up trying to finish Kumicho Wolf off and started chasing the bus that Leena and the others were riding.

(There’s no way he can make it in time … because I’ve had him chasing me since I started fighting him.)

With that in mind, Kumicho Wolf fainted.

“Damn it! I can’t make it in time! Even if I run like this, I would not catch them up!”

Souta then pulled out a black sword from his back and let a jet-black aura surround his entire body. Souta then began to run at a speed more than ten times faster than normal using “Gale Legs”.

–In the bus

“Lina-sama! A huge demon beast is chasing us from behind! Moreover, there are three of them, and at a tremendous speed, we will be caught up at this rate!”

Elisa reported to Lina with a grim look on her face.

“Hey, driver! Can’t you go any faster!”

Lina shouted loudly at the driver

“Hii! I can’t go any faster!”

The driver replied while crying.

Lina with a bitter look on her face, examined the three demon beasts with the “Danger Level Checker”.

Demon Beast Name: Sanbou Wolf

Length: 3-5 meters

Danger level: 10

“Three demon beasts with danger level 10 !?”

Elisa freaked out.

The three Sanbou Wolf fired a “Demon Beast Cannon” at the same time at the bus.
