The Star Codex emitted a soft white light, illuminating the wooden house.

Luo Yang felt his consciousness being absorbed, and before him appeared an ancient wheel, covered with winding patterns, as if a flock of demons with outstretched wings were hovering in the air.

With a light "sizzle," the entire space stabilized. The wheel's axis was cast with a bronze face, which slowly opened its eyes, revealing ruby-red eyes. It loudly said, "Are you calling me? Weak human, the Milky Way is a terrible place, and it's not easy to travel here. It cannot be expanded into a paradise for our kind. So, don't waste time; get straight to the point."

"If you think the Milky Way is so terrible, you wouldn't have come all this way," Luo Yang's lips curled slightly. When he saw the bronze face, he was filled with excitement. According to the original plan, he had to try at least three times to have a good chance of summoning this guy, but he was lucky enough to succeed on the first try.

"I must clarify one point: it's always other races who seek us out, not the other way around, especially you humans, who are steeped in greed, always hoping to gain a lot from a little from us, but always leave disappointed. As a powerful race capable of crossing vast darkness and entering different galaxies, we have made a commitment to the Galactic Alliance to adhere to fairness," the wheel said loudly.

"You're right, humans are indeed greedy, but to talk about fairness so boldly, are you trying to fool a ghost? Kolbona," Luo Yang suddenly called out a name that had almost been lost to history.

"What? There are still people who know my real name today?" The wheel shook, and the bronze face cast on the wheel's axis became particularly vivid, looking both angry and worried. The ruby-red eyes burst with a cross-shaped light, as if trying to see through Luo Yang completely.

"Don't bother; scanning me multiple times won't work. I have built layers of mental defenses; you won't find the answer."

Luo Yang straightened his shoulders and stroked his chin, saying, "If you don't want me to sell your full name to those sealers, don't be slippery. I know that historically, someone has succeeded in locating and extracting a few unfortunate ones from multidimensional quadrants and imprisoning them for a long time based on their true names. Of course, you can ignore my threat and gamble on whether I know your complete true name."

"Damn, you bastard human, at your shallow level, how could you possibly know a top-tier sealer? Most humans don't even know what a sealer is," the bronze face became hysterical.

"You're right, sealers are a rare profession, known only to a few. However, you should know how curious humans are. The more mysterious something is, the more we like to explore and dig into it."

Luo Yang laughed, "Ha, like those sealers who imprisoned the wheels, they did it out of research, curious about your existence and advancement. Well, enough talk. I'm using this silver-grade weapon, which can store superpowers, as a stake to exchange for a quadrant monster."

"Silver-grade weapon? The lowest level stake, how can it possibly exchange for a monster?" Kolbona, the wheel, was furious.

"That's right, this silver-grade weapon," Luo Yang held the short sword used by the tattooed face and said, "Didn't you just say that we humans are steeped in greed and always hope to gain a lot from a little? I'm human too, so I naturally follow this approach."

"Bastard, you're a bastard, I can't possibly break the rules to let you exchange for a quadrant monster." Although his voice was loud, the cross-shaped light from the ruby-red eyes flickered, indicating that Kolbona's will wasn't that firm.

"Kolbona, that's not right. I clearly remember you saying that rules can be flexible," Luo Yang said casually, "I don't want those rare, strong monsters. Even if she's a broken, non-upgradable monster, it doesn't matter. As long as she's cute and beautiful, and can be used to win a woman's favor, that's all I need."

"Hmph, when did I ever say rules can be flexible?" Kolbona had never felt so frustrated since he entered the Milky Way.

"You will, you will say it," Luo Yang nodded vigorously, looking innocent.

Kolbona was silent for a few seconds, then, not daring to take the risk, he had to compromise, "You're lucky. I happen to have a batch of dolls."

The wheel slowly turned, saying coldly, "I know some of your human rich kids like to use small trinkets to win women's favor and indirectly do business with women. Fine, send your silver-grade weapon into my mouth, then stand by the wheel and wait. I originally wanted to exchange them for gold-grade weapons, but I didn't expect to lose on the first deal. Next time, I won't respond to your summoning unless you can recite my complete true name."

Luo Yang knew the rules and inserted the short sword into the mouth of the face, chatting casually, "Quadrant monsters can only be exchanged after the first promotion. Considering that your kind likes to imitate and the costs of capture and transportation, you can only monopolize the market for two to three years. My advice is to be stingy and set the price as high as possible, even higher than those rare and powerful monsters. This way, you can make a huge profit before the price crashes."

