After being busy all day, Hu Hao finally finished his work. Now that it's finally over, the update schedule will be back to normal! I also recommend my newly published book. After you finish this chapter, there will be a link at the end. If you have time, you can check it out!

After leaving Xiao Jun's house, Hu Hao headed towards the Japanese military camp. The Japanese had already closed the city gates, so he couldn't go back. With no other choice, Hu Hao decided to sleep at the Japanese military camp. He originally planned to go to an inn, but realized he had given all his money to Xiao Jun. So, he had no choice but to find a place to sleep.

Hu Hao checked each tent one by one, looking for an empty bed. After checking over ten tents, he still couldn't find an empty bed. "Damn, are the Japanese so well-behaved today that none of them went out? Shit! If you don't let me sleep in a tent, I'll go to your commander's room!"

As he said this, he came out, and the guard at the camp entrance looked at him strangely. "What the hell are you looking at? I'm just looking for some fun," Hu Hao shouted at them in Japanese. After shouting, he realized that carrying a big pipe wouldn't help him sneak into the Japanese command post, so he turned back, leaving the guards speechless.

Hu Hao went back to where he had parked the car, found the car he had killed a Japanese soldier in, and threw his pipe into the back of the car. He then left the Japanese military camp and headed to the command post. Hu Hao walked in without hesitation. The Japanese guards outside were about to ask him something, but Hu Hao looked so confident and familiar with the command post that they assumed he belonged there. Inside the command post, except for the streetlights, everything was pitch black. The rooms were also dark.

Hu Hao didn't know which room had a bed, but he noticed that one room had the most luxurious entrance, with two lanterns hanging and two guards standing outside. Hu Hao didn't want to draw attention from the guards, so he went around to the back of the house and found a window. He tried to open it, but it was locked!

"Damn, are you that afraid of death? Apart from me needing a place to sleep, no one would come to kill you! What kind of Japanese are you! What kind of samurai spirit! More like Wudarang spirit!" Hu Hao didn't waste any more words, took out his dagger, and started cutting the window paper. After reaching in and unlocking the window, he opened it and went inside. To his surprise, the room turned out to be a bathroom.

"Damn, how unlucky! My first time sneaking into a Japanese camp, and I end up in a toilet! Shit, looks like I don't have the talent to be a thief!" Hu Hao cursed in his heart. After cursing, he found that the bathroom was completely dark. He slowly left the bathroom, holding a gun in his left hand and a dagger in his right, and entered the room. After carefully looking around in the dark, he realized it was an office.

There was a pen holder on the desk with several fountain pens and a pen rack with various sizes of brushes. Hu Hao happily put away his gun.

"I was worried I wouldn't have money to buy brushes for Factory Manager Wang, but now I have them. Not bad luck!" Hu Hao picked up the pens and looked around. He couldn't just carry them in his hands; he needed something to put them in. But there was nothing to use, not even a bag. Hu Hao looked up and saw a large red circle.

"Damn, I was thinking I had nothing to put them in, but here's your膏药旗 (Japanese flag)," Hu Hao walked up and took down the flag. He didn't like the big red circle, so he went to the desk, touched the inkstone, found it dry, and spat a few times into it. He then took a brush from the rack, dipped it in the ink, and drew several crosses on the flag.

"Okay, this looks better, though it's still a bit annoying. I'll just make do for now. I'll burn it in the stove when I get back!" He put the fountain pens and inkstone into the flag and wrapped them up.

"Not good, this big cloth can only hold so much. It seems a bit wasteful. Let me see if there's anything else worth taking." Hu Hao started looking around again but didn't find anything valuable. He returned to the desk, opened the drawers, and carefully searched, but still found nothing valuable.

"Damn, don't you know a thief never leaves empty-handed? You should have put something valuable in the office! It's my first time being a thief, and you expect me to steal a few pens? If anyone found out, I'd be embarrassed to death! No, I have to keep looking!" Hu Hao thought to himself and looked at the closed door. He gritted his teeth and thought:

"I can't let this happen. I have to go in and check!" He walked to the door, gently turned the handle, and found it unlocked. He slowly pushed the door open and saw someone lying on the bed, sound asleep.

"Damn, you're asking for it. If you had put something valuable in the office, this wouldn't have happened!" Hu Hao held his dagger in his right hand and suddenly covered the Japanese soldier's mouth with his left hand. He then slashed the soldier's neck, and blood started to spurt out. The soldier struggled a few times and then stopped moving. Hu Hao used the soldier's blanket to wipe the blood off his hands.

"I won't do this again. It's too messy. Twisting the neck is cleaner and more hygienic!" He then started searching the room and found a large cabinet. Hu Hao saw it was locked.

"Damn, good thing I've trained. Otherwise, I wouldn't know what to do with you!" He took out his dagger and started prying the lock. It took him two minutes to open it.

"Not good, too unprofessional. I need to ask Monkey to teach me again, or I'll be embarrassed!" He opened the cabinet:

"Damn, how much money have you stolen from our people! You deserve to die! If you hadn't, I would have made you sit on the tiger bench and drink chili water!" Hu Hao saw that the cabinet had two layers: the top was full of gold, and the bottom was full of silver dollars.

"Not good, the flag can't hold all this! I need to find something else to carry the money." Hu Hao started looking for something in the room that could hold the money. Finally, he had no choice but to take out the bedsheet, cut off the bloody part with his dagger, and laid it on the ground. He started putting the gold and silver dollars into the bedsheet.

"Ha ha, this time I'm rich! Enough to buy cigarettes for a lifetime! I won't have to rob those poor Japanese soldiers anymore; they don't have much to offer! Next time I need money, I'll steal from the officers. One robbery will last me for half a lifetime!" I also recommend my other published book. I have no choice but to advertise for myself!
