When someone called for Zhang Qiu, the teacher was the first to react.
The teacher heard the voice and immediately stepped out of the door to ask, "Hello, may I ask what you need to see Zhang Qiu for?"
"Hello, teacher. I am Zhang Qiu's uncle, and I need to see him about something. Can I ask for a leave?" the person said.
The teacher gave the person a suspicious look and then walked into the classroom to ask Zhang Qiu, "Is this person your uncle? He's here to see you."
Zhang Qiu glanced at the person, originally intending to say he didn't know him. But he was afraid something might happen, so he nodded and said, "Yes."
Seeing Zhang Qiu confirm, the teacher nodded and gestured for Zhang Qiu to come over.
Zhang Qiu stood up and walked to the door, looking at the stranger and asking, "Is there something wrong at home?"
"Let's talk outside," the person said, smiling at the teacher, "Teacher, may I ask for a leave to take Zhang Qiu to a place where it won't disturb the students' class? Is that okay?"
"Zhang Qiu, go ahead," the teacher nodded in agreement.
Zhang Qiu followed the person. They went down the stairs, out of the teaching building, and came to an empty playground.
The person suddenly stopped, turned to Zhang Qiu, and said, "Kid, you've got some guts!"
"Who are you?" Zhang Qiu asked, thinking, "Whether I have guts or not, what's it to you?"
The person smiled, "You can call me Uncle De. I'm Miss Lin Lai's bodyguard!"
"Who is Lin Lai? I don't know her," Zhang Qiu's eyelids twitched when he heard Uncle De's introduction. Being found so quickly, how did Lin Lai know his class? And this was too fast!
As the saying goes, honesty leads to leniency, but stubbornness leads to trouble. Although they had already found him, and everyone knew it, it was still better to pretend to be ignorant. Otherwise, things would be harder to handle.
Uncle De was frustrated by Zhang Qiu's denial, "You just got praised for your guts, and now you're backing down. Why can't you admit what you did?"
"Say what you have to say quickly, I still have class," Zhang Qiu said calmly, avoiding the question.
The atmosphere was strange. One kept asking, the other kept dodging the question. They were talking, but it felt like a riddle.
"You are indeed quite arrogant. No wonder you dare to pursue the young lady," Uncle De smiled, "The young lady sent me today to warn you not to think about her anymore. Otherwise..."
Zhang Qiu felt relieved. It seemed Lin Lai hadn't told Uncle De about the harassment. It made sense; Lin Lai was still a pure girl who cared about her reputation. She might secretly resent it, but she wouldn't publicize it.
Even if she wanted to punish Zhang Qiu, she would use other reasons.
This made things easier. Just pursuing her wasn't harassment. A beautiful lady is a gentleman's ideal, a tradition for thousands of years, not a crime.
Others might be upset with him, but they couldn't do anything legally or morally. Zhang Qiu sighed in relief and smiled, "Otherwise what?"
"Ha! Otherwise, even if my young lady doesn't do anything to you, I will teach you a lesson!" Uncle De said.
"Are you done?" Zhang Qiu asked, "To be honest, I have had a crush on Lin Lai for a long time. But I don't plan to pursue her!"
"Good, you know your place! We are civilized people. As long as you behave and don't harass my young lady, everything will be fine," Uncle De said.
Zhang Qiu smiled faintly, "I'm waiting for Lin Lai to pursue me."
"Uh..." Uncle De was both angry and amused by Zhang Qiu's boldness. "Looks like I need to teach you a lesson!"
With that, he suddenly reached out and grabbed Zhang Qiu's shoulder with a quick move.
Zhang Qiu, with his insight ability, naturally sensed his intention. Although the move was fast, Zhang Qiu's reaction was even faster.
As Uncle De made his move, Zhang Qiu had already defended himself.
With a light punch, Zhang Qiu blocked Uncle De's grab and simultaneously kicked at his vital points.
Uncle De's insight ability was also strong. He didn't dodge but used his other hand to grab Zhang Qiu's foot.
Zhang Qiu changed his move, using both hands and feet to punch Uncle De's chest.
Uncle De's grab missed, and Zhang Qiu's speed was beyond his imagination. In a short time, Zhang Qiu had made three moves without a break.
