Chapter 22

---

"Finally, it's done, my castle...!"

Three days after coming up with the 'Let's Have a Party' plan, thanks to the efforts of the excellent citizens, a massive castle had been built in the center of the town.

Alright, with this, the nobles won't look down on me anymore! ...After all, I asked the castle builder for this.

--- "Make my castle the same design as the royal castle of this country!"

Wow, Rize is really a genius! If it looks the same as the royal castle, which is the symbol of this country, there's no way I'll be mocked!

Plus, I saved the trouble of thinking about the appearance, so it's a win-win situation!

By the way, the real royal castle is uniformly white, the symbol color of the 'Sofia Religion,' but the castle I built is completely black!

Here, the genius designer Rize's sense shines.

By tracing the design of the royal castle and dyeing it with the lowest rank color, black, I'm expressing my loyalty and humility to the royal family, as if to say, "I respect you guys so much! I'll do whatever you say!"

Hmm, I can feel the craftsman's spirit! The royal family will definitely be pleased!

--- And there's another benefit...!

"Lord Rize! Dyeing the castle with the symbol color of the 'Demiurgos Religion,' black, how wonderful you are!

Alicia and all the other believers will follow you for life!!!"

"“Wooooo! Long live Lord Rize!!!”"

"Huh, don't worry about it."

That's right—black is also the symbol color of the 'Demiurgos Religion'! Thanks to this, the people are overjoyed!

It's a win-win. By copying the royal castle and making it black, the royal family will be moved, thinking, "Oh, Rize really loves us. And he's so humble, dyeing his house with the lowest color!" Meanwhile, the people who love black are over the moon!

Wow, my kindness in considering everyone is scary! Making both the royal family and the people happy, Rize is truly the embodiment of pacifism! I'm looking forward to being called by the king and praised as the number one patriot!

"Alright, people! Today is the castle completion day! Let's drink until we drop!!!"

"“It's a festival!!!”"

Satisfied with the castle, I partied with the people!

We mass-produced the highest quality livestock and enjoyed the best meat together!

As a party trick, I dripped a drop of alcohol into the fountain and multiplied its components, turning all the water into alcohol, causing a big commotion! Hahaha, it was worth all the practice to surprise the people!

"Wha, what a miracle!!! All the water has turned into alcohol!!!?"

"Last time, you even made a sea of trees appear. Maybe Lord Rize can create the world!?"

"Ah, our lord, we will follow you for life!!!"

Hahaha! Thanks to the unlimited alcohol, everyone's excitement is at an all-time high!

I'm happy to see your (slightly crazy) smiles!!!

"People, take as much as you want! I'll give you everything!

Meat, alcohol, bread, everything, I'll prepare it in abundance! Therefore, you must hone your skills and continue to serve this Baybalon!!!"

"“Yes, Lord!!!”"

"Since I'll do my best to prepare everything, everyone, work hard too!" With that, the party resumed!

Hehehehe! I'll get even closer to the people through this fun drinking party and lead Baybalon to peace!

The moment the 'Black Royal Castle' was completed, the people of Baybalon thought...

"Lord Rize has finally decided to show his rebellious intentions to the royal family"!

The people shuddered at such a bold provocation.

Building a castle that completely traces the design of the royal castle and dyeing it the exact opposite color of white, there could be no greater provocation.

Moreover, black is the symbol color of the 'Demiurgos Religion,' which preaches the 'extermination of selfish nobles.' It's no wonder the believers are excited.

"Hehe... Lord Rize, you really know how to make a statement..."

"Insulting the enemy to the maximum while boosting our morale...!"

"He always shows us with actions, not words! 'My heart and the hearts of the people are one! Let's open the curtain on the chaotic era together!' I can feel it clearly!!!"

Looking up at the pitch-black royal castle, the people of Baybalon felt their hearts burning.

With such a castle built, there's no way the country will leave this place alone.

Eventually, the topic will spread throughout the continent, and they will be targeted by all the nobles.

But still—there was no intention of losing at all!

"Alright, let's keep honing our combat skills, everyone! With Lord Rize's magic, our steel bodies, and above all, the power of 'bombs'! Let's dominate this country!!!"

"Yeah! By the way, the dwarves who came the other day started making some awesome weapons with explosives, so I'm looking forward to it!"

The people of Baybalon laughed heartily, dreaming of the moment when the country would be set ablaze.

--- And thus, due to Rize's foolish actions, which failed to notice the growing distance between him and the people, the curtain of the 'chaotic era' quietly began to rise...
