Excited by the visible and significant progress, I hopped around in my Slime form. From the outside, it probably looked like a green rubber ball bouncing around.

This will make it more efficient to defeat monsters! And I might even be able to fight monsters stronger than Goblins.

‘Splitting’ is a skill where, as long as the main body (me) doesn’t take damage, there’s no problem even if the clones are destroyed.

Once a clone is destroyed, I need to rest for about a night before I can use ‘Splitting’ again.

In the battle with the Goblin earlier, all 11 of my clones were destroyed, so I can’t split again today.

I sighed as I returned to my human form. The joy from just a moment ago felt like a lie.

I wanted to see how much stronger I’ve become and test it out against some monsters.

But, let’s look at it positively. When I started the quest, I could only fight one Slime at a time, but now I can fight 12 at once.

Plus, the experience points are 12 times higher. In simple terms, I can level up 144 times more efficiently.

My level went from 4 to 7 in just one day, and my skills have been significantly powered up. Yeah, I think that’s enough.

Before I go back to rest, I’ll collect the cores of the Slimes I defeated today. And since I defeated a Goblin, I should be able to skin it too.

The quest reward isn’t very high, but the items dropped by monsters can be sold to the guild.

Since I defeated a lot of Slimes today, the rewards should be substantial. Alright, I’ll report to the guild and get some rest!