Even Uncle De couldn't react that fast. Only in his prime could he have done so.
He couldn't block Zhang Qiu's punch in time, so he slightly leaned back to avoid most of the force.
If Zhang Qiu's punch had landed, even this man would have felt the impact, despite the steel pen in his chest.
However, Zhang Qiu underestimated him. Despite the high frequency and speed, Uncle De managed to dodge.
He slightly leaned back, his chest moving about five centimeters away, and Zhang Qiu's punch missed, only grazing him without causing any harm.
After the punch, Uncle De used the opportunity to attack Zhang Qiu again.
Zhang Qiu's stamina was still strong. Although he had just thrown a punch, his body was still in motion. With his provincial-level insight ability, he could sense subtle movements and take the initiative.
Like Uncle De, he didn't have time to block, so he slightly moved his body. However, Zhang Qiu's movement was just enough to completely avoid Uncle De's punch, leaving no chance for even a graze.
After the missed punch, Uncle De suddenly jumped back and shouted, "I didn't expect you to be so skilled! Where did you learn this?"
"Self-taught," Zhang Qiu said, charging forward and attacking Uncle De again.
"You're still fighting!" Uncle De roared, quickly dodging.
Zhang Qiu didn't waste words, continuing to chase and attack. He was thinking, "Why can you hit me but I can't hit you? I won't believe it until I knock you down!"
The two exchanged blows, their skills evenly matched, but Zhang Qiu clearly had the upper hand in stamina.
By the time the class bell rang, Uncle De's stamina was clearly depleted, and his speed in attacking and dodging had slowed.
Zhang Qiu, however, remained steady, with both endurance and explosive power.
"Stop, stop! You're a stubborn kid!" Uncle De, feeling his stamina waning, immediately called for a stop.
But Zhang Qiu wasn't about to let him off. Seeing Uncle De's weakness, he seized the opportunity, using a combination of punches and kicks, fully unleashing his strength.
Uncle De, already tired, was hit in the stomach, then in the face, and finally in the chest, which knocked him to the ground.
"Stop!" Uncle De, lying on the ground, called for a stop again.
Zhang Qiu wasn't about to stop. If he didn't teach Uncle De a lesson, he might think he could bully him.
However, just as Zhang Qiu was about to step on him, Uncle De suddenly pulled out a gun and pointed it at Zhang Qiu.
Zhang Qiu immediately stopped, stepping back while staring at Uncle De's gun. Damn, he didn't expect this guy to have a gun. This wasn't a game.
Although guns were banned in Xia, and shooting in school was a serious crime, what if he really shot and killed him? Who would he complain to?
"I should have just shot you from the start!" Uncle De stood up, cursing.
"What do you want?" Zhang Qiu asked.
Uncle De wiped the blood from his mouth and spat out a bloody saliva, "To defeat me, you must be no ordinary person. No matter who your master is or what your background is, if you ever bully the young lady or force her to do anything she doesn't want to do, I won't forgive you!"
"Then, what about normal pursuit?" Zhang Qiu smiled, thinking that this Uncle De seemed to have a masochistic tendency. He let him go after being beaten. But Zhang Qiu knew that his skills had raised Uncle De's suspicions and doubts. Without knowing his true identity, he wouldn't act rashly.
However, his skills came from the system, and no one could trace his master. This would always be a mystery. Zhang Qiu wouldn't be foolish enough to tell anyone about the system.
"Normal pursuit, go ahead! I'm here to help the young lady evaluate people. Over the years, few have dared to pursue her and make her helpless. You're stronger than those pretty boys, and I like you," Uncle De said, praising Zhang Qiu, but still pointing the gun at him.
"Okay, looks like there's nothing more today. You go first, I won't hit you anymore," Zhang Qiu said.
"You go first!" Uncle De said.
"What if you shoot me in the back when I turn around?" Zhang Qiu asked. This sudden change in Uncle De's attitude was indeed suspicious. He didn't believe what Uncle De had said.
Even a tough girl like Xiang Yufei knew the trick of tricking someone into lowering their guard before attacking.
Uncle De, unable
