Koushiro lifted the blanket, got up from the bed, put on his glasses, yawned slightly, and then walked out of the room.

He originally intended to go out to wash up, but after stepping out of the room, he saw Kui Na crouching behind a pillar, looking at something. Out of curiosity, he walked over.

Just as he was about to ask, Kui Na turned around, put a finger to her lips, and whispered, "Father, be quiet, don't disturb Brother Ian!"

Koushiro poked his head out and immediately saw Ian sweating profusely on the training ground.

The morning sunlight shone on Ian, and the sweat droplets glistened in the light. His slightly defined muscles exuded a sense of power and beauty. Koushiro could tell that Ian was already very tired, panting heavily, but his sword swings did not stop.

"What's wrong with Brother Ian? This is the first time I've seen him practicing so early!" Kui Na said curiously.

Koushiro smiled slightly. Although he didn't know what was going on, he could tell that Ian's practice today was more serious than ever!

"Don't disturb him, go practice somewhere else!" Koushiro said.

Kui Na nodded, clenched her fist, and said, "Brother Ian is also working hard to get stronger, I can't slack off either!"

At this moment, Ian was also immersed in his own world. His mind was completely blank, and the intense fatigue made him dazed. The only reason he could still swing his sword was due to his subconscious.

He himself didn't even know how many times he had swung his sword.

If no one came to disturb him, he would probably keep practicing until he was exhausted. But just then, a loud voice suddenly came, "Ah! You're so sneaky! You started practicing without waiting for me!"

Ian snapped out of his daze, turned his head, and saw Zoro. He was holding two bamboo swords and looking at Ian angrily.

Sweat dripped from his face, and Ian wiped it away, panting, "What do you mean sneaky? I don't remember needing to call you."

Zoro stared at Ian for a moment, then pointed at him and said, "You're a tough guy, right? Let's have a match!"

This guy was a challenge junkie. Ian didn't want to deal with him, but Zoro had already charged over, and seeing his aggressive stance, Ian instinctively swung his sword at him!

Bang! A direct hit, right on the face! Just like when Kui Na hit him yesterday...

Zoro's nose, which had just started to heal, started bleeding again.

If you ignored his fierce attitude, Zoro was a complete novice in swordsmanship. Ian had practiced basic sword techniques for a long time, so it wasn't surprising that he could beat Zoro. However, when he swung his sword and hit Zoro, Ian noticed that his sword technique seemed different from before. Although it was an instinctive reaction, the speed and power were perfect!

Even more bizarrely, at that moment, he heard a voice in his head.

"Defeated opponent, gained 50 experience points!"

He quickly checked his mind and found that his basic sword technique proficiency had increased significantly, and his experience points had also increased!

There were levels, so naturally, there were experience points. But Ian had never understood how to gain experience points until now. It turned out that he needed to defeat opponents to gain experience.

There was no way around it. Whenever he fought Kui Na, he always lost, and he didn't feel right about fighting the snot-nosed junior disciples. So his sparring opponents were always arranged by Master Koushiro to be Kui Na, and he had never won a match, which is why he didn't know how experience points increased.

While Ian was checking his attributes, Zoro was dealing with his nose. The red mark on his face from yesterday hadn't faded, and now Ian had added another one.

"Damn it! That woman is like this, and so are you!" Zoro said, stuffing his nose.

Ian shrugged, "My fault?"

"Wait and see, I'll surpass you eventually!" Zoro glanced at Ian, walked to the side, and started swinging his sword furiously.

Well, now he had another person on his list! Ian looked at the wooden sword in his hand, not expecting his interaction with Zoro to start like this.

He looked up and saw Zoro practicing, and couldn't help but say, "You idiot, using so much force to swing, don't you know how to control it!?"

Zoro had just entered the dojo, and Master Koushiro hadn't taught him any techniques yet. So his practice was completely random, swinging the two bamboo swords without any form.

Hearing Ian's voice, Zoro paused and asked, "What should I do?"

Ian shook his head, walked over, and held Zoro's shoulder, pressing down on his waist, "Straighten your upper body! Tuck your buttocks, lift your head, and stand up straight! Put down the other bamboo sword, you're not even proficient in one-sword style, so don't think about using two!"

After correcting Zoro's posture, Ian demonstrated the movements for him. These were techniques taught by Master Koushiro. As the senior disciple of the dojo, Ian was now teaching them to the junior disciple, Zoro.

It had to be said, Zoro's talent was truly remarkable. After just one demonstration, he remembered everything, and his sword practice became much more proper.

"Alright, do it yourself!" Ian left him and went to wash up. His whole body was sore and covered in sweat.

While showering, Ian checked his attributes and found that his sword technique proficiency had increased to 28,000. The focused sword practice had increased his proficiency much more than he expected.

Actually, it made sense. Focused practice was definitely different from unfocused practice!

He then checked the card shop and suddenly noticed that the countdown for the draw had reached zero!

This meant that Ian could finally draw a card!

He had been wondering what the cards were for, but now he finally had the chance to find out.

Eagerly, Ian wanted to choose to draw, but then he heard the system's voice, "First card draw, guaranteed to get a three-star purple card. First ten consecutive draws, guaranteed to get a four-star orange card. Confirm draw?"

Ian was speechless. It was a typical card game system, with guaranteed cards for the first draw and ten consecutive draws, and even the card rankings were the same...

Ian didn't have the 1,000,000 beli needed for a ten consecutive draw, so he could only do a single draw.

"Confirm draw!" Ian said silently.

The card was facing away from Ian. After he confirmed, a fantastic star pattern appeared on the back of the card, and then the card flipped over in a burst of light. A long-haired samurai appeared in Ian's field of vision.

This samurai had a handsome face, with a back-combed hairstyle, wearing dark red samurai armor from the Warring States period, and holding a katana. What caught attention was the large, blinking eye on his right hand's armor!

"You have obtained a three-star purple card: Akechi Mitsuhide!"
