"Did I not say that the Demon King never gets sick?" Loki corrected again.
"Alright..." The girl with the exposed armpits recalled the method for dealing with late-stage middle school syndrome from a book—don't argue, and she immediately stopped debating with him.
"By the way, where are my pants?"
At this moment, Loki, who had just stood up, noticed his little friend was exposed and felt a bit chilly, so he quickly looked at the girl with the exposed armpits.
"How would I know..."
The girl with the exposed armpits calmly looked at Loki's exaggerated little friend. It was unclear whether it was because she no longer knew what shyness was after turning into a zombie, or if she simply had no energy to comment on Loki.
"Do you at least know what's going on now?" Loki looked around, his brows slightly furrowed.
"Of course I do. Since you asked, I'll tell you the current situation," the girl with the exposed armpits said helplessly. The normal induction process was completely disrupted by the meteorite, but worse still, her induction target this time was one of the legendary "three major troublemakers"—a late-stage middle school syndrome patient.
"Wait!" Loki suddenly interrupted.
"What is it?" The girl with the exposed armpits asked, puzzled.
"At least give me some pants to wear?" Loki said with a smile, "Or do you prefer me like this?"
"Alright." The girl with the exposed armpits nodded and then conjured a pair of black pants with gold trim out of thin air.
"Oh? A storage ring?" Loki's eyes lit up, clearly very interested in the girl's trick.
"I'll add it to your account. This pair of pants costs 500 points and increases your agility by 10 points. It will be deducted from your first mission," the girl with the exposed armpits said coldly, then handed the pants to Loki. This was still within her authority.
"Not bad." Loki quickly put on the pants and found his body seemed lighter, confirming that the 10-point agility increase was not a lie.
"Now, let me explain the situation." Seeing that Loki had put on the pants, the girl with the exposed armpits spoke again.
"Wait!" Loki interrupted once more.
"What is it this time?" The girl with the exposed armpits was slightly annoyed. Being interrupted twice made her suddenly want to strangle this middle school syndrome patient.
Loki immediately bent down and made a very gentlemanly invitation gesture, asking, "Cute girl, would you like to sign a contract with me? Let's conquer the world together?"
"Wh-What? This script is wrong, right?" The girl with the exposed armpits was stunned, suddenly feeling an urge to flip the table. Loki had stolen her lines, and she didn't know what to do.
"What's wrong with it? As the Demon King, isn't it natural for me to recruit a beautiful woman like you as my concubine?" Loki asked, clearly not realizing how middle school syndrome his words sounded.
"Obviously, you haven't understood the difference in our status. I'm not here to play Demon King with you." The girl with the exposed armpits rubbed her forehead, helpless.
"Oh? Then what are you here for?" Loki's lips curled up slightly, asking with interest.
"My name is Reimu, and I'm a guide. I'm here to invite you to join a life-and-death game." Reimu said expressionlessly.
"A life-and-death game?" Loki's eyes sparkled with interest.
"Yes, sign this contract to join the game." Reimu nodded, then gently waved her hand, and a beautiful contract appeared, floating above her palm.
"Sign a contract? What's in it for me?" Loki asked somewhat disdainfully, seemingly not very interested in this so-called life-and-death game.
"You can have anything you want, including conquering the world, as long as you survive in the game." Reimu continued expressionlessly, as if it were just a routine task.
"Including you?" Loki interrupted.
"Me...?" Reimu was stunned, suddenly feeling like she was being treated as prey, which made her very uncomfortable.
"Exactly. For some reason, I have a strong urge to pin you down, hurt you, and completely possess you. But it seems your body is protected by something, so I think this urge has a 99% chance of failing." Loki nodded, speaking very seriously.
"Ha... You're really blunt..." Reimu frowned slightly, thinking that this person's middle school syndrome was indeed incurable.
"I've always been straightforward. But it's strange, for some reason, I suddenly feel a strong desire to possess women, even though I wasn't very interested in them before." Loki looked puzzled.
"Maybe you like men?" Reimu couldn't help but comment. She felt that her long-suppressed urge to comment was being gradually awakened by this man, and it was getting out of control.
"How could I!" Loki shook his head quickly, "I'm not interested at all. I was just obsessed with conquering the world. Women were just tools to bear my children after I conquered the world."
"Perhaps you don't know, but you're now a zombie. I doubt you'll have any chance of doing that." Reimu said, her face full of black lines, suddenly wondering if this was a side effect of some terrible virus.
"Zombie? No wonder I noticed I don't need to breathe. So that's what happened." Loki muttered to himself, seemingly not at all surprised.
