After finishing the inventory of the bonds, it was already Thursday morning. Jifeng had eaten some fruit in the space, but the two little guys hadn't eaten anything yet. He quickly poured some dog food for them, watching them eat affectionately before he went to the bathroom to take a shower.

In the morning, he called to inquire about his passport and learned that it had been processed and was ready for pickup. Jifeng couldn't help but think about going back over the weekend, planning to pick up his passport next week and then travel to Europe, trying to exchange a small amount of bonds first.

Thinking about money, Jifeng couldn't help but remember his blue and white porcelain. He found Feng Lao's phone number on his phone and called him. It turned out that the other party had already confirmed its authenticity and had transferred three hundred million to his account.

After hurriedly thanking him, Jifeng reluctantly hung up the phone after Feng Lao insisted on getting more antiques from him. He quickly checked his online bank account and indeed saw a deposit of three hundred million. Seeing his account level automatically upgraded to the highest level, Jifeng couldn't help but sneer. Though the bank was good, its flexibility was not as good as some medium and small banks. He didn't plan to cooperate with them long-term, so it was useless to upgrade.

"Old Three, what have you been up to these past two days? You didn't even answer my calls. If you don't come out soon, the hotel will call the police." Just as Jifeng finished checking his account, his phone rang. Seeing it was Old Two, Jifeng heard his roar as soon as he answered.

Jifeng laughed bitterly and said, "I've been waiting for their response, so I haven't left the room. How did the hotel find you?"

"Damn, you didn't overwork yourself in the hotel, did you? The hotel kept knocking on your door, but no one answered. All they heard was your dogs barking. They thought you had taken some drugs and committed suicide."

"Get lost, you're the one who should commit suicide. I'm done with my work. Are you free for lunch? Let's have a meal together, and I'll show you that I'm still fine." Jifeng laughed and scolded, but he was genuinely grateful for Old Two's concern.

"Alright, you can continue jerking off in your room. I have an appointment at noon. I'll have some free time tomorrow night, and I'll take you out to a nightclub." Without waiting for Jifeng's response, he hung up, clearly busy himself.

Shaking his head helplessly, Jifeng called the hotel's internal line to order some dumplings to be delivered to his room at noon to prove he was still alive. He then started cleaning the two little guys' food bowls, washed them, and put them in the space ring.

Though the space ring in his hand was only a dozen cubic meters, it was incredibly convenient for travel. For example, this trip to Shanghai, except for the car and the two little guys, everything else was stored in the ring, and he didn't have to worry about others stealing them.

At 9:30 AM on Friday, Jifeng arrived on time at the meeting room of Sida. This time, he wasn't just facing Patna but also over a dozen foreigners, including two Chinese people in the team. Their pure Chinese made Jifeng feel very close.

"Mr. Ji, you are truly young and talented. However, we are all very curious about how you obtained this agreement, or how your ancestors obtained it. It's simply unbelievable," Li Jun, the only Chinese in the core five-person team, said with a smile as he shook Jifeng's hand.

Jifeng lightly shook his head and said, "I'm afraid you'll have to ask my great-grandfather." He wasn't going to reveal the source of the agreement; he wasn't a fool.

Li Jun was taken aback and laughed bitterly. "Forget it, I have no interest in meeting him. Please, this way. Today, we will mainly discuss how to help you reclaim your inheritance, and of course, the fees involved."

Jifeng took out his ID to prove he was indeed a descendant of the Ji family and showed the original agreement to the others, but only allowed them to look at it from across the table.

"Until I have absolute trust in you, I cannot hand over the original to any of you. I need you to prove your ability to help me reclaim my property through your actions."

"Of course, no problem. I believe you will soon see the professionalism and capability of Sida," Bruce, the 60-year-old chairman from the New York headquarters, said seriously, agreeing with Jifeng's point and expressing his appreciation. Not giving them the original also meant not giving it to any other company.

Moreover, from over a meter away, Bruce's sharp eyes could see that the paper was definitely from decades ago, and the clear seal on it was undoubtedly genuine, especially the name of the U.S. President, which he had seen many times.

