Chapter 51: White steel armor

Tixi Lan Mountains, Molten City.

This is a city close to an extinct volcano. The fertile volcanic ash makes the

nearby crops grow very well. Pieces of soybean plants grow tightly on the flat

terraces. Beans are also the main source of plant protein for animals.

The green terraces built around the mountain are like steps from top to

bottom, covering this extinct volcano. Only on the mountainside is a huge

grotto. Following the grotto is an extremely wide road with moss on the road

from time to time. The rock rhinoceros pulls the mine cart in and out.

Heavy steel mine carts smashed deep ravines on gravel mountain roads. A

rabbit-eared tribe wearing linen clothes hangs a red fruit on a long pole.

This kind of custard apple is very popular with mossy rock rhinos. , As long

as they hang in front, they will follow the direction of the fruit, very

obedient.

At present, the rabbits are very proficient in cooperating with the monsters

in the mountains, and they have established a good relationship of trust with

each other. They have a very clear understanding of the hobbies and habits of

these monsters. Mossy rock rhinos prefer cool and humid places. If it is

normal, they would not come inside the volcano. However, the ore is really

heavy, and it is too difficult to pull a cart by manpower. The rabbits have to

think of other ways.

After some trials and observations, this kind of custard fruit is very popular

with these honest rhinos. Even if you drag the minecart to the inside of the

volcano, you can endure it. The rabbits also replaced the rewards with this

kind of fruit. In addition, in order to take care of these rhinos In order to

dissipate heat and keep the body surface moist, they will also put a bucket of

water on the car and irrigate the rhino's back and body with water from time

to time.

The red Sakyamuni is said to have been passed from the Eastern Continent many

years ago. It is also called Bufuna on the Eastern Continent, which means the

fruit of longevity. Although this is an extraordinary world, there is no fate

that can only live for many years. This kind of fruit is only very sweet. If

it is a special extraordinary species, it can cure the dark disease in the

body, and it is indeed reasonable to extend the life.

As the minecart entered the interior of the mountain, a burst of heat came

oncoming, and the dark red fire light reflected on the surrounding rock walls,

and then the noisy sound became louder and louder, the twitching sound of the

bellows, the trembling of iron strikes, and the cooling of steel. Sounds, the

sound of water boiling and evaporating, the impact of giant hammers, each of

the rabbit-eared tribes wearing craftsmen's robes are making metallurgy and

metal products.

Inside the volcano is an irregular red lake. The lake is full of hot magma.

Surrounding the magma lake is a wide circular walkway. Next to the walkway is

a workbench. Hundreds of rabbit ear craftsmen are enthusiastic here. The work,

the crisp metal collision sound can be seen everywhere.

A tall rabbit-eared tribe stood at the workshop inside the volcano. He was

tall, with a round waist, and he was wearing dark red steel armor. The armor

was bright and raised spikes, which looked a little fierce.

At this time, a big man with black rabbit ears walked in. He was wearing a

white cloak and a fitted silver armor. He was followed by several guards armed

with guns wearing the same style of armor.

"Kanda, why are you here?" The tall rabbit-eared clan looked at the big man in

the white cloak, a little surprised, but grinned and showed a familiar smile

on his face. It seemed that they had known each other a long time ago.

"Lushan, I'll come over to see how the new armor test is going. His Royal

Highness Lorrain Hill has passed the plan over, and the legion will be formed

recently."

"Don't worry, I have been here to supervise and supervise every day recently.

Everyone is experimenting step by step. The basic process has been set, and

the rest is optimization and the most cost-effective thing."

The big rabbit in the red armor doesn't speak like his armor, and looks very

easy-going and thick. He handed the big axe in his hand to the rabbit next to

him, and walked over to give Kanda a big hug.

"It's been a long time since we made comparisons, or maybe we have a fight

tonight and some more drinks."

"It's okay to sign, but it's not possible to drink for the time being.

Business matters." Kanda smiled and the two talked as they walked.

Considering the needs of the war, Lorrain Hill finally decided to form an

elite army mainly composed of cavalry. Other ordinary legions with long

spears, swords, and crossbows, elites have priority to enter the cavalry unit.

The current Yvar world is still dominated by cold weapons. The existence of

extraordinary powers makes the individual's strength and physique far better

than the ancient memory in Lorrainhill’s memory. Besides, there are armors

made of various magical materials and some extraordinary careers. The built-in

protection skills, the lethality of the projection weapon is far inferior to

the ancient memory.

There is an upper limit on the attack power of projectile weapons, such as the

pulling power of crossbows, the loading capacity of early gunpowder, and so

on. Even if you are a strong man with infinite power, the bows and arrows you

shoot are also limited by the performance of the weapon, and the excess

strength has no other effect besides breaking the bow.

Therefore, most of the battles in this world are solved at close range. The

bow and crossbow will have a great advantage in the low-level, but with the

improvement of the extraordinary sequence, after the sequence 4, the effect of

the bow and crossbow will be greatly weakened, unless you can attach magic

power and other skills to the arrow It is a good game of the elves, and other

races are not very good at it.

The cavalry on the battlefield can often play a decisive role in changing the

situation of the battle. If there is no cavalry, even if the enemy is defeated

and the enemy flees, they will not be able to pursue much and cannot expand

the results. Moreover, sometimes in order to attack the weak enemy troops, the

cavalry is the most important thing. This is why Lorrain Hill, like other

pioneers, preferred cavalry.

"Kanda, although I have said it many times."

"But Lao Lu, I really admire Your Highness."

"What's wrong with you?"

"You'll know if you come over and take a look."

Lushan took Kanda to a workbench, with two sets of armor on it, and the

material was made of steel.

"Look, the one on the left is the armor I bought from Xifeng. It is said that

a desolate nobleman sold the armor left by his ancestors in exchange for

money~www.mtlnovel.com~ I later found someone who knows how to do it. It is

indeed genuine, and that ** will regret it in the future. This good armor

shows that his ancestor should be a viscount."

Then his sturdy hand opened the upper part of the armor, revealing a brass

shield-shaped micro-chapter.

"The pattern on this micro-chapter is a burning hill, which shows that its

owner was a veteran of the'Quenching Battle' and made great contributions. It

is estimated that Xifeng was awarded at least a viscount after the founding of

the country. After all, the Xifeng Zhi The king is still very generous with

his opponents."

"Then on the right is the new armor we built according to the drawings given

by His Highness. The amount and weight of steel used are the same as those of

the west wind helmet on the left."

Kanda looked at Lushan a little puzzled, and Lushan continued.

"We tested the intensity comparison between the two, guess what?"

"That must be strong from your Highness."

"Yes, how strong is it?"

"Triple?" Kanda was slightly overestimated.

"No, it's ten times!"

Lushan laughed, and then took the giant hammer next to him and knocked it

twice. The armor on the left was sunken in, and several small holes were

pierced by the horns on the giant hammer. The white steel armor on the right

bounced slightly, making a metallic trill sound, intact.

[White Steel Armor] (Rare Silver Grade): The plate armor has been improved

again by advanced technology. It has excellent toughness and strength. It can

disperse the impact force and greatly reduce damage. It can be manufactured on

a large scale and is very cost-effective.

This is an improved version of Lorrain Hill based on the technology of the

Mercury Dynasty after obtaining the drawings. It may not be very strong, but

the low cost and streamability of the materials made it possible for everyone

in the legion to wear it and get good protection. After all, every life is

precious, and letting everyone survive is her most preferred direction.
