Chapter 12

Dark clouds hung overhead, the wind howled, and the atmosphere was oppressive.

The martial artists from the Ice Fragment Manor, at Yan Ziqian's signal, did not rush forward in a mob but instead spread out in a semicircle, gradually closing in on the pile of rocks where the group was hiding.

Zhuo Qian's face suddenly changed, and she shouted, "Trouble!"

Tu Ze and the others also turned pale, guessing Yan Ziqian's intentions and realizing the situation was dire. With the archers aiming at them, any attempt to break through would make them live targets. Yan Ziqian had seen their disadvantage and did not rush in but instead surrounded them.

This was a setup to wipe them out completely!

Once the encirclement was formed, the seven of them, outnumbered and with injured companions, would likely face a tragic end of total annihilation.

"The archers haven't moved in, and it's too late to break through now. This battle... we are doomed!" Tu Ze suddenly took a deep breath, his expression fierce, his eyes red like a cornered beast, and he growled, "We can't escape! Kill as many as we can, and if we kill eight, we'll have made it worth it!"

Kang Zhi, Zhuo Qian, Chu Peng, and the others, upon hearing this, their eyes turned bloodshot, and they were ready to fight to the death.

The Ice Fragment Manor had sent about seventeen or eighteen people, more than double their number. Yan Ziqian's realm and aura were no less than Tu Ze's, and the few martial artists beside him had deep, profound auras. The ferocity and ruthlessness in their eyes showed that they had all been through the baptism of blood.

Tu Ze, Kang Zhi, and the others had been in a prolonged battle with the Ice Bone Python, consuming much of their spiritual energy, and three of them had been injured in a surprise attack...

Qin Lie's brows were deeply furrowed, and his eyes occasionally flashed with lightning. Even as Tu Ze and the others despaired, he was still desperately seeking a chance to turn the tide.

"Rumble!"

At that moment, a thunderous boom echoed from deep within the thick clouds.

Qin Lie's eyes suddenly shone with a startling light!

"In a moment, stay as far away from me as possible, and don't get close to me!"

Taking a deep breath, a formidable aura surged from Qin Lie, like a long-sealed sword about to reveal its sharp edge!

Zhuo Qian and the others looked enlightened.

"None shall be left alive! Kill!"

Yan Ziqian's cold voice suddenly rang out, and the Ice Fragment Manor martial artists, who had been ready, roared and charged from three directions.

Yan Ziqian, at the Ninth Level of Body Refinement, took the lead, his Ice Dragon Sword flickering with a cold light, like a long-dormant dragon lunging at Tu Ze.

"Come on!"

Tu Ze roared, his crimson longsword glowing brightly, and he strode forward, engaging Yan Ziqian in combat.

Zhuo Qian had already discarded her bow, her right hand gripping a dark red dragon bone whip. With a flick of her arm, the whip coiled like a snake, emitting a piercing whistle.

Kang Zhi and the injured Chu Peng, Han Feng, and others, their faces showing madness, charged out without hesitation.

On the outside, the Ice Fragment Manor archers constantly adjusted their aim, but they dared not fire for fear of hitting their own people, who were already engaged in battle.

"Ah!"

One of the archers suddenly called out, spotting Qin Lie behind the pile of rocks.

He sneered and aimed his bow at Qin Lie, shouting, "There's one alone!"

"Whoosh, whoosh!"

Two arrows immediately shot toward Qin Lie.

As soon as he activated the Heavenly Thunder Punishment, Qin Lie's mind buzzed, his blood seemed to ignite, and his limbs were instantly filled with a fierce thunderous power.

"Rumble!"

The divine thunder in the clouds seemed to resonate with him, lightning dragons writhing in the sky, breaking through the thick clouds, as if to cleanse the sins of the world.

With the fury of the thunder, Qin Lie growled, like a blinding lightning bolt streaking across the sky, vanishing in an instant.

"Where is he?"

The archer's eyes were dazzled by the lightning, and when he regained his senses, Qin Lie was nowhere to be seen, and the two arrows had lost their target.

"There, there behind you! Ah, behind you!"

Another archer, as if seeing a ghost in broad daylight, suddenly screamed in terror.

He saw Qin Lie, his body enveloped in dense currents, lightning snakes coiling around him, and thick lightning dragons circling above his head.

At that moment, Qin Lie seemed to have transformed into a son of the thunder god!

"First one!"

Qin Lie roared, his lightning-wrapped hands suddenly grabbing the archer's neck, tightening with force!

"Crack!"

The sound of the neck being crushed was crisp and bone-chilling, and the archer died on the spot!

Qin Lie, who had killed for the first time, showed no fear, his hands did not tremble, and his handsome face revealed a frightening excitement, his eyes filled with fierce madness.

It seemed that the violent and crazy factors hidden in his nature had been fully unleashed by this battle.

"You're the second one!" He looked at the opposite archer and suddenly grinned.

The archer who had shouted to warn his companion felt a chill down his spine, as if being targeted by a prehistoric beast.

"Crack!"

Lightning bolts shot down from the rolling clouds, all landing around Qin Lie.

Carrying the power of the thunder, Qin Lie suddenly charged at the archer, and the archer's eyes suddenly froze.

He heard the real sound of thunder!

The deafening thunder echoed in his mind, making him dizzy and disoriented.

"Crack!"

Using the same method, Qin Lie crushed the archer's neck, and before he fell to the ground, his neck was charred black.

Having killed two people, the violent blood in Qin Lie's body was fully ignited. He did not join the battle between Tu Ze and Yan Ziqian but focused on the Ice Fragment Manor archers.

Wherever Qin Lie went, thunder rumbled, and thick lightning bolts, like giant chains, writhed around him.

For a moment, the Ice Fragment Manor archers screamed in terror, and once he got close, they were struck by the lightning without even needing him to act.

"Ah?"

Zhuo Qian suddenly gasped, holding her dragon bone whip, her leather armor torn, blood seeping from her chest, and a long wound on her left leg.

"Quick, look at Qin Lie!" Zhuo Qian, realizing the situation, her eyes suddenly shining with a fierce light, shouted to Tu Ze and the others, who were in a desperate situation.

Tu Ze's hair was frosted, his teeth chattering, his body gradually stiffening from the cold of the Ice Dragon Sword.

Kang Zhi's abdomen was pierced, blood gushing out, his face twisted in pain, and he was screaming.
