It was a new day once again, and Xu Caiyi had prepared a comprehensive set of identity documents for Su Yang, from birth certificates to household registration, even detailing his simple life story from childhood to the present.

Now, Su Yang's legal identity was that of Xu Tianyang's distant nephew, an orphan whose parents had both passed away, with his household registration in Shanghai. His age was set at fourteen, which was accurate in terms of his physical appearance, though he did look somewhat younger.

In addition to the identity documents, when Xu Zongxian handed them over to Su Yang, he also slipped in an international currency credit card. Su Yang didn't bother to check the balance, as wealth had long ceased to be something he pursued.

Su Yang had carefully read the information about the descendants of his former lover from his previous life. Ye Xiaoman's granddaughter, Zhao Yar, was sixteen years old and attended a prestigious international boarding high school, a true aristocratic institution.

Zhao Yar's parents had settled in the United States and were prominent figures in the business world, specializing in the fashion industry with their own brand company, which had considerable assets. However, five years ago, they both died in a car accident, leaving Zhao Yar a substantial trust fund.

Due to his cultivation of the "Nine Transformations of the Azure Sky," Su Yang had long reached the realm of refining essence into qi. No matter how many times he engaged in intimacy, and even without any safety measures, he would not impregnate anyone unless he deliberately chose to do so.

Except for his second life, when Su Yang had not yet fully understood and let go of the world. Even then, he had not truly indulged in the secular world. He had once been with a woman and had a son, but after that, he never had any more children.

In the end, he buried his own son and grandson with his own hands, which caused the immortal Su Yang great sorrow. He made a solemn vow never to leave any descendants in this world again.

If there was one person whom Su Yang truly wanted to have children with, it would be the Sword Hall's holy maiden, Nie Lingbo, whom he still cherished deeply.

Unfortunately, even until their final farewell by the Qiantang River, Su Yang and Nie Lingbo had never been intimate.

It wasn't until his eighth life that Su Yang, unable to resist Ye Xiaoman's deep affection and persistent pleading, left a daughter with her before parting ways, who became Zhao Yar's mother.

With each rebirth, Su Yang took great care of the descendants of his lovers from previous lives. Wealth and power, which the world pursued, were things Su Yang never hesitated to bestow, even if there was no blood relation. This was a habit he had maintained throughout his immortal life.

And Zhao Yar was even more significant. She was Su Yang's own granddaughter, the second person in his over a thousand years of immortality whose bloodline he could still trace. This was the primary reason for his special attention and care.

After seeing Xiao Wei off to a new film promotion, Su Yang called Xu Tianyang.

"Master, do you have any instructions?" Since learning that Su Yang had decided to stay long-term at Xiao Wei's house, Xu Tianyang had memorized the home phone number. Seeing the caller ID, he immediately became excited.

"I've read the information about Ye Xiaoman's descendant..."

"That Zhao Yar!" Xu Tianyang recalled, "She really looks like the old Sister Xiaoman."

"Yes, it's been a hundred years already," Su Yang said lightly.

"I want to meet her, but I don't want to scare her by being too abrupt. Do you have any suggestions?"

Xu Tianyang pondered for a moment and suggested, "Master, if you don't mind, I can arrange for you to enroll in her school. Zhao Yar started this year in September, and your identity documents show you as fourteen, which is a suitable age for high school. This way, you'll have a reason to get close to her."

"Go to school?!"

On the other end of the phone, Su Yang tilted his head, a faint smile appearing on his lips. "That sounds good. Let's do it. You arrange it."

After chatting with Xu Tianyang for a bit, Su Yang hung up, took out a black key made of an unknown metal from his pocket, and went out.

Taking a taxi to Hengshan Road, Su Yang quickly found his destination.

It was a renovated garden villa, which, though changed, still largely resembled his memories from years ago. However, as Su Yang stepped forward, he was stopped by a PLA soldier with a submachine gun.

"Little boy, you can't go in."

"I'm looking for someone," Su Yang generously ignored the "little boy" remark.

