Chapter 18

Teacher Tang Yue's lively eyes fell on Mo Fan, and as she probed Mo Fan's aura, her lips involuntarily parted.

"Mo Fan, you have the nerve to stand here. A whole semester has passed, and you can't even control a single Fire Star Seed. Your Star Dust is so dim it's invisible. Stop joking, okay!" Zhao Kunsan immediately said.

There was a test at the end of the last semester to assess the students' progress. Without any surprise, Mo Fan's Fire Star Dust was not much different from when he first awakened. The whole class knew about it, and it had made Zhao Kunsan and Mu Bai laugh their heads off!

A fool is a fool. Even awakening to the Fire Element was of no use; he would never become a Mage in his life.

"Your Fire affinity is quite good. Why is your cultivation so weak, Mo Fan? Many people yearn to become Fire Mages. You already have an advantage that many don't have. You can't afford to be lazy," Teacher Tang Yue said, looking at Mo Fan with a hint of regret.

"I understand, Teacher Tang Yue," Mo Fan nodded.

After mental cultivation, a Mage's mental power becomes powerful, strong enough to perceive details that ordinary people cannot, including sensing the aura of other Mages.

By the strength of the aura, one can roughly judge the level of a Mage's cultivation.

Cultivation cannot be hidden, and Mo Fan knew this very well.

However, if Mo Fan concealed the power of the Lightning Element and only revealed the aura of the Fire Element, others would only be able to feel the Fire aura and judge the level of Fire cultivation, unable to detect the other element.

Therefore, Mo Fan could usually use the Fire Element to deceive others!

"Since I'm just starting to learn the Fire Element, and such a powerful Fire teacher has come, it seems I have a good chance of completing the initial skill, Fire Nourish, before the major assessment." Mo Fan's confidence soared immediately.

Huh?

Why is this girl staring at me with such a strange look?

Her name is probably Zhou Min, a top student in the class and also a Fire Element user.

Mo Fan was puzzled. He didn't think he had offended this girl named Zhou Min. Why was she looking at him so unfriendly?

On the other side, Zhou Min frowned. Seeing that the slacker named Mo Fan was also looking at her, she immediately glared at him fiercely.

Zhou Min was unhappy, very unhappy.

Why should this Mo Fan have a better Fire affinity than her?

The head teacher, Xue Musheng, had said that Mo Fan had the best Fire affinity in the class, with obvious flames at the time of awakening. Now, even the very capable Teacher Tang Yue said he had good talent.

Forget it, there's no need to get angry over such a lazy slacker. Anyway, if he fails the annual assessment, he will be directly asked to leave the school. This guy only has half a year left to enjoy himself.

He really doesn't understand. Clearly, his family is very poor, and they had to sell everything to get him into Tianlan Magic High School. After awakening to the Fire Element, he is still so lazy and listless. Does he have a clear conscience? Has his conscience been eaten by a dog?

Thanks to Zhao Kunsan and Mu Bai, the whole class basically knew that Mo Fan had been pushed into the school.

"I have already heard from your head teacher, Mr. Xue, about the importance of the annual assessment. First, students who fail will be asked to leave the school. Second, students with superior and average performance will be reclassified. Those who are placed in the advanced class will receive special attention, giving them a greater advantage in the Magic University entrance exam. So this semester, there is no reason for you not to work hard," Teacher Tang Yue said to everyone.

"Teacher Tang Yue, will you teach the advanced class?" a male student asked.

"Yes, if everything goes as planned, I will take over as the practical class teacher for the advanced class after teaching you," Tang Yue nodded slightly.

"Teacher, I, Yang Guo... oh, I, Huang Feifeng, will work twice as hard!"

"Teacher Tang Yue, I want to follow you in the future."

Tang Yue maintained a gentle smile, and it was clear that her first lesson was quite successful. The students' enthusiasm for learning had been ignited.

"By the way, if any of you can completely control seven Star Seeds, you can come to me privately. I will allocate my personal time to tutor you," Tang Yue continued.

"Oooh oooh oooh oooh oooh~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~"

The class immediately erupted in a chorus of howls!

Seven Star Seeds instantly became everyone's goal.

"I'm not far from seven Star Seeds, Teacher Tang Yue, wait for me..."

"Really? How many have you controlled?"

"Two."

"Get lost!"

"I have three, crushing you all!" Huang Feifeng said proudly.

"Three? You have the nerve to show off here? I'm almost at four. The later stages are harder, you don't understand!" Xu Qinglin said disdainfully.
