There are two different types of abilities.

All humans born within the last twenty years are able to use this ability.

And it is up to us “subjugators” to take care of them.

A metal pipe flew through the air. The cooperation between the three of them crumbled.

It must have seen through all their movements as they battled. Right as they were about to conclude their battle, all three of them were flung away in different directions.
