Reece’s voice was cold, which made Carlo once again feel his inhumanity.

“How can I be teammates with a guy like you?”

At this time, Nie Chuan was dribbling vigilantly. He knew that he only has one chance. Once he gets cut off by Peter or he doesn’t make a layup before Peter controls the area under the basket, he will be completely finished.

Zw4sxy

The only fortunate thing is that Peter doesn’t know that he can’t shoot at all.

Nie Chuan knows that even the best skills must be supported by explosiveness and speed but the length and frequency of his outbreaks are not much. He must grasp that opportunity and absolutely must not make any mistakes!

Peter is just a door. Shoulder to shoulder, shoulder to hip, and then he will pass him!

Nie Chuan arrived in front of Peter at an unprecedented speed, stopping abruptly just when Peter came forward before following with McGrady’s crossover. The ball was passed between his legs three times, so fast that Peter didn’t dare hastily steal the ball. Nie Chuan’s last dribble suddenly sped up. Like a hurricane, it violently swept by Peter’s side. Peter even had the illusion of being taken away by the other person.

Peter reacted quickly and chased after Nie Chuan. Seeing that Nie Chuan was going to make another layup, he jumped without hesitation and covered Nie Chuan.

Carlo looked away and sighed in his heart. He just knew it would be this kind of result!

zZPJso

But then something unexpected happened. Nie Chuan actually didn’t shoot, but landed. The moment he landed he quickly jumped up again.

Everyone widened their eyes as they watched Nie Chuan shoot the ball.

Peter unhesitantly jumped again and looked as if he would block Nie Chuan.

Everybody stretched their necks with wide eyes, not daring to even breathe heavily.

The ball that had been thrown out, hit the area above the basket.

Nie Chuan’s eyes were full of hope… please go in! Go in

The ball bounced and fell into the basket.

“Oh–” Carlo’s mouth was wide open. He never thought Nie Chuan would actually make the shot.

When the two landed, Peter fiercely slammed into Nie Chuan’s body. With such strength, Nie Chuan felt like his bones were going to shatter.

“Allen…” It was already too late when Carlo realized that things weren’t right.

rFBtQ4

Nie Chuan had already been knocked off balance.

He was finished!

Just when Nie Chuan was thinking about how to land in a position that wouldn’t be too funny, someone caught him from behind and he smoothly crashed into that person’s arms.

The other person stood very firmly catching him, not even staggering back.

He clenched his fists tightly, the scene was extremely embarrassing.

Nie Chuan also stood foolishly in place… that voice behind him, why does it seem to be Reece Reddington?

nIo6y3

He looked towards Carlo. Standing next to Carlo was an unknown classmate, but the person originally standing there had been Reece

The cheerleader Lily clapped her hands as she walked towards them. “Haha! That was really exciting! Now everyone can continue to party!”

At this time, the palm that was originally holding Nie Chuan’s waist was loosened. Nie Chuan stiffened his neck and turned around to look up at Reece’s eyes.

“That…thank you…”

Reece leaned over, the slight bend of his lips made the heart beat. This was the first time Nie Chuan clearly saw the contours of his eyes.

It is clearly a soft and beautiful line. Just what kind of momentum made them look so sharp?

F84UJ1

“Next time, I will be more than happy to see you get a fracture.”

After that, Reece turned and left.

“Hey Reece! Where are you going?”

“Home, it’s too boring here.”

“The pool party is till dawn, you’re leaving now? Isn’t that too disappointing?” Carlo opened his hand, hoping to retain Reece.

Lily and them also showed expectant looks.

M0bEdU

Nie Chuan couldn’t understand, just what is so good about this guy Reece with *no one in his eyes?

Alright, he has too many good aspects: handsome, tall, and has long legs. As for basketball, aside from college students nationwide, he ought to be number one or two in the entire city

? Plus he looks like a school tyrant! Wait, this guy drives a Land Rover! What is a college student doing driving a Land Rover? It must have been bought by his father! So he’s a rich second generation?

With such a thought, Nie Chuan’s heart became more and more unbalanced!

“Allen! Allen!” Carlo’s hand waved in front of Nie Chuan. “Why don’t you ever answer every time I call you Allen?”

“Ah… I’m just not used to my English name…” Nie Chuan returned from his thoughts and remembered that he also didn’t really want to continue with the pool party. He said to Carlo, “I think I have to go home too.”

“Hey I’ll send you back tomorrow morning! It’s fun here!”

iPBT1n

All the beautiful women are around you, of course you’re having fun!

“My mother will be worried.”

0ozWtD

As soon as he finished, Carlo burst out laughing. “You’re still mommy’s baby!”

