Yego laughed and said, "Of course not, I just sent them to check if there were any classmates nearby. What, did they ambush you? Don't worry, I'll teach them a lesson."

"No need, they've already paid the price," Granie said coldly.

Lu Yin walked to Granie's side and looked at Yego.

Yego was not surprised to see Lu Yin, "You are the Hidden Saint from Jinling? You must be from the Starry Sky, otherwise, Granie wouldn't be working with you."

Lu Yin said calmly, "My name is Yata, a student from Tatar Planet Academy. My grandfather is the principal."

Granie's face twitched; she hated that sentence. Because of it, she had relaxed her guard against this scoundrel.

Yego was taken aback, "What are you trying to say?"

Lu Yin showed a hint of pride, "I have money. If you release my people, I can give you a lot of resources."

Yego laughed, "Tatar Planet? Never heard of it. I don't care who you are, I just want to cooperate."

"Cooperate?" Lu Yin was surprised.

Yego said solemnly, "I found a狂风晶体矿 nearby, but it's occupied by a group of mutated beasts. They have all reached the Exploration Realm, making them hard to deal with. I need help."

"How much?" Granie asked.

Yego shook his head, "Not sure, but conservatively, there should be dozens of cubic meters."

Granie's eyes gleamed. Dozens of cubic meters of狂风晶体 was a significant amount. On most planets, such crystals would only amount to a few cubic meters. Granie wanted to agree but held back, looking at Lu Yin instead.

Lu Yin said calmly, "I have money, I don't care."

Yego was stunned. He hadn't expected a student to refuse. This was dozens of cubic meters of狂风晶体, equivalent to at least a hundred cubic meters of Star Energy Crystals, enough to master a combat technique and accelerate cultivation to the Fusion Realm. It was a substantial resource.

Granie glared at Lu Yin; she wanted to go.

"But even though I have money, no one ever complains about having too much. Alright, we'll find you in a couple of days, but you can't touch anyone from my Penal Camp," Lu Yin changed the subject.

Yego nodded, "Alright, I'll bring my two junior students as well. More people make things easier."

Lu Yin agreed, and Granie immediately cut off the screen.

"Is this Yego the same level as Terres, as those two mentioned?" Lu Yin asked.

Granie hummed, "I've heard his name. He's one of the top three at Blue Mountain Academy, possibly even stronger than Terres."

"What about his family background?" Lu Yin asked.

Granie was taken aback, "Family background? I don't know."

Lu Yin's eyes flickered. He wasn't going for the狂风晶体. No matter how much there was, it couldn't be exchanged for Star Energy Crystals on Earth and would likely end up in the hands of the Da Yu Empire. What he needed was Star Energy Crystals, and Yego should have some.

The distance from Jinling to Yuxiang wasn't far. Lu Yin had Granie carry the two Blue Mountain Academy students, and they arrived after half a day of flying.

Tens of thousands of Evolvers were trapped in the camp, their weapons confiscated, and surrounded by another group of Evolvers as guards.

Lu Yin saw Feng Hong, the pitiful Wanshu Leader hanging from a tree.

A powerful energy wave swept through the camp as Lu Yin and Granie arrived, causing the sky to tremble.

Lu Yin knew this was Yego's way of showing his strength and testing theirs.

Actually, such a display was not only useless but also exposed one's true strength. Yego's energy wave was very powerful, even slightly surpassing Terres, but Lu Yin didn't care. A barking dog doesn't bite; only the silver-haired man's lethal methods were truly terrifying.

Granie stepped forward, her energy vibrating to block Yego's energy wave, distorting the air and creating a crack in the ground, dividing the camp from Lu Yin and the others.

Several Wanshu Leaders, including Feng Hong, looked up, their eyes filled with shame.

Lu Yin ignored them and focused on the man slowly rising into the air—Yego.

Clap, clap, clap

"Truly the flower of the Military Academy, Granie's strength is astonishing," Yego praised, his eyes filled with unhidden greed.

