### Setting Consideration
I used my head too much for the setting, so I came up with the sub-title in two seconds.
- **Sword of the Boundary Light**
- Created by Biiraku, a bastard sword with two faces.
- It can deploy two types of blades: the Dawnlight Blade, usable from sunrise to sunset, and the Nightlight Blade, usable from sunset to sunrise.
- If these blades are destroyed, the usual durability system does not apply. Durability decreases each time the sword is activated from a standby state.
- By exposing the deployed blade to the corresponding light, the ability of the other blade can be activated.
- **Dawnlight Blade:** During Nightlight Blade mode, additional damage is added to slashes based on the accumulated moonlight magic power.
- **Nightlight Blade:** During Dawnlight Blade mode, a long-range attack that launches a slash is available, based on the accumulated sunlight magic power.
- At dusk, it turns red; at dawn, it turns blue. The blade that is born emits a pure light, heralding the birth of an imperial sword.
### **Sword of Brave Radiance**
- Created by Imuron, a straight sword with dual radiance.
- Categorized as a magic sword, the wielder can activate the **Glitter Sword**.
- It is a gauge-equipped weapon. When the player's HP drops below 30% and the gauge exceeds 100%, the conditions for activating **Glitter Sword** are met.
- **EX-Calibur**
- The user can consume their magic power at will to form a magic blade with power and range corresponding to the consumed value.
- The required STR increases with the scale of the EX-Calibur.
- Incidentally, this sword was created by Imuron with his full hobby, giving it a somewhat toy-like appearance.
### **Shield of the Empress Castle**
- A massive shield made from the strong armor skin of Fortress Gargantula. Simple and concise, the shield's sole purpose is to protect the wielder and those behind them.
- It can protect the wielder from any calamity, but this massive and heavy shield is like a fortress wall, akin to a super-heavy shield wielded by a giant.
- Even if the required parameters are not met, the shield can still be used, but each time it is used for defense, a STR contest with the shield occurs. If the contest is failed, the user is crushed. The weight increases with the amount of Fortress Gargantula material used.
- If the required parameters are met, the shield grants complete resistance to all physical attacks and significant resistance to physical impacts.
- The polished carapace of the fortress spider turned into a beautiful milky white shield with a hint of pink. This shield, free from the soot of years, is the first step of a new legend, requiring the strength of a giant to fully realize its potential. When the right wielder raises the shield, it will become a guardian that holds back all calamities.
### Comparison Sample
### **Blade of the Aspirant to the Heroic Sword**
- An evolved version of the Blade of the Aspirant to the Heroic Sword, using materials from the Treinor Centipede.
- While its durability is halved compared to the Blade of the Aspirant to the Heroic Sword, the effect of not losing durability on a critical hit remains. Additionally, on a critical hit, it can accumulate magic power to be used as a substitute for the player's magic when casting spells. It also grants resistance to magical attacks, essentially making it very sharp.
- A blade that aspires to the sword wielded by a hero, but in the not-too-distant future, the aspiration must be abandoned. Aspiration is the gaze that looks at distant stars, so if you want to reach the stars, you must have the resolve to turn your gaze from the sky to your side. If you look down, the ground that gave birth to you is far away, but that is the place you chose.
- **Ekezax + Ascalon + Laevatein + Fragarach**
- To merely enhance the Blade of the Aspirant to the Heroic Sword, high-rarity minerals can be used, but to evolve it into a different weapon, materials from specific monsters that were defeated using the Blade of the Aspirant to the Heroic Sword are required.
- The Treinor Centipede is the natural enemy of the dragon god and can only be defeated by humans, making it one of the few materials that can evolve the Blade of the Aspirant to the Heroic Sword to the next stage. Other materials include the lion, a symbol of kings, the ancient tyrant, the three strong ones of the deep sea, and the true dragon that the spear of dominion once challenged. Essentially, the monsters that heroes in heroic tales are likely to defeat are the main ones that qualify. Scorpion? Unfortunately, no... (very unfortunate)
- The abilities of the Blade of the Aspirant to the Heroic Sword vary depending on the material used. This is similar to changing the attribute of a celestial weapon, so the name of the weapon remains the same, but the abilities change based on the material used.
- Author's name: "End Content Sword"
### Q&A
**Q: Isn't it strange that the durability is halved even though it uses Treinor Centipede and rare minerals?**
**A:** In the world's setting, it's quite a stretch for a non-magic sword to use magic power. Magic swords are weapons that house the power to manifest magic, and the correct system for magic swords is to externalize the user's MP. However, this sword, which is not a magic sword, can only accumulate magic power within itself and transfer it to the user.
- From a meta-system perspective, it's normal for something like constant critical hits. In reality, Biiraku's AI reviewed the usage logs of the Blade of the Aspirant to the Heroic Sword and decided, "This has too many critical hits and doesn't need durability," leading to this outcome.
**Q: If the durability is zero after using so much rare material, will it disappear?**
**A:** It can be broken because it was made by human hands, and it is precious because it is a human achievement. Unbreakable steel belongs to the realm of the divine and the miraculous.
**Q: What about the illustration?**
**A:** I tried to draw it but cut it myself, saying, "No, this is different!" So it's undecided. But if it appears in the main story, I want to try again.
- This is a setting I thought of almost irrelevant to the work, but just for fun.
- **Differences in the exoskeleton composition of the Fortress Spider and the Train Cannon Centipede**
- Simply put, the Fortress's exoskeleton is made by continuously accumulating organic material in a mille-feuille structure, making it strong against impacts and functioning well even with the use of Armet. While Fortress species cannot spin silk, they secrete a liquid substance similar to spider silk from their skin, which they harden to form a thick exoskeleton, similar to a scab or molted skin.
- In contrast, the Treinor's exoskeleton is formed by combining inorganic materials like a puzzle. While the Fortress's exoskeleton is like layered clothing, the Treinor's is more like chainmail. For the Treinor, the ability to "stretch," "bend," and "flex" is important, so its exoskeleton is more mineral-like but flexible and sturdy. Unlike the Fortress, which grows by molting, the Treinor consumes its shed skin (not for nutritional reasons) to generate mineral-like substances within its body, which are then reallocated to build the exoskeleton.
- However, when discussing the Treinor's exoskeleton, the structure is not the main point; the key is that it is similar to a mineral. Thus, the material from the Treinor species is classified as a mineral material and shows affinity with other minerals... In other words, if you say, "I can use mineral materials for weapons without killing monsters, so it's easy!" you might end up fighting this thing in the end.
- The Treinor's body being mineral-like shares similarities with scorpions, but while the scorpion's characteristics stem from its nature as a devouring species, the Treinor's are entirely self-generated. Under the carapace, there is ordinary organic flesh.