Nie Chuan’s face suddenly reddened. He was angered by Carlo so much that he’s unable to speak.

etUSTR

“Carlo, you continue to play. I’ll take Nie Chuan home,” Reece opened.

Nie Chuan was nervous at once. What? Reece taking him home? He doesn’t want that!

Ou0ylT

“Okay… that’s fine too.” Carlo nodded regretfully.

Hey! Don’t make decisions for me! What do you mean that’s fine?

irxIvL

“That… I left my coat by Lily’s pool, I need to get it back! How about you leave first? I’ll go back on my own!” Nie Chuan reluctantly came up with such a lame excuse.

“Then I’ll go with you to retrieve the clothes,” Reece said lightly.

wj9DAS

Nie Chuan’s face almost collapsed… I don’t want you to go with me to get clothes at all…

Nobody can comprehend the desolation in Nie Chuan’s heart.

Looking at their departing backs, Carlo tilted his head and muttered to himself, “Eh… didn’t Reece have a match today? How did he come? Didn’t he say Allen needed a little lesson? Why did he catch him just now? Wait, even I couldn’t react in time but he rushed forward first! I understand now, this guy is trying to brush his presence in front of Allen and win his trust! What ‘learn a lesson’ and what not, just to make me careless – this guy’s mind is too deep!”

By the pool, the party is still ongoing and the games in the pool are heating up and getting more and more eye catching.

MfXev9

Nie Chuan originally wanted to stop and take a look, but the thought that Reece was standing on the opposite side of the pool, he completely lost interest. He returned to his original spot, found his coat, then walked in Reece’s direction.

At the moment, Reece is standing in a bright spot. He was looking up with his hands in his pockets. Perhaps he is looking at the stars in the sky, or perhaps nothing at all.

IKGe4E

Amidst the noisy music and laughter, his presence is very clear.

Nie Chuan didn’t even understand why he was waiting for him.

Several girls were being chased around by boys with water guns. Nie Chuan could only lean towards the pool to avoid them.

The elbow of the boys who ran past Nie Chuan’s side hit him, causing Nie Chuan to suddenly lose his balance. He wanted to stabilize himself but he didn’t expect that the next step he took would be the swimming pool.

KpMjh6

He couldn’t even cry out “F*ck–” before he fell into the pool, making a large splash.

Everyone looked over and the sound of laughter immediately followed.

Even Carlo, who was carrying a beer, was laughing with trembling shoulders.

At this time, Reece who had been standing on the opposite side suddenly strode forward. Before anyone can clearly see what happened, he had already jumped into the pool like a sharp blade and quickly swam towards Nie Chuan.

LGR6u2

Without knowing what was happening, Nie Chuan started swimming towards the edge of the pool. But two seconds later he felt someone arrive by his side and grab his chin before taking him out of the water.

The water in this area location is two meters deep. Nie Chuan wiped away the water on his face, but once he clearly saw the person who had pulled him out of the water, he choked on a couple mouthfuls.

“Reece… you… how come you came?”

“I’ll bring you out.”

UkoGpL

Nie Chuan saw Reece frowning for the first time. Drops of water slid from his forehead all the way to his chin, reflecting a light that was not very bright.

There seems to be a part of his heart that is stirring.

ykhad5

“I can swim…” Nie Chuan stammered in reply.

Reece promptly loosened his hold on Nie Chuan and Nie Chuan fled to the poolside.

Meanwhile, everybody is talking about it.

Nie Chuan got out, his whole body soaked and constantly dripping water.

He turned to look back and found that Reece was still in the same place, only swimming unhurriedly towards the edge of the pool after a few seconds.

Nie Chuan bent down. He originally wanted pull Reece up but Reece completely ignored his intentions and easily supported himself up.

At the same time, Carlo is stunned. He didn’t understand what was going on at first, but now he did. He remembered telling Reece that Nie Chuan could not swim. But it’s obvious… Nie Chuan can swim very well…

Carlo’s heart cried in sorrow:

It’s over!

GYK29q

Sure enough, Reece’s face was expressionless as he walked step by step in Carlo’s direction.

His shirt and even his basketball shorts were stuck tightly to his body, his whole figure almost outlined.

aq KWN

With every step he took, the girls in and beside the pool couldn’t help looking at him. Nie Chuan understood for the first time the true definition of the word “sexy”. [Re: ( ͡° ͜ʖ ͡°) ]

“Hey… Reece, are you okay?”

Carlo laughed and stepped back.

Reece suddenly punched Carlo in the face, which completely shocked Nie Chuan.

What the hell is going on?

Why did Reece beat Carlo? What happened?

Carlo covered his face and almost fell on the ground. Other people quickly hurried forward to persuade.
