And when Chu Tianlin heard this, he said, "Don't worry, boss. This flu virus is related to personal constitution. If we were going to get infected, we would have been infected long ago. The internet says that this mutated flu virus can spread through the air. Currently, more than a third of the male dormitory residents have been infected. If we were going to get infected, we wouldn't be able to escape even if we hid in our dorm room."

Hua Shan nodded upon hearing Chu Tianlin's words and said no more.

A few minutes later, Chu Tianlin left the dormitory building and headed to the cafeteria. Although he said that, the campus was indeed much less crowded, and classes from freshmen to seniors had been suspended.

Even matters related to graduation projects were left to the students to check on their own, with no further group gatherings to avoid the new virus. The campus and cafeteria were both deserted.

However, the cafeteria was not entirely closed; a few shops were still open. The usually bustling cafeteria was now deserted, which saved Chu Tianlin from having to queue. He directly bought fifty buns, twenty pies, and ten cans of soy milk, all for the sake of the ten terabytes of data.

Carrying this large amount of food, Chu Tianlin went to the school playground alone. The playground was usually not very crowded, and with the outbreak of the new flu, even fewer people came here. The playground was right behind the hospital, where the virus concentration in the air was quite high.

If Chu Tianlin's body had not been optimized and upgraded by the computer manager, he would probably have been infected by this new virus by now. The entire playground was empty and desolate, which made it convenient for Chu Tianlin to eat. He sat down on the steps of the playground, took out the food he had just bought, and started eating.

Because of the electricity indicator in his body, Chu Tianlin's appetite was quite large. He wouldn't feel full unless his electricity was full. Next, for the sake of his ten terabytes of data and the safety of all humanity, he began his bun-eating mission!

One bun, two buns, three buns, a cup of soy milk, then the fourth bun, the fifth bun... Thirty buns, ten pies, and six cups of soy milk. After eating all this food, Chu Tianlin's electricity finally reached 100%, and he finally felt the fullness he hadn't experienced in a long time. Then, Chu Tianlin said, "Start the calculation!"

The computer manager then displayed "Calculating," and Chu Tianlin's electricity began to drop rapidly.

The calculation process took about five minutes, and every two seconds, Chu Tianlin's electricity would drop by 1%. In total, it would consume 150% of his electricity.

So, if Chu Tianlin didn't want to overburden himself and damage his hardware, he had to consume enough energy to recharge 50% of his electricity within these five minutes. In five minutes, he needed to eat fifteen buns, five pies, and three cups of soy milk, which was not an easy task.

A normal person could only drink a cup of soy milk and eat three buns in five minutes. For the sake of his hardware health, Chu Tianlin had to push himself. He almost swallowed the fist-sized buns after chewing them just a couple of times, and he ate the pies in two or three bites. When he felt choked, he would drink half a cup of soy milk.

Fortunately, there was no one else there; otherwise, they would have thought Chu Tianlin was crazy. After all, even the hungriest person wouldn't eat like that...

Five minutes later, Chu Tianlin swallowed the last bun. In this race against the computer manager, Chu Tianlin won. The calculation result was out, and Chu Tianlin still had 20% of his electricity left. He rubbed his chest for two minutes before he recovered.

In those five minutes, Chu Tianlin had almost turned into a starving ghost. If he had participated in some eating competition with his performance just now, he would have likely achieved a good result. Regardless, the calculation result was out, and there were two formulas: one to inactivate the new mutated virus and another to prevent it, similar to a vaccine.

Now that the formulas were ready, the next step was to figure out how to publish them. Chu Tianlin was just an ordinary computer science student with little influence. Even if he published the formulas, no one would likely believe him, and it wouldn't cause much of a stir.

So, he had to think of a safe way! Even if he could prove the effectiveness of the formulas, he couldn't let anyone know that he was the one who provided them. After all, Chu Tianlin had no experience or knowledge in medicine. If he were exposed to the public or the authorities, it could cause a lot of trouble. If people found out that he was a computer, he would be in serious trouble.

So, although the ten terabytes of data were tempting, he also had to consider his safety. Fine, he would first try to publish the formulas somehow!

Chu Tianlin then left Fuzhou University and took a taxi to an internet cafe. He couldn't publish the formulas through the school's computers. If the formulas really caught the attention of the authorities, they could easily trace it back to a dormitory through the IP address.

For safety, Chu Tianlin didn't even go to an internet cafe near the school but chose one near the Fuzhou train station. The internet cafe there had the highest number of customers and the most uncertainty. Even if he were exposed in the future, it would be very difficult to trace it back to him.

The internet cafe near the train station usually had few customers, except during peak ticket-selling periods like the start or end of the semester when tickets were hard to come by. Many people had to wait in line at the ticket office, and staying up all night in the internet cafe was a good choice, even if it wasn't very comfortable, it was much cheaper than staying in a hotel.

Now, with the outbreak of the new flu, there were even fewer customers. The internet cafe manager didn't even ask for Chu Tianlin's ID. After turning on the computer, Chu Tianlin quickly entered a Baidu Tieba called "Hurricane Virus."

The "Hurricane Virus" was the name given to the new virus by some official figures in China because it appeared suddenly and spread as quickly as a hurricane, causing a brief chaos in society.
