In response to the many comments in the feedback section stating, "I don't understand the shape of the Sōyōgetsu!" I will provide additional information, including illustrations.

While I am embarrassed by my lack of descriptive ability, I kindly ask that you refrain from saying, "Isn't this just a flintlock orange DJ gun?" as it is a forbidden phrase.

Since I completed this illustration in a rush, I would appreciate it if you could view the drawing of the Sōyōgetsu as merely an illustration of "how it works." My inner otaku shouts that if I were to draw it more seriously, I would focus more on the details...

• Dual Blade Sword

To begin with, this weapon type does not derive from the "dual swords" category.

The essence of a dual blade sword is "two swords that share a common combination function." This category can be created by simultaneously "true-forming" two identical daggers or one-handed swords, or by producing them in such a shape from the beginning.

In other words, "Dagger A" and "Dagger B" evolve into "Dual Blade Sword A" and "Dual Blade Sword B," and are recognized as a single weapon type when used together, making them fundamentally different from dual swords. A characteristic of dual blade swords is that they can be used individually if the combination function is sealed.

The greatest strength and weakness of this weapon type is the "diversity of combination methods."

Even with a simple method of attaching the pommels together, the result can branch into a two-bladed naginata or a single-edged greatsword. Additionally, when combined into one weapon, the category can change significantly, such as into a "scissor type" or a "folding greatsword type." Therefore, when using this weapon seriously, it is necessary to learn the skills of the weapon category after combination.

Due to this nature, it is very difficult to use multiple dual blade swords simultaneously, and it is necessary to develop skills tailored to the intended dual blade sword from the beginning.

While it has both romantic and practical elements, it requires planned status building, making it incompatible with unplanned development. However, since the "true-form" command is executed based on the player's [───], it is rare for a player to end up with a completely untouched weapon type.

In fact, "unique" weapons are often not very compatible with this type, as it is uncertain what will appear.
