Chapter 1

Well, many fellow readers in the book review section have felt that this book is similar to "Zhetian." Actually, I want to say that you haven't read deeply enough. This book borrows a lot from Chen Dong. I don't think there's anything shameful about saying this, after all, Xiao Yao is still a newcomer. From junior high school to college, I have been influenced by Dong Ge's books for many years, and naturally, I tend to lean towards him, especially in terms of setting.

Can everyone not feel that the realm setting of this book is a blend of "Yongsheng" and "Changshengjie"? I thought about it for a long time before deciding on the setting of "Cultivation, Foundation Establishment, Transcending the Mundane, Mystical Power (Grandmaster), Nirvana (Eternal Giant), Demigod (Sovereign of a Region), Immortality (Great Power of the Present)." Although this setting is only for the first half of the book, it is very similar to "Changshengjie." Xiao Yao must be honest about this, and there's no need to hide it. However, the inspiration for the Three Thousand Great Dao comes from "Yongsheng," while the Three Thousand Physiques are inspired by both "Zhetian" and "Yongsheng."

Perhaps some people will say, "Hey, you're just copying, what's there to talk about?" For such people, I can just chuckle. As for the plot, you can feel that "Yongsheng" and "Zhetian" would not have a plot like "Bloody Trial." I set up this plot to significantly boost the protagonist's strength. Regarding the Three Sovereigns and Five Emperors, Xia, Shang, and Zhou dynasties, and the Seven Imperial Dynasties, I can confidently say that I have not copied at all; they are all my own imagination. The only thing I can say is that I am writing about ancient mythology, which is related to books like "Buddha Was Originally a Dao" and "Fengshen Yanyi."

There is one thing I must admit: the titles of Holy Son and Great Emperor are both derived from "Zhetian." However, the title of Great Emperor has a different interpretation in my book, slightly different from "Zhetian." You will naturally know this when the book is completed.

Also, the book is titled "Demon Emperor's Prince," so naturally, it focuses on achieving the Demon Emperor and being revered for eternity. As for why it's called "Demon Emperor's Prince" instead of "Demon Emperor" or "Eastern Emperor," there is a reason for this. In the later stages of the book, this will be the main direction. In "Zhetian," there is no truly pure "Immortal," while in my book, although Immortals are extremely rare in the early stages, they are not uncommon in the later stages. Unlike in "Zhetian," where becoming an Immortal is the ultimate goal, the ultimate goal of my book is clearly not becoming an Immortal. Becoming an Immortal is just a stopover, not the final destination. Otherwise, my book would truly be a blatant copy of "Zhetian."

This book has many foreshadowings and plots, and only a small part has been revealed so far. This is the author's debut work, and if there are any mistakes, please point them out. You know that I am imitating Chen Dong's layout and Meng Ruyi's style. I try to make the battle scenes as grand as possible, and that's the reason.

Finally, this is a work of my heart and soul. If you don't like it, please don't criticize it. If you like Dong Ge's style, please come in. Of course, I also welcome those who point out my mistakes, but please leave if you are here to attack me personally. Thank you for your support!
