Chapter 9

Jin Si suddenly leaped up, ready to grab George.

George slipped away, dodging Jin Si's hand.

Jin Si could only cling to the exterior wall of the building.

Roar—

"Don't run, let daddy love you once."

Roar—

"Do you think I'm stupid? Drop the hammer if you dare."

George wasn't stupid. Seeing Jin Si wielding a tank barrel and using the gun mount as a hammer, it was clear he meant business.

"Are you crazy?"

Roar roar roar—

"I'm going to smash everything..."

Jin Si's left arm tensed, and his massive body leaped up again, grabbing George's calf.

"Get down here."

George's strength was clearly no match for Jin Si.

He was immediately pulled down.

The two giant apes fell from a height of dozens of meters.

But for them, this height was nothing.

Jin Si and George both got up at the same time.

George was also enraged by Jin Si and pounced on him.

Bang—

George was hit on the forehead by Jin Si's hammer.

Jin Si then lifted a foot and kicked George in the throat.

Pressing him firmly against the building's wall.

Boom—

Suddenly, a shell hit Jin Si.

George immediately broke free and pinned Jin Si to the ground.

Left hook, right hook, changing the rhythm, and doing it again.

Roar—

"Damn... I've been betrayed!"

Jin Si kicked George off.

Looking at the soldiers surrounding him.

Upon closer inspection, these weren't soldiers.

They were dressed like the private security forces of the genetic energy company that had previously captured him.

"Damn, I wasn't looking for you, but you came first."

Suddenly, a large net fell from the sky.

The net was dropped from an armed helicopter.

Jin Si, caught off guard, was trapped in the net.

"Damn, humans are really evil." Jin Si had the strength but no leverage.

Two armed helicopters each held a rope, slowly lifting Jin Si into the air.

But at that moment, George pounced, grabbing the net and pulling hard.

However, the lifting power of the two helicopters was considerable, and both beasts were lifted up.

Jin Si suddenly had an idea.

Shrink! Return to normal size.

Whoosh—

Jin Si shrank back to 3.5 meters tall, and the net became loose.

Jin Si easily climbed out of the net.

Grow again! Jin Si pulled hard, causing the two helicopters to crash to the ground.

Bang—

Jin Si didn't have time to gloat; George delivered another headbutt, knocking him off balance.

Indeed, the aggressive fear the reckless, and the reckless fear the insane.

Continuing this fight wasn't a good idea.

Unless he used lethal force, with George's regenerative ability, they could fight for days.

And the most likely outcome was being surrounded by the military.

Jin Si threw George again, this time he jumped onto the building's exterior wall and climbed up as fast as possible.

Without destroying the low-frequency electromagnetic signal tower, his battle with George would never end.

How long does it take to climb a 200-meter building?

Jin Si showed you with his actions.

Just 10 seconds, breaking the 200-meter sprint world record.

In no time, Jin Si was already on the building's rooftop.

The signal tower was very noticeable, and Jin Si went straight to it.

Jin Si once again proved that monkeys are the fastest at destroying towers.

No objections accepted...

Looking down, George, who was halfway up, woke up.

Their eyes met, and George looked at Jin Si: "Why am I here?"

"Do you not remember?"

"No, I don't."

"Then you forgot calling me daddy?"

"You just hit me."

"Didn't you forget?"

"I didn't forget that."

"Never mind, let's just forget about it."

Jin Si didn't plan to continue fighting George; it was pointless.

Once George regained his senses, he wouldn't continue to cause destruction.

Growing up with Davis, he learned a lot.

Reason, kindness, and the (ー_ー)凸 gesture.

Among the many monkeys in films, besides the super-intelligent Caesar, George was the smartest.

Jin Si returned to his normal size and quickly entered the rooftop stairwell.

Even in his normal size, Jin Si still broke the door frame of the rooftop exit.

Being so large was a bit of a hassle; some entrances and exits designed for humans were too small for him.

Jin Si remembered the plot of "Rampage."

The protagonists, Davis and Caldwell, found the genetic energy company's laboratory.

In the laboratory, various drugs were stored, and they eventually found the sedative R19 for the genetic pathogen.

Jin Si wanted to see if he could find unused genetic pathogens.

Jin Si felt he hadn't reached his limit.

While the plot suggested that the genetic pathogen could make animals grow infinitely,

it wasn't truly infinite.

At least Jin Si could feel the limit.

In the plot, the three mutated beasts hadn't reached the limit.

George, the giant crocodile, and the gray wolf's mutation levels were determined by the amount of genetic pathogen they absorbed.

The giant crocodile absorbed the most, making it the closest to the limit.

It had swallowed the canister containing the genetic pathogen directly.

The gray wolf and George were exposed to the genetic pathogen in the air before it was absorbed into their bodies.

There was inevitably some loss in this process.

The laboratory was on the 85th floor, and Jin Si was lucky; the elevator still worked.

It was a bit crowded, but there were no other issues.

...

Davis kicked open the laboratory door.

The two entered the laboratory, and Caldwell found that the computer responsible for recording the stored items had already been taken.

The computer wouldn't turn on, so they couldn't check the information about the experimental drugs.

This forced them to blindly search for the R19.

"How do I identify the antidote?" Davis asked.

"Anything with RPG on it," Caldwell replied.

"I think I found it." Davis pointed to a storage freezer.

Caldwell skillfully entered the freezer's password and opened it.

"Right, it's this one." Both of them sighed in relief.

"R19 won't make them normal, it just eliminates their aggression," Blair's voice came from behind.

Davis and Caldwell turned around to see Blair and Blake standing behind them.

Blake was holding a gun, pointing it at them.

"Nice to see you, Kate," Blair smiled at Caldwell.

"Go to hell, Blair." Caldwell's eyes were filled with hatred.

"I'm very sorry to hear about your brother's death," Blair said casually, with no sign of sorrow.

This statement immediately ignited Caldwell's hatred and anger.

If Davis hadn't held her back, Caldwell would have charged at Blair.

"Hand over the inhibitor," Blair stepped forward, demanding the R19 they had taken.

"Hurry up," Blake said.

Faced with the gun, the two had no choice but to hand over the drug to Blair.

"Alright, now come with us."

"No way."

Blair glanced at her brother: "Mind giving me the gun?"

Blake handed the gun to his sister, and Blair, without warning, shot Davis.

Davis was hit in the abdomen and fell to the ground in pain.

"Can we go now?" Blair's face was expressionless.

Caldwell's eyes were filled with anger, but in the next moment, a different emotion appeared in her eyes.
