"Ouch!"
I smacked the back of Yang Il-ho's head, who was peeling and eating an egg in the corner.
"Why do you scream so dramatically?"
"Ah, why did you hit me!"
"Can't I hit you?"
"No, you can't."
"That's not important. Everyone, gather around."
Eun-ho-jeong, curious about what was happening, quietly approached. I patted Yang Il-ho's shoulder and handed him a thick file.
"I'm going to set up a foundation. A security company, a research and development firm, and an orphanage. The details are inside, so figure out a good structure for it."
Yang Il-ho glanced through it and quickly gave an estimate.
"Bro, this—"
"Hmm?"
"Isn't this a scam? If a prosecutor saw this, they'd flip their lid!"
"You need to make it legal."
"Me?"
Yang Il-ho had a law degree. Although his license was suspended for being a legislative aide, that wasn't my concern.
"I'll give you three days."
"Three days?"
"Make it legal."
"Setting up a foundation and a business entity?"
"So what?"
"I'm a lawyer."
"Deal with it."
Yang Il-ho nervously stood up, breaking into a cold sweat. I frowned and pressed him.
"Can't a genius who graduated early from elementary, middle, and high school create something like this?"
"What does that have to do with anything right now!"
"Hey! Yang Il-ho, early graduate of Seoul University's 63rd class! Is that all you can do? Did you pass the youngest bar exam by flipping a coin!?"
"No, how can I make this legal! It looks like a bunch of shoddy companies slapped together with a charitable foundation name!"
"Make it work. Don't you know the spirit of the Special Forces?"
"That's the Marines!"
"Deal with it. I'm not even in the military."
"This is a job for a labor lawyer!"
"Then work with him."
I pointed behind me with my thumb and turned my head to grin.
Eun-ho-jeong, who was quietly slipping out of the dormitory, froze in an awkward position.
"Hey! Eun-ho-jeong, legislative aide to the Progressive Party's National Assembly member!"
"A, ahaha. Yes?"
"Eun-ho-jeong, certified labor lawyer!"
"I'm not a labor lawyer."
"Your representative forced your colleague to study for the labor lawyer exam and got so stressed they always grabbed me by the collar after drinking!"
"I haven't even passed the exam yet."
"Deal with it."
I smiled and pointed at the stack of documents in the lifeless-eyed Yang Il-ho's hand.
"Do it."
