Fang Yi, of course, wouldn't tell him that it came from a treasure chest. He grounded the group, enhancing them with Iron Armor and Toughness (Note 1), and waited for Doraemon to take his position before shooting an arrow from a distance.

The three lion cubs immediately noticed the ranger standing far away, taunting them. They roared and charged over. Seeing that the provocation was successful, Doraemon turned and ran, just managing to bring the small monsters to the well-prepared teammates before the lionesses could bite him.

Shenxianjiao stood at the front of the group, facing the three small monsters with a stomp. The ground in front of him instantly shattered, and countless small rocks shot up, hitting the three lions. A series of damage numbers appeared over their heads, and the hate was successfully transferred to Shenxianjiao. At this point, everyone rushed in, attacking the monsters fiercely.

"Shenxian, don't retreat, push them back!" "Mage, stop casting fireballs, where's your web spell? Don't let it bite the priest!" "Grounded, use your hammer, don't just stand there!"

Following Fang Yi's occasional shouts, the group gradually stabilized. The first small monster was quickly defeated, and the second one was also weakening. Fang Yi kept his eyes on the target's health and turned to Doraemon, who was already in position, and shouted, "Start!"

At the beginning of the battle, Doraemon had run to the boss's side, placing the Lion King boss at the edge of his maximum range. Hearing Fang Yi's call, Doraemon immediately drew his bow, took a deep breath, and shot an arrow at the boss. Due to the long distance, the arrow had lost its original power, but it still flew crookedly and landed on the Lion King's buttocks.

The system's damage notification of -1 and the Lion King's roar almost simultaneously reached Doraemon's ears. Seeing that he had hit the boss, Doraemon ran toward the group, knowing that his small body couldn't withstand the Lion King's claws.

Banzhuan and Grounded had already joined the attack with their spiked hammers. Seeing that the second lion's health was almost gone, Fang Yi looked at the running Doraemon and decisively shouted, "Shenxianjiao, take the boss, I'll handle this one."

Everyone knew that the small monsters in the dungeon had about 20% higher attributes than normal monsters. Although they were unsure, the priest and bard still quickly followed the warrior toward the boss.

Fang Yi, holding a sharp blade, was in a highly focused state. The damage from the monsters was too high, and even a single hit would put a lot of pressure on the healer. Fang Yi kept dodging left and right, taking advantage of the lion's pounce to lie on the ground and stab its white belly twice. He then dodged the iron claws of the other lioness and kicked her.

Ice Rabbit, who was helping with the attack, was amazed. Fang Yi was almost in a face-to-face melee with the lion, and his dagger always found a strange angle to stab the enemy. The monsters would occasionally bleed, but the rogue always managed to narrowly avoid the sharp teeth and claws. The mage couldn't help but think: Can the game be played like this?

With the mage's help, the second lion's health quickly drained, and it fell reluctantly. At this moment, the Lion King roared, abandoning the chase of the ranger and immediately turning to the remaining third small monster, just as Shenxianjiao arrived. The warrior's shield strike immediately pulled the hate to himself, and the terrifying damage numbers and healing light flashed almost simultaneously.

Seeing the second small monster fall, Ice Rabbit moved closer to Shenxianjiao's group. The mage was now much more confident, thinking that the remaining small monster could easily be handled by the rogue, completely forgetting the lack of confidence he had felt earlier.

One-on-one, of course, was no problem. Fang Yi had fought this kind of monster many times during the beta test, and he was very familiar with its combat style. He quickly dispatched the opponent and turned to join the main group, focusing on attacking the boss.

Without the small monsters' assistance, the Lion King was just a high-attack elite monster. Besides paying attention to its sweeping attacks and high damage, it was a test of the tank and healer.

Under Fang Yi's occasional guidance, Shenxianjiao's movements became more skilled. When it was time to attack, he would wield his one-handed axe and strike fiercely; when it was time to be cautious, he would hide behind his wooden shield. Even so, Shenxianjiao's health fluctuated like a roller coaster, but he reacted quickly, drinking health potions at the first sign of danger. With the careful care of Banzhuan and Grounded, his health never bottomed out.

After 10 minutes, the Lion King finally fell with a mournful cry.

Amidst the cheers of the group, Ice Rabbit's level suddenly increased to 6. Fang Yi looked down and saw that the Lion King had given 65 experience points, instantly filling a third of his experience bar.

