Chapter 27

After listening to his father and the villagers, Ye Yuan looked at Ye Zhuang. Ye Zhuang also knew that he had done something wrong and was about to explain to Ye Yuan, but Ye Yuan directly waved his hand to refuse.

"I will have Ding Yi transfer this month's salary and bonus to your card. You are not suitable to work on my boat anymore."

After saying this, Ye Yuan directly pulled his father away. Ye Zhuang looked at Ye Yuan's back, his mouth moved a few times, but he never made a sound.

Ye Zhuang's uncle, seeing such a result, secretly pulled his wife away.

Ye Yuan's face was not good. He instructed Ding Yi and the others to move the jade fragments and some fishing rods from the pickup truck onto the boat, then returned to the cabin.

He never thought that the seemingly honest Ye Zhuang could do such a thing.

The abalone origin itself was not a big deal for Ye Yuan, after all, the abalones there had all been caught by him.

What made him angry was that Ye Zhuang had no principles. He could believe in an uncle who treated him so badly in the past. In the future, there would be more and more secrets on his boat. If he kept Ye Zhuang on the boat, would he tell others about other things as well?

After this incident, Ye Yuan decided to get more robots. They were not only capable but also more loyal than outsiders.

At this moment, Ding Er brought a large bag of jade fragments. Ye Yuan asked about the supplies on the boat. Ding Er and the others had already taken care of it in the morning, and the supplies on the boat were now sufficient. Ye Yuan ordered them to set sail back to Fish Bay Island.

Sitting in the cabin, Ye Yuan converted the large bag of jade fragments into points. Just as he was about to check how many points he had, the system's voice sounded.

"The system has obtained enough points and is upgrading... Estimated upgrade time: 10 hours."

Ye Yuan found that he could not enter the space during this system upgrade. It seemed he would have to wait until the upgrade was complete to see what the situation was.

Back home, Ye Yuan's mood was not good due to the incident with Ye Zhuang. He went straight to his room.

The second brother took out the toys he bought on Blue Island and played with Niuniu in the villa's courtyard.

In the courtyard, Niuniu hugged a doll taller than herself, riding a big yellow dog and chasing a golden eagle flying two meters above the ground. The second brother kept taking photos with his phone and posting them on social media.

Ye Yuan returned to his room and anxiously waited for the system upgrade to finish. A voice message from the eldest brother caught his attention.

"Fourth brother, go online and check it out, big news. I know it's you, hahaha. You are a national hero now."

The message was confusing, and Ye Yuan didn't understand. He opened the web page and found that all the websites' headlines were the same.

The forums were boiling over with this news.

"Amazing, my brother!"

"What's the deal?"

"Second floor, full of idiots."

"Small fisherman, big wisdom!"

"Fisherman little brother, leave your contact info, can meet in person, can warm the bed, no need for luxury brands, just a bowl of spicy hot pot..."

"Amazing, my brother, amazing, my country."

Looking at these comments, Ye Yuan was both amused and exasperated. He, the instigator, hadn't even realized how great he was. But the netizens made him feel so powerful.

Time passed as he read the comments online.

"System upgraded to version 2.0. Initializing..."

After a brief prompt, Ye Yuan entered the space.

The gray sky had turned a sky blue, the reef cluster had become a small island, and the original stone tablet had disappeared, replaced by a projection-like screen floating above the island. The former pool had turned into a significant inland lake on the island.

Host: Ye Yuan

Points: 50800/50800

Strength: 25

Speed: 15

Endurance: 20

Title: Intern Fisherman (Water-based creature affinity +11)

Fishing Ground Space (Basic): Accelerates the growth rate of creatures in the fishing ground. Can exchange points to change the appearance of creatures.

Point Mall (Intermediate): Can use points to exchange for items in the mall. Currently available items are as follows...

Using a few hundred points, Ye Yuan figured out some of the changes after the system upgrade.

Strength 25 was his current index. According to the system's estimate, the average human strength was 15, and some martial arts experts had a strength of 30. Speed and endurance were the same; Ye Yuan's values were higher than the average person but lower than the top performers in these areas.

Second, the points. Previously, the points only showed the current total. Now, they would show the cumulative total. 50300/50800 was the point display after Ye Yuan's inquiry.

The mall had been upgraded to an intermediate level, and many items Ye Yuan had never thought of appeared. However, seeing the points required to exchange for these items, he had no interest.

Thinking about the incident with Ye Zhuang during the day, Ye Yuan directly exchanged four robots in the system, instructing them to report to Ding Yi and learn some knowledge about the Blue Star on the boat.

...

The "Water Control" sailed on the vast sea. Each time they went out to sea, the seagulls that usually surrounded the fishing boat were gone, replaced by a golden eagle circling above the boat. Perhaps because it had just learned to fly, the golden eagle occasionally landed on the mast of the fishing boat to rest.

"Fourth brother, you really have style. People take bodyguards when they go out, but you take a golden eagle. Are you going to be a divine eagle hero?" The second brother still had that carefree attitude.

"I don't want to lose an arm, and besides, I don't have an aunt."

Ye Yuan was in a good mood and joked with the second brother.

They had been out to sea for half a day, and the second brother had already urged Ye Yuan multiple times to find a place with plenty of fish to fish.

Ye Yuan sensed the surrounding sea and found no large fish. This trip was not just to accompany the second brother fishing but also to catch some rare seafood for Wang Yueshan.

In the previous transaction, Ye Yuan noticed that Zhao Yueshan was somewhat disappointed. He didn't want to lose the hard-earned sales channel.

The fishing boat continued to move forward. Ye Yuan had great confidence in fishing. He discovered by chance that the water in the space had a strong attraction to fish. Bait soaked in the water could attract many fish.

After the second brother's repeated inquiries, Ye Yuan finally sensed three large fish approaching the fishing boat. He smiled slightly, instructed Ding Yi to reduce the boat's speed to the minimum, and took out the space bait to start fishing with the second brother.

Soon, a fish with a bluish-gray back, a white belly, and irregular black spots on its sides was caught. This was a type of sea bass called a white sea bass.

Sea bass is divided into white sea bass and black sea bass. White sea bass have a bluish-gray back, a white belly, and irregular black spots on their sides; black sea bass are darker, with a deep black-gray color and less noticeable black spots.

Generally, sea bass are 1-2 pounds in size. The second brother caught a 3-pound one, which was a good catch. However, the second brother didn't seem very happy. Ye Yuan felt that the second brother had some worries this time, but since he didn't say anything, Ye Yuan didn't feel comfortable asking.
