"Big Brother is back!" A surprised and joyful cry came from inside the office, and the door opened to reveal Chu Xin's delicate little face. As soon as he walked into the office, Chu Ying noticed that the layout had changed significantly. The coffee table had been replaced with a new one, and a dining table had been added in the corner. Everyone was gathered around this table.

The most eye-catching change was in another corner, where two partitions had been added to create a small room of about three square meters. A small door, just large enough for a person to pass through, had been cut into one of the partitions.

"Of course not, we want to punish you by watching us eat!" Wen Jing suggested.

"What are you waiting for? Get started!" Ling Xuan agreed first and was the first to start, not even using chopsticks, but grabbing a chicken leg with her hands and starting to eat heartily.

Wen Jing was not to be outdone, joining the fray. Although Ling Siyi was not as exaggerated as the other two, her movements were not slow, indicating that she was also really hungry.

Just as Chu Ying was about to pick up his chopsticks to get some Mapo Tofu, Ling Xuan stopped him, saying, "You have an injury, you can't eat spicy food!"

Chu Xin said, "Oh, I forgot to tell Big Brother. This is specially prepared for you by Sister Siyi. She said the weather is getting cooler, and you can't keep sleeping in the car. Warmth flowed through Chu Ying's heart. He patted Chu Xin's head and said with a smile, "Silly girl, you're thinking wrong. Chu Xin lowered her head, tears welling up in her eyes. Chu Ying's words touched her deeply. Before, she only knew to study hard, and Huanzi had told her the same. Only by getting into university could she leave the mountains, avoid the daily struggle for meals, and not be bullied by others.

Now, it was different. She felt a different kind of love from Chu Ying, but she knew both kinds of love were for her good.

"Brother Huanzi is also our family!" Chu Xin said softly.

Chu Ying nodded and said, "Of course, you and Huanzi are the closest people to me in this world, the only ones I need to protect!"

Thinking of Huanzi's injury from earlier, Chu Ying said, "I'll help you clean up the dishes first, and then I'll go see Huanzi."

Chu Xin also smiled and said, "I'll go too!"

The brother and sister smiled at each other and started to clean up.
