"What is this?" the guard shouted. Before he could make any move, there was a "pu" sound, and his neck was pierced, leaving him unable to speak. In the next second, his chest was also pierced. A tail appeared on his chest, and the end of the tail hooked his key card, pulling it with force.

The tail used the key card to swipe the lock and controlled the guard to align his retina with the scanner.

The door opened.

As the door opened, Zheng Xiaotian, who was sitting cross-legged, opened his eyes.

"A week, although it's a bit long, it's better that you came than not. But, what I see in front of me is not Optimus Prime, Du Xinzheng, or the head of the Security Bureau. Instead, it's a guard who is thoroughly dead, and a worm-like object that looks like a Transformer."

"I am ordered to take you away!" the worm spoke.

"This place is quite nice, and I don't want to leave." Zheng Xiaotian waved his hand in refusal. He knew from the situation that the other party was not an Autobot. Would an Autobot kill the guards? He wasn't stupid. The other party was a Decepticon. If they could kill the guards, wouldn't it be easy for them to kill him too? Following such a thing, he was still just a mortal. How could he be safe? So, he might as well stay here, at least it felt safer.

"I am ordered to take you away. Either you go by yourself, or I take you. If I take you, I might hurt you, and you might even lose an arm or a leg. If you go by yourself, you know what to do." the worm said.

"Anyway, I'm not going. You're just threatening me. If I were to go, you wouldn't threaten me. Anyway, you're just threatening me, right?" Zheng Xiaotian said.

"Since you've guessed it, I don't need to waste words. Follow me or not, it's up to you." the worm said.

"You're already threatening my life, how can I not go? Fine, lead the way." Zheng Xiaotian waved his hand.

Zheng Xiaotian felt that this was simply a mistake. First, the righteous side squeezed him out and made things difficult for him. Now, the evil side wanted to take him away. What was going on? Did the evil side know he was the flesh of Tang僧 (Tang Monk) or something?

"Okay!" the earthworm nodded and continued moving forward.

Another half hour passed.

Zheng Xiaotian finally arrived. Here, it was a vast expanse of yellow earth, with yellow sand flying everywhere. But the earthworm took him directly into the ground.

"Phew, phew, phew!" Zheng Xiaotian spat wildly. His nose, ears, and clothes were all filled with yellow sand. He was not just speechless, he was on the verge of going crazy. According to his estimation, they had dug at least thirty meters underground. Thirty meters below was the base entrance, followed by a sand buffer zone, and finally the base. This was a completely underground base.

"My friend, I'm really embarrassed to have you eat dirt. I did think about not bringing you to my base and finding a clean, comfortable place, even one where you could take a shower, to meet you. But then I thought, I need to consider your safety, right? This place is the safest." The robot extended his hand to Zheng Xiaotian, saying, "Hello, I am Megatron, let's get acquainted."

"Zheng Xiaotian." Zheng Xiaotian extended his hand.

The handshake was just a formality. The robot's hand was almost as big as his body. Could he really shake hands with him? It was practically impossible.

"Friend, come inside the base and get familiar with the environment." Megatron extended an invitation.

"Let's talk about serious matters. Don't waste time." Zheng Xiaotian refused, saying, "Why did you invite me here this time? I find this very puzzling."

"First, you have a good relationship with Du Xinzheng, who has the main character aura. Second, you don't mind getting rid of him because he broke his word. Third, you have a set of armor, which is interesting. Fourth, we need someone to be our main character. If these four points can make you feel safe, then we can cooperate. If you don't want to cooperate, you can take your armor and leave." Megatron smiled, his tone as warm and friendly as a neighbor's uncle.

Zheng Xiaotian sneered. He didn't believe he could leave.
