C23 Part1

For Xu Nian, this meal was underwent in some awkwardness…and the main point of awkwardness was that Li Fang was almost overwhelmingly welcoming and emotional——after all, his mother didn’t know of his relationship with Cheng Chen. But when she said that ‘work as an ox or horse’,even being as thick-skinned as Xu Nian, he felt like his face was crumbling.

On the other hand Cheng Chen was pretty unaffected. He ate and drank as usual and even complimented the sour cabbage fish dish that Xu Nian made.

After eating, Chen Di was in charge of the task of washing the dishes. Li Fang’s body still needed to take it easy, so she went back to her room.

Xu Nian accompanied Cheng Chen to the living room, and simultaneously waited for Chen Di to come out.

“Do you want to watch TV?” Xu Nian held the remote control and switched channels.

Cheng Chen furrowed his brows and asked, “You don’t even have a computer at home?”

Xu Nian replied, “There’s a laptop. Should I go and get it so we can watch a movie?”

Cheng Chen “hmmphed” noncommittally.

This hmph was basically the equivalent to a ‘en‘.

Xu Nian brought out the laptop and randomly opened a film streaming website for Cheng Chen to pick a movie. He went to the kitchen to take a look at Chen Di and found that the speed that the secretary was washing dishes was so slow it was scary…

“Do you need any help?” Xu Nian seemed one step away from rolling up his sleeves.

Chen Di hurriedly said, “No no no, you go and be with the boss.”

“But you’re washing……“

Chen Di had an expression that just screamed “I’m begging you to shut up” on his face. Then, exasperatedly, he quietly said, “I’m helping you two create a lovey-dovey two person atmosphere!”

Xu Nian: “……”

By the time he went out, Cheng Chen had obviously already finished picking a movie. His face was a bit impatient as he asked, “Aren’t we watching a movie?”

Xu Nian could only go to the refrigerator to get some fruit tea. “I just wanted to check if secretary Chen needed any help or not……”

“You’re supposed to serve me, not serve him.”

Xu Nian: “……”

Cheng Chen truly was the only one that could say ‘serve me’ in such a matter of fact way.

Xu Nian sidled up to him. “What are we watching?”

“Totoro.”

Xu Nian was a bit incredulous. “……why’d you think of watching Totoro?”

Cheng Chen was pretty much expressionless as he replied, “I like it.” However, the leg that was under the laptop shook a bit.

Xu Nian: “………”

How much do you like it, huh? You’re leg’s even shaking!

He poured some fruit tea for himself and Cheng Chen, and they both settled in, side by side, to watch Totoro. In truth, Xu Nian quite liked Totoro as well. When Totoro appeared, holding a giant leaf like an umbrella, he couldn’t help but smile. When he turned to look at Cheng Chen, although he was completely expressionless, the motions of his leg were quite dramatic.

Xu Nian helplessly reached over and pressed down on his leg. “Stop moving, we can’t see the screen clearly when it’s shaking so much.”

Cheng Chen froze, it felt as if his whole leg had been burned by a hot poker, and all of the heat gathered where Xu Nian’s palm touched him.

He didn’t know if Xu Nian forgot or if it was on purpose, but Xu Nian’s hand didn’t move away after that.

He earnestly watched the movie, but the palm of his hand was lightly rubbing Cheng Chen’s thigh. The boss felt as if all the hairs on his leg was standing on end and had become like a symphony band; wherever the ‘conductor hand’ moved, goosebumps would appear and follow.

Out of nowhere Xu Nian suddenly said, “Your ears are so red.”

Cheng Chen：“……”

Xu Nian then asked, “Is it really hot?”

Cheng Chen：“…………”

Xu Nian continued to push his luck. “Do you want to take off your clothes?”

Cheng Chen took a deep breath, and desperately tried to get back control, then viciously said while stuttering, “D-don’t just casually b-be a p-pervert!”

Sometimes, Xu Nian really would have the misconception of having their roles reversed when he was with Cheng Chen. As a sugar baby, he was being so forward and taking the initiative in touching his sugar daddy’s thigh, and yet he had to be scolded by his sugar daddy and said to be being indecent, this truly was a big problem.

That boss of his, if one were to say he didn’t like Xu Nian, well, when he saw him his leg would shake like a dog wagging its tail. But if one were to say he did like him, then, just touching his thigh caused him to shout about indecency. No matter how clever Xu Nian was, even he was about unable to understand it.

It was at times like this that Chen Di became quite important.

When Xu Nian blocked secretary Chen’s way, the other was muddled by his actions. “What happened? You guys had a fight?”

Xu Nian shook his head, “I just wanted to ask, what type of girlfriends did the boss have before?”

“He likes the little cute rabbit type.” Chen Di thought it over, then added, “But nowadays where can you find this type? For example, you look the most harmless and the most sweet, but who would guess that you’re actually a little homo with such deep machinations?”

“……” Xu Nian didn’t know if he’d just been complimented or insulted.

Chen Di continued, “But you’re still the most impressive, to even turn a straight as a rod guy gay.”

Xu Nian sighed. “I haven’t made him gay yet, yesterday even just touching his leg made him shout.”

Chen Di replied, “You’ve even touched his leg, back then those lover’s weren’t even allowed to touch his hand!!”

Xu Nian : “……”