"Um... Aren't you surprised?" Reimu frowned, finding it hard to understand Loki's reaction. She seemed to have encountered a formidable middle school syndrome patient.
"What's there to be surprised about? I am the Demon King of the Seven Continents. The Land of the Dead is under my rule. After my body in this world was destroyed by the meteorite, I reincarnated as an undead, my sixth body. This was just one of my backup plans." Loki explained calmly.
"You're really beyond help..." Reimu held her head, feeling a headache. The delusions of middle school syndrome were really beyond her.
"Help? I don't need to be saved, do I? Can zombies be saved?" Loki asked curiously.
Reimu paused, then said, "If you join this life-and-death game, there is a way. If you accumulate enough points, you can exchange them for a body transformation surgery to become a normal human again."
"I don't need to become a normal human. I just want to return to my Demon King body." Loki corrected.
"Alright, if you have enough points, you can exchange for the Demon King's body. The most powerful Demon King's body has almost infinite magic power, enough to destroy 90% of the matter in the universe and is completely immune to magic, making it impossible to kill. However, the exchange points for the Demon King's body are a terrifying 100 million points."
"100 million? That sounds like a good long-term goal." Loki stroked his chin, muttering to himself, then asked Reimu, "Can I exchange for anything I want as long as I have enough points?"
Reimu nodded and added, "Of course, but you need to sign the contract, join the game, and complete each game to earn points."
Loki thought for a few seconds and nodded, "Alright, I'll sign the contract to join the game. But before I do, I want to know how many points I need to exchange for you, or I won't sign."
"You... You're not joking, right?" Reimu stared at Loki, thinking that this middle school syndrome Demon King seemed to be treating her as prey, wanting to make her his "concubine."
But thinking that she had become a zombie because of him, Reimu wanted to tear his flesh and swallow it. Especially when she thought about the 100,000 points she had lost to the system, she felt she couldn't let him off. She had to make this middle school syndrome patient pay her back with interest!
Thinking this, Reimu's face turned fierce, "You... First, gather 100,000 points. Without 100,000 points, you can't touch me. But I must warn you, this is a truly cruel life-and-death game, not a video game or a child's play. One mistake and you'll die without a trace. And 100,000 points is not a number you can achieve in a short time. If you're afraid, quit now."
"Is this a challenge? But since you've set 100,000 points as the goal, I'll sign the contract first." Loki smiled disdainfully, thinking Reimu's challenge was not very clever. He didn't know that in his Demon King's dictionary, there was only one way for opponents to quit.
Saying this, Loki took the contract from Reimu's hand, and a black feather pen appeared in his hand.
"Tsk, I really want to meet the creator of your game." Loki said with a playful smile. In his imagination, the feather pen became more and more exquisite, showing that the technology used in this contract pen was far beyond the Earth he lived on, which only increased his interest in the game.
"Wow... He actually..."
But Reimu, standing beside him, was surprised to see that Loki quickly grasped the special qualities of the contract pen. This required extremely strong mental power, and it was usually a test for new players by the guides.
"Swish, swish, swish—"
Soon, after Loki signed his full Demon King name on the contract, it automatically rolled up, tied with a ribbon, and was placed in a gold chest by Reimu, which was then put into a suddenly opened dimensional hole.
"Welcome to the Supreme Game. I am your guide, Reimu, and I will handle all matters outside the life-and-death games. Please fully commit to the game and strive for excellent results." Confirming that Loki had completed the contract, Reimu immediately said seriously, though she was at a loss for words at the system's acceptance of Loki's long and awkward name.
"Is that it?" Loki asked with a smile, seemingly unchanged.
"Yes, the moment the contract took effect, the Supreme Game system was implanted in your body." Reimu nodded quickly.
"Tsk, I didn't feel anything at all..." Loki frowned. As the Demon King, he didn't like this situation, but he also realized that the creator of the Supreme Game must be a more terrifying existence than him.
"You'd be invincible if you had a reaction... Even the strongest players who have experienced dozens of worlds can't resist the system. You, with your middle school syndrome, are weak in front of the system." Seeing Loki looking depressed, Reimu felt a sense of satisfaction, secretly thinking to herself.
"Ha... Ha... Ha... Ahahahaha!" Suddenly, the previously depressed Loki burst into a very arrogant laugh, startling Reimu.
"Reimu, thank you for inviting me to the Supreme Game. Watch me, this game will be the stepping stone for me, the Demon King, to become even stronger!" Loki's face showed absolute confidence, not doubting his words at all.
"Indeed... Was his brain damaged by the meteorite?"
But at this moment, Reimu was already full of black lines, clearly completely at a loss with this late-stage middle school syndrome patient.
