Glenn was currently fighting Eleven and the rest.

Although they had struggled at first, Glenn was now starting to get overwhelmed.

“These guys… are a lot stronger than the guys I fought last time!”

“Of course. Every time an Armed Series unit is created, data from the previous generations is input. Thus, Fifteen and Sixteen are the strongest ones.”

Hearing this, Glenn grit his teeth.

“(So there are still more guys after these ones?! I’ve gotta clean this up and go after Aruto as soon as possible!)”

I won’t make it in time, Glenn thought as he closed his eyes.

Seeing this, Eleven thought he was giving up.

“Are you giving up? Well then, let me end this quick for you.”

The four of them drew their weapons.

However, Glenn opened his eyes and grinned smugly.

“Nope, defeat doesn’t exist in my vocabulary! I was just thinking… about how to beat you guys!”

Hearing Glenn, the girls put up their guard.

“This will use a lot of magic power, but let me show you! Conflagration!”

After activating the special skill Conflagration, Glenn’s body was enveloped in flames.

While his body was covered in flames, Glenn yelled, “Now, let the second round begin!”

After reaching the deepest part of the facility, I entered the final room.

Entering the room, I saw Meryl and Rifill being held captive by chains.

Keith could also be seen sitting on a throne inside.

“Meryl! Rifill! Are you okay?!”

“Aruto-san!”

“We’re fine, Aruto!”

It seemed like they weren’t injured for the time being…

Relieved at that, I turned my gaze to Keith.

Keith stood and looked down at me.

“Asou Aruto-kun… I am Keith Rifapein. Welcome to my facility.”

“You’ve done your research on me. Then, do you know what I am capable of?”

“Skill Copy? Of course I know.”

This man’s calmness…

Where is it coming from?!

“Surrender peacefully, and I think Meld-sama won’t punish you too harshly.”

Fifteen appeared from behind him.

“Deal with this man right here!”

Keith nodded, and at the same time, Fifteen pounced on me.

Evading her chainsaw by stepping back, I used Dimension Bullet and fired a stream of shots from my revolver.

However, she turned her right arm into metal and defended against it. While protecting against the barrage, she approached me and whacked me on the head.

I felt concussed, but somehow I managed to stand on my feet, and I knocked her back with Spin Kick, freezing her body with Ice Stick afterward.

However, she broke herself out of the ice, and while keeping her distance from me, she turned her left arm into a gatling gun and fired countless bullets.

Using Atomization to evade her, I sent out several Slashes at her, hitting her directly.

After she got hit by Slash, I approached her and tried to swing Enzetta, much to her alarm…

“…Too bad.”

“Wh-!? Guaaaaaa!!”

She read my approach and uppercut me with a metal arm.

Unable to defend against the attack, I was sent flying.

I fell, then got up from the ground.

“Aruto-san!”

“Aruto!”

I could hear Meryl and Rifill’s worried voices, but Fifteen…

She was the strongest Armed Series unit I’ve fought up to now!

If it came to this, it was time to launch a surprise attack with Wing!

As I was thinking of doing this, both her arms turned into steel, and then she sped towards me.

I tried to block with Enzetta, but I couldn’t, it bounced out of my grasp, and I was left to take the full force of the rush.

Like that, I was knocked far back and crashed into the wall.

“I’ll end it!”

Fifteen had her arms of steel at the ready, and approached me as I tried to get up.

To be frank, there was no way I could defend!

Just as I was thinking that, someone jumped in between Fifteen and me, and blocked her attack.

Fifteen, Keith, and I were astonished when we saw who had prevented the attack.

“H-how?”

“Why are you… Sixteen?!”

Why was my enemy protecting me….
