Fire Phoenix wasn ’ t surprised at all.

The power of King of the Netherworld was beyond her imagination. The realm he had reached was unprecedented.

King of the Netherworld was like a big mountain that she and other kings could only look up to. They were well aware that they would never reach the level of King of the Netherworld, so they could only respect and revere him as much a s pos s i ble .

So, Fire Phoenix had already known that she was not able to hide her arrival from King of the Netherworld.

However, what she didn ’ t ex pect was that she would witness such a... a turmoil.

The old man in white who led her there was in charge of all the chores in the Heaven Peak Tower. He guided Fire Phoenix to the resting palace of King of the Netherworld w ith ex tre me ea se . However, before he opened the gate, he said to Fire Phoenix all of a sudden, “ Your Majesty Phoenix, please don ’ t be surprised no matter what you see in there. ”

Fire Phoenix was intrigued right away. However, the old man in white stopped talking and turned around to leave.

Suddenly, she seemed to hear noise coming through from inside of the door.

“ Come in! ” The cold voice of King of the Netherworld came out.

Fire Phoenix put on a serious look again to cover the suspect on her face and then pushed the door open gently.

“ Stop running!!!!! ” A clear roar c ame up abruptly.

Fire Phoenix was stunned. After she calmed down and looked at the place, she found a chicken that w as sc ared int o fl ying aro und pouncing on her. Then she raised her hand and froze the chicken in the air without any hesitation almos t due to her conditioned response.

After she had calmed down, Fire Phoenix found that the flying chicken was actually a high-level Demon Beast in ten times the size of the normal chicken. Its feather hadn ’ t even fully grown yet, which meant this chicken had just been hatched. Nevertheless, it looked like the chicken that had already had intelligence.

Right at this moment, the one who had let out that clear roar also ran over. It was a young boy around eighteen years old.

His eyes were as pretty a s the stars in the paintings and his smile was as bright as the pearls.

However, what really had drawn her attention was the boy ’ s appearance in the resting palace of King of the Netherworld and the chaos he had made. What ’ s more, she seemed to have seen th e mil d golden light all over the boy ’ s body .

Also, Fire Phoenix found that she couldn ’ t even tell where this boy had come from. As she was in astonishment, the boy had already run up to her.

“ Wow, you are amazing . T hanks for catching the chicken for me. You are a good person! ” The boy held Fire Phoenix ’ s hand immediately and expressed his thanks sincerely.

Fire Phoenix was totally stunned.

After the boy had thanked her, he grabbed the flying chicken at once. A fte r that , he rushed to the inside excitedly.

Fire Phoenix ’ s eyes were widened again after she had seen that. In the meantime, she also got more and more suspicious with mixed feelings. Generally , the creature which was frozen by her would stay motionless firmly unless she or someone who possessed grea t spiritual power released that creature. But that boy had just broken her spiritual art easily!

The boy who knew nothing about what Fire Phoenix was thinking now was running to the inside agai n with the flying chicken which was even larger than him in his arms.

Seeing King of the Netherworld sitting on his seat, the boy ran toward him with excitement while shouting, “ My leader, loo k! I hav e finally ca ught this flying chicken! How about eating r oasted chicken tonight? ”

Hearing that, the high-level flying chicken with intelligence could only cry inwardly. Since it couldn ’ t move, it could only shed tears in silence.

“ Sit down! ” King of the Netherworld asked the boy to come over and stay quietly for a while.

“ Fine. ” The boy who didn ’ t get the response he had wanted to hear r a n to the king reluctantly and then sat down obediently.

Well, it was not like he could do anything now. The boy ’ s leader was also the one who fed him right now. He couldn ’ t afford to irritate this man since he wasn ’ t powerful enough. So, right now, the boy ’ s principle was listening to all the orders which were given by his leader and being docile all the time!

As a matter of fact, Fire Phoenix hadn ’ t been so surprised over tens of thousands of years.

Even so, she still didn ’ t dare to show her feelings on her face.

It was not her primary concern when this boy had shown up and what his relationship with King of the Netherworld was.

“ I know why you came here. Do as what the Lord of Transmigration Palace ha s told . B lock the information about the golden wandering soul an d execute anyone who leaks the information! ” King of the Netherworld said that in a cold voice slowly. It seemed that he had already made up his mind before Fire Phoenix could say anything.

S he could also feel that the golden thin film was protecting the boy from the attack of all the demons and ghosts.

Before she left, she took a glance at the boy again and suddenly had a feeling.