The red-handed Grounded, as usual, went to check the loot, while Ice Rabbit walked up to Fang Yi, patted his shoulder, and said, "Fang Yi, are you a hunter or a martial arts expert in real life? Your combat moves are too smooth~"

Fang Yi shrugged and smiled without saying a word. In reality, there were indeed hunters as a profession. With advanced productivity and a significant increase in forest coverage compared to a few hundred years ago, people who wanted to eat wild game would commission hunters to enter specially designated primitive forests or large grasslands to hunt. He didn't expect Ice Rabbit to think of this.

Seeing Grounded stand up, Shenxianjiao laughed and asked him to post the loot in the channel. Fang Yi looked at the posted loot and then at Grounded's fair face, wondering if he should ask what face wash he used...

Grip of the Warrior (Excellent Mail)

Heavy Mail Gloves

Graceful Power (Excellent Shortbow)

Ranged Weapon

Requirement: Level 5, Strength 14

Weight: 7

Durability: 18

Damage: 5-12

+0.5 Projectile Power (Note 2)

The equipment's attributes were ordinary, but the key was that there were two pieces! Two pieces! Fang Yi always thought that getting more than one piece of equipment from a boss in a beginner dungeon was just a legend, but today he witnessed a miracle!

The equipment was distributed to the warrior and ranger without any objections. Shenxianjiao was so excited that he couldn't close his mouth. He returned the cloth gloves borrowed from Ice Rabbit and equipped the mail gloves, increasing his armor to 23 points. At his current level, this provided at least 10% physical damage reduction, which was quite high for a tank.

With the new equipment, Shenxianjiao's confidence soared, and he happily led the group to the next boss.

As they approached the destination, Shenxianjiao looked at the rogue stealthily walking at the front of the group and sighed: the gap between his group and the experts was still too large.

The game's built-in combat statistics were automatically enabled. In the previous battle, Fang Yi's decisive role was undeniable. He alone caused more than half of the group's damage. The ranger and mage were both high-damage classes, but the three of them combined didn't even reach half of Fang Yi's damage. It was hard to see what was special about his techniques.

While stealthed, Fang Yi recalled that he seemed to hear a system notification when the boss fell. He quickly opened the panel and saw that he had a new buff in his status bar.

Gift of the Grassland: Toxin resistance increased by 10 points, lasting until leaving the dungeon. Does not disappear upon death.

This buff was probably related to the final boss, but overthinking it was pointless. They cleared two waves of small monsters without much trouble and arrived at the second boss's location, a clearing at the bottom of a small valley. A doghead man stood in the center of the valley, his elegant robes and sorcerer hat revealing his profession. He held a withered staff but looked more like a rat than a spellcaster—sorcerer.

Following the usual routine, Fang Yi stealthed to the boss and cast the detection spell.

Kiri Snout

Level: 2 Warrior / 6 Sorcerer (Elite) (Note 3)

Race: Doghead Man

Attributes: ???

Skills: ???

"We've tried this boss once. Although he has no minions, his spells are too nasty. After a few hits, we get feared. If the bard and priest are both feared, I get killed in a few hits, and the group wipes instantly."

Fang Yi patiently listened to Shenxianjiao's introduction and gradually recalled some information about the doghead man sorcerer. Comparing it to Shenxianjiao's group's experience, he slowly formed a plan.

Note (1): Iron Armor: Level 1 increases teammates' armor by 2 points.

Toughness: Level 1 increases teammates' maximum health by 3 points.

Stomp: The warrior stomps the ground with an unstoppable force, causing the ground to shatter and dealing minor physical damage to all enemies within a 7-foot range, reducing their movement speed by 20%. (Damage and skill level are related to strength.)

Note (2): Projectile Power: A unique attribute for ranged attacks. When the target is near the maximum range, the arrow has a chance to be blocked by the target's armor, causing only minor damage. Projectile Power increases the penetration power of ranged attacks, effectively reducing the distance to the target, but it does not increase the range or the actual hit rate.

Strength in base attributes has a similar effect but is stronger.

Note (3): The doghead man leader starts as a level 2 warrior and at level 3 realizes the sorcerer class, switching to the sorcerer class. He then levels up to level 8.

In "Miracle," NPCs can have multiple classes, unlike players.
