Ye Huang muttered in his heart, but his eyes never left the beautiful Qin Yue.

Since it was early autumn, the weather was still slightly hot. Qin Yue waved her hand and smiled at Ye Huang, showing no surprise that he knew her name and identity.

Ye Huang wasn't particularly surprised either. Qin Yue was known in school for being able to outshine all the boys, which showed her charm. It wasn't strange that people knew her background.

"Talk about me for what?" Qin Yue tilted her head, looking puzzled.

"If you attract their boyfriends, do you think they'll be happy? Look where that guy's eyes are wandering." Ye Huang pointed to a man walking with his girlfriend nearby.

"Me, steal? Do I look like that kind of person? Besides, there's the Qingcheng Villa nearby. Why would I come here to steal from teachers? I'm not stupid!"

"Who knows? I heard there's a thief around here who steals women's underwear. Could you be that thief?" Qin Yue blinked her almond eyes, making Ye Huang feel all tingly inside.

"Qin Yue! Don't think I won't sue you for defamation just because you're a beauty! I have ideals, would I do something so despicable? Besides, if I were to steal, I'd steal your underwear. Who else's would I want?"

Ye Huang pretended to be angry, raised his head, and said something that made people want to laugh.

"You're really something, aren't you? Alright, I won't joke with you anymore. Why are you here? This is the female teachers' apartment complex." Qin Yue rolled her eyes when Ye Huang took the joke too seriously.

"Here, this is it." Ye Huang pulled out an advertisement from a stack of flyers and handed it to Qin Yue.

Qin Yue took it with some confusion and her eyes immediately lit up.

"Is this real? You really have a villa to rent?"

"Beauty, do you really think I'm not trustworthy? Why would I waste my time posting fake ads?" Ye Huang gave her a look, thinking, "How can such a beauty be so naive? How did she become the principal?"

"That's great! I was worried about where to rent a place. I didn't expect you to come to me. Hey, little brother, can I rent it?"

"Absolutely no problem, anytime! Monthly rent is 2,000, fully furnished!" Ye Huang was overjoyed inside when he heard Qin Yue wanted to rent, but he maintained a calm demeanor, though he really wanted to kiss her.

"Only 2,000? Isn't that too cheap?" Qin Yue was surprised by the low rent.

"If you think it's too cheap, make it 3,000!"

"Ah... 2,000, 2,000! Only a fool would pay 3,000." Qin Yue pouted, but she was secretly delighted. Although the school provided apartments for single teachers and staff, they were shared by two people.

It was fine before, but recently, the girl she lived with found a boyfriend and often brought him back, making her feel uncomfortable. She was just looking for a place to rent.

This sudden appearance of Ye Huang was a pleasant surprise, especially since the rent was cheaper than renting an apartment in Yucheng, which made her even happier.

"Alright!" Ye Huang wrote down the address and handed it to her, then hummed a tune as he skipped away.