Seeing that Su Yang wouldn't leave, the guard, thinking the child was just being naive, smiled and said, "This is where the military leaders live. How old are you? Who could you possibly be looking for?"

"I'm looking for..."

Su Yang hesitated, feeling a bit helpless. "Even if I mention that old man's name, no one would know him. It's been over a hundred years, and even if he were still alive, the changes over the past century would have made everything different."

But he owed that old man a favor and had promised to do something for him. "I'll just ask and see."

With that, Su Yang said seriously, "The person I'm looking for, you probably won't know, but maybe the people inside do. Here, I'll write something down. Take it to your leader. If he doesn't come out to see me, I'll leave."

Without waiting for a response, Su Yang turned and walked away, soon returning with a flat stone in his hand, which he handed to the guard. "Please take it in for me."

The guard, subconsciously taking the stone, was stunned. The stone, which looked like it had been scraped from the road, was inscribed with a line of cursive script, deeply etched and powerful, as if carved by a master calligrapher.

"Did you write this?"

"You can think of it that way," Su Yang replied, not wanting to cause a commotion.

After a moment's hesitation, the guard decided to take the stone inside to ask.

In the living room of the villa, an old man with white hair was writing rapidly, penning three "kill" characters. He paused, sighed, and seemed unsatisfied.

"Sir, the guard, Xiao Wang, just encountered a child outside who insisted on coming in to find someone."

The old man, who had been writing, didn't respond immediately but pointed to the "kill" characters on the desk and said loudly, "Xiao Dong, you've studied calligraphy for many years. Come and take a look. How are these three characters?"

The old leader's obsession with calligraphy was well-known, and Xiao Dong knew that his own calligraphy skills had helped him become the leader's personal guard. Otherwise, as a new recruit of just over three years, he wouldn't have the privilege of serving such a powerful leader.

Xiao Dong put the stone aside, walked to the desk, and carefully examined the characters. "Old Sir, these three 'kill' characters are similar in form but different in meaning, each with its own unique qualities. My skills are still shallow, but I can see the style of a master. I just can't pinpoint what's missing."

"You've done well to notice the difference in form and meaning," the old man said, waving his hand. "What did you say earlier?"

The guard picked up the stone and said, "This is what the child wanted to show you."

The old man was immediately drawn to the characters on the stone, lost in thought.

"Who wrote these characters?"

"I'm not sure. It probably wasn't the child," Xiao Dong said, puzzled.

"Good characters!" the old man exclaimed. "The brushwork penetrates the stone, as if a startled dragon. It would take at least thirty to fifty years of practice and exceptional talent to write such characters."

The old man had been immersed in calligraphy for over twenty years and had received guidance from masters. Though not a master himself, he had achieved considerable success. His assessment was generally reliable.

Though he couldn't understand the meaning of the characters, the old man was intrigued by their masterful quality.

"Go and bring that child in. I want to talk to him."

Xiao Dong responded, "Yes, sir," and quickly brought Su Yang into the villa.

After entering, Su Yang glanced at the old man with white hair and then focused on the three "kill" characters on the paper, frowning slightly.

"Alright, Xiao Dong, you can go out. I'll talk to this child."

If it were any other stranger, Xiao Dong would have insisted on staying, but since Su Yang was just a child, he left as instructed.

"Little brat, did your adult write these characters?" the old man asked, trying to use his most gentle tone, impressed by Su Yang's appearance.

"I wrote them. Do you understand the meaning of this sentence?" Su Yang frowned, asking.

"Ha ha, you little brat, you're just boasting. Tell me, why did you come here to find me?" the old man said, not taking Su Yang's words seriously, but interested in the conversation.

"It seems you're not the person I'm looking for. You don't understand the meaning of these characters. Boring. I'm leaving," Su Yang huffed, clearly annoyed by the "little brat" remark, and turned to leave, unwilling to waste more time.

"Hong Qi Yi Tong Da Wu Hu Si Hai..."

The old man softly read the characters on the stone, scratching his head. "What does this mean?