Granie huffed, "Is this how Blue Mountain Academy treats guests?"

Yego laughed, "I was rash, I apologize," he said, then looked at Lu Yin with a hint of disdain. Lu Yin had recently broken through to the Exploration Realm, and his energy wasn't strong enough to catch Yego's attention.

"Can you release my two junior students now?" Yego asked Granie, assuming she was the leader.

The two captured Blue Mountain Academy students tried to speak when they saw Yego but were gagged, only able to make eye contact, trying to warn him about Lu Yin's strength, but Yego didn't understand.

"Whether to release them depends on your sincerity," Granie said coldly.

Yego shrugged, "Alright, please, let's talk in the camp."

Soon, they were inside the camp.

Yego took out a map and pointed to a mountain about a hundred kilometers from Yuxiang, "The狂风晶体 is there, but it's surrounded by a group of mutated birds. At least five of them have reached the Exploration Realm, what the natives call the Heaven Level, and there are many more at the Observation Realm."

"What do you plan to do?" Granie glanced at Lu Yin and asked Yego.

Yego said, "With the five of us, we can deal with the birds, but it would be tiring. I have a plan to lure the birds out using the natives and then bombard them with the planet's thermal weapons, quick and clean."

Lu Yin's eyes turned cold, and Granie was shocked, quickly saying, "If we do that, the natives will die too."

Yego laughed, "The natives' lives don't matter; the key is that we will have it easy."

"Even without sacrificing the natives, we can still succeed," Lu Yin said calmly.

Yego looked at Lu Yin with amusement, "Brother Yata, the natives' lives are not worth considering. Once the trial ends, the Evolvers among them will be sent to the battlefield. Some with talent might become slaves to a noble student, the pretty ones might become maids, and the rest will be cannon fodder. Don't worry, they might even thank us for this, ha ha."

Lu Yin didn't respond. Earth's fate was already sealed. From the moment the trial began, all Earthlings were under the observation of the Da Yu Empire and the Galactic Youth Council. Only a few with talent would receive slightly fairer treatment; the rest were cannon fodder. Yego was right.

"Alright, I've shown my sincerity. Can you release them now?" Yego asked Granie.

Granie looked at Lu Yin, who said calmly, "Wait a bit longer, I have another question."

A hint of coldness flashed in Yego's eyes, "What question?"

Lu Yin looked at Yego, "You are one of the top students at Blue Mountain Academy. Why aren't you completing your mission and instead staying here?"

Yego was surprised, looked at Lu Yin, then at Granie, and laughed, "I forgot, it's normal for you at this level to not have access to certain information. Alright, I can enlighten you," he said, sitting down and having someone bring tea.

Lu Yin and Granie also sat down, took the tea, and looked at Yego.

Yego took a sip of tea and said seriously, "Students are divided into three tiers. The first tier is my two junior students. Their purpose in the trial is to impress certain people, like gilding their resumes. As long as they survive the trial, it will be a bright spot on their future. The second tier is us."

"Us?" Granie was surprised, thinking Yego, as a top student at Blue Mountain Academy, wouldn't be in the same tier as her.

Yego nodded, "You, me, and even your Military Academy's Terres are in this tier. Our goal is to achieve something, like occupying territory, marking it blue, or discovering valuable minerals. Granie, since you landed, has anyone asked you to complete a mission together?"

Granie shook her head, her expression serious.

Yego laughed, "That's it. We're not qualified enough. Only one type of person is qualified: your academy's Willow and our academy's Paris."

"The strongest students?" Granie was surprised.

Yego nodded, "This universe isn't fair. We need to be notified about the trial, but they already know about it and have contact with each other. It's their circle, and we can't reach it. Before the trial began, they had already united to complete their missions. Willow isn't in this area, is he?"

Granie's eyes were bitter, "I haven't seen him since the trial began."