"According to the agreement, Mr. Ji, you have the absolute right to inherit these assets. However, I still suggest you prove that you have no other brothers or uncles, as this could affect the amount of inheritance you receive in the future," Bruce solemnly raised this serious issue, especially given the enormous size of the inheritance, which no one could resist.

"Mr. Bruce, you don't need to worry. The Ji family now has only me as a descendant. There are no uncles or anything. I do have an aunt, but we haven't been in contact for years. If you understand the inheritance laws of our country, you would know that women have no right to inherit their family's assets. I found this in my grandfather's old house, along with some other things. If you can help me reclaim this island quickly, I will give you a larger contract and even consider Sida as my exclusive legal advisor," Jifeng said confidently with a smile.

Bruce glanced at Li Jun, who nodded slightly, and raised his eyebrows with a smile. "That's excellent. Let's discuss how to help Mr. Ji reclaim his property as soon as possible."

Bruce then had Patna, who first contacted Jifeng, lay out the entire plan, including the feasibility of each step, especially the need to bribe key government officials of major powers, which he did not hide, explaining the necessity of these bribes.

The entire plan was so well-thought-out that Jifeng found it almost flawless. Of course, when dealing with a sovereign government, there were many variables, and they couldn't predict all the tricks the South Korean government might pull.

They had KFC delivered to the meeting room for lunch and continued discussing until around 4 PM, finally perfecting the plan. Jifeng also raised several concerns, asking them to find ways to mitigate these risks in advance.

Though Jifeng didn't know much about legal issues, the island would be his, and it was natural for him to have some concerns.

Most importantly, Jifeng wanted to reclaim Jeju Island intact and undamaged, not a dilapidated place. This involved too many issues, such as how to calculate the South Korean government's investments over the past few decades, which were not small amounts, and what to do with the military stationed there. These were all practical issues.

As for the fees Sida would charge, it was relatively straightforward. Sida required Jifeng to cover travel, office expenses, and bribes totaling about 260 million dollars. The largest part was the bribes, as the politicians of major powers had huge appetites. Sida itself did not gain much financially but asked Jifeng to promise that they would help him formulate the laws for Jeju Island after reclaiming it.

Of course, this had to be within the framework Jifeng required and must be signed and approved by him. In essence, they were looking for a place to realize their legal ideals.

Jifeng was naturally happy with this, as he would need legal experts in the future. Having the renowned Sida help perfect the laws for his island would save him a lot of trouble. As long as Jeju Island belonged to him, he would be the ruler there, free to do as he pleased.

Moreover, though 260 million dollars was a significant amount, once he won the lawsuit, these costs could be passed on to the South Korean government, so Jifeng was not worried at all.

The meeting continued until late at night. Bruce and the other four, exhausted but smiling, had the secretary prepare the contract. Bruce then said, "Ji, once this is done, you will immediately become the world's richest person. No one will have such vast assets. My God, that's an 1,845 square kilometer island, plus the surrounding sea, larger than many small countries."

Jifeng smiled, thinking that this was just one island, and he had even larger ones to reclaim, using South Korea as a test case.

"Though it's true, I don't want the whole world to know. So, I hope you keep a low profile and don't expose me."

Bruce and the others laughed. "You won't be exposed until it's over, but such a significant international event will make it impossible for you to stay low-key. For South Korea, it's like losing half its life, as your Jeju Island will completely block their southern route."

Jifeng shrugged and smiled. "I like that. My Jeju Island." He laughed again with the others.

After about ten minutes, the secretary brought in four copies of the contract. Jifeng carefully read through them, found no loopholes, and signed his name. There were originally hidden traps, but Jifeng had specifically requested plain language and clear rights and obligations, so traps were almost impossible. Clearly, Sida did not intend to take their client's assets but rather to realize their ideals, so they had no objections.

He transferred two hundred million dollars to their Chinese company's account from his online bank, left a phone number, and left with one copy of the contract, not even letting them see him off.

After the contract was signed, Sida would start working on the matter from the following week, but that was no longer Jifeng's concern. He only needed to wait for the island to be returned and show the original agreement at key moments. PS: New book, please support. Thank you for your collection, and I appreciate your support!