"Brat, you're using a silver weapon to exchange, yet you're suggesting I set the price sky-high. Are those rich and powerful people all fools? I think the richer they are, the more stingy they are. You're making me lose business," the wheel was very angry.

"Trust me, they're not fools. They might even drive the price higher. By then, you'll just have to watch helplessly," Luo Yang was very focused on building "connections." Most of the rare resources and rare weapons he would need in the future would have to be exchanged from the wheel, so befriending Kolbona was a necessary step.

With a "click," the first slot on the wheel revealed a delicate figure.

It was a miniature girl, naturally beautiful. She had two pairs of transparent wings on her back, two small curly antennae on her head, and wore clothes made of petals. Her chest emitted a faint light, illuminating her face beautifully, and she was only twenty centimeters tall.

Another "click," and the second slot revealed a small jelly-like creature the size of an adult's fist, glowing with a bluish-purple light. It looked cute, blinking its big eyes and curling up, curiously observing its surroundings.

The wheel had nine slots in total. The next six slots contained "cute" items that were particularly appealing to girls, while the other three slots contained "ugly" items.

"Look carefully. Your chances of getting a good gift have been maximized. If your judgment and control are not good enough, and you end up with an ugly item, don't come crying to me. I'll disappear the moment the transaction is complete. I think you're just bluffing; you don't know my complete true name, and you don't know where to find top-tier sealers."

"Is that so? Kolbona, Schubert Enritz, Jones Blue Maple Moon, followed by three hundred auxiliary notes to complete a full sound wave vibration pattern to describe your multidimensional quadrant intelligent beings. I haven't said anything wrong, have I?" Luo Yang recited the true name as if it were a cherished possession, which he had treated as part of his inheritance before his rebirth.

"You actually know it," Kolbona roared, feeling very uneasy. He couldn't believe that someone had dug up his complete true name from the depths of history, which would make him restless.

"Found it, it's her." Luo Yang reached out, as if piercing through layers of obstacles, and pointed to a slender figure, the last one in the nine slots of the wheel.

"Idiot, this is your choice. If you can't get a girl, it's not my problem." The three-meter-high wheel exploded into a shower of light points, and the surrounding light flickered rapidly, as if he had just woken up from a dream.

"Huff, huff, huff..."

Luo Yang panted heavily, his clothes drenched in sweat. The wooden house was still the same, but now it contained a feather snake as thick as a baby's arm.

Its body was red, with a pair of wings covered in green feathers, and it was one and a half meters long. It was quite beautiful, but its mouth was filled with uneven, protruding teeth, and it had a nasty scar on its left eye, giving it a ferocious appearance.

The pale green wings slowly unfolded, and the snake coiled up, trying to break through the glass window. However, Luo Yang had already anticipated this tricky little creature's escape attempt and threw the Star Codex at it.

With a strange "puff," the feather snake dispersed, forming a red mist that was quickly absorbed by the Star Codex, and he could hear the panicked "howls" in his ears.

"Kolbona, this ignorant guy, actually included a young Yinglong among the toys. Yinglong are extremely rare among quadrant monsters, and their race has a history in the Milky Way that even predates the wheel. Before my rebirth, this talkative guy would always complain about his biggest regret, which was selling a young Yinglong for the price of a gold weapon in a toy. Fortunately, I caught it in time. I wonder who he will complain to now that he has lost his best listener."

Luo Yang picked up the Star Codex and slowly opened the pages, and red light surged out. He was not surprised by this change.

In fact, all treasures with conscious spaces can confine quadrant monsters. Monsters are not physical beings but are composed of mysterious spatial and mental energies, with their abilities mainly in the spatial and mental domains. Even a young Yinglong possesses teleportation powers.

Successfully confining the Yinglong, Luo Yang relaxed and went to the window to look out.

He saw that all the buildings of Canghai High School were lit up, with people waving goodbye, some huddled in dark corners, and others climbing the training platform to practice.

"It seems this night will be very difficult for most students at Canghai. Well, after this test, the weak-willed will drop out, and Canghai High School will become stronger under my leadership." Luo Yang turned, his face resolute, determined to elevate the Star Spiral to level one and awaken his unique power that night.
