Regarding this incident, if this is the only measure taken, it won't solve anything in the grand scheme of things.

I asked the guild, as the acting lord of Kikunoi, to issue a continent-wide warrant for the people who had defrauded them.

Actually, the guild in the imperial capital, judging that carrying eggs that could trigger a mass outbreak was malicious, designated them as wanted criminals across the entire continent.

If the trio is to be punished, those who defrauded them must also be held accountable.

The net of heaven is wide, yet it lets nothing through.

In this matter, I will not forgive them, even if I have to beg the gods.

On a different note, I decided to hire the three as security personnel and have them study combat techniques with swords, spears, and bows, as well as basic magic and general education in reading, writing, and arithmetic for three months.

This is the Kikunoi Elfin Boot Camp, but an unexpected turn of events occurred when Lala-san said, "It's not good if the one who initiated it doesn't do anything," and I, Regulus-kun, and Kana-kun ended up participating in the boot camp as well. Why is that?

While the curriculum is different for children and adults, it's quite tough.

On top of that, I started working on "The Adventurer's Guide for Beginners" with Laurent-san, so it's been quite exhausting.

The incident with the trio essentially stems from the fact that they became adventurers without proper training or knowledge, which made them easy targets for fraud.

The best thing would be for them not to enter dangerous professions without knowledge or preparation, but economic circumstances don't allow for that.

So, I thought about providing education when they register with the guild.

When they register as adventurers with the guild, they will undergo a certain amount of training, and afterward, those who wish to can purchase a set of adventurer's clothing at a discounted price with certain conditions.

The clothing set will be provided by Effet·Papillon.

Shirt, cloak, gloves, boxer shorts, pants, chest plate, knee pads, and shoes.

Each item will be enchanted properly to prioritize the protection of their lives.

However, before giving them these items, they will have to participate in practical training to fully understand their own abilities.

This is one of the conditions, and the other is to assist in maintaining the security of Kikunoi.

Oh, I have so much to do.

The company is starting to generate some profit, and Kana-kun helps with the calculations, but if the volume increases, I'll need to assign someone to the accounting department.

If I move the most capable Rottemeyer-san to that position, the operation of the mansion will suffer.

You see, managing a household is like running a business. Without Rottemeyer-san's management skills, the Kikunoi mansion will be in trouble.

The shortage of personnel is really tough.

I'm thinking so much and taking so many actions that I feel smoke might start coming out of my head, but I can't keep up...

When I shake my head, my bones creak. I feel like my shoulders are more tense, but maybe it's just my imagination.

My day starts with getting ready and having breakfast in the morning. After that, I go for a walk while singing, take care of the animals, participate in the Elfin Boot Camp, and have lunch. In the afternoon, I work at Effet·Papillon, including meetings with Laurent-san. In between, I read books or practice writing with Regulus-kun.

By the way, Regulus-kun seems to have developed a hobby. He often plays a territory game with Kana-kun using the long-tailed tits and chicks I prepared as game pieces.

Kana-kun also helps with my work and studies with Regulus-kun after lunch, and he's been very active.

After finishing playtime and study, we have dinner. Twice a week, we have a meal with everyone who works in the mansion under the pretext of learning manners.

After that, it's bath time, and after the bath, Lala-san gives me a massage and spa treatment.

Then, until bedtime, it's my hobby time. During this time, I talk about handicrafts and theater with Ice Wheel-sama, and I go to bed an hour later.

Tara-chan spends her afternoons in the sunroom and returns to my room at night to make a canopy with thread every day. The canopy is reused as material the next day.

Even with such a busy schedule, I make sure to take a day off once a week.

I do this for everyone in the mansion as well. Working without a break is not good. Fatigue reduces work efficiency.

So, I, Regulus-kun, and Kana-kun take one day off per week to go out and play.

This is the second day off since we picked up the trio.

Victor-san took us to the city with the trio.

Thanks to the two weeks of proper nutrition, with three meals a day and snacks, Romeo-san, Tibault-san, and Mercutio-san have regained their skin's luster, and Kana-kun jokes that they've "turned from old men into young men."

During the first week, the trio was very awkward, but by the second week, they seemed to have gotten used to it a bit.

When we were told, "This way," we walked down the main street of the city's adventurer-oriented entertainment district.

It's lively at night, but it's relatively quiet during the day. Still, restaurants are quite busy.

As we passed by, we saw a building that looked like a tavern with a signboard and flowers.

When we reached the signboard, Kana-kun exclaimed, "Ah!"

"This is the café where the choir girls are!"

"Choir girls?"

"Are there girls there?"

I remember they said they were building a dedicated theater for underground idols.

So, are they going to give us a concert today?

Excited, I slipped into the café door. Inside, there was a small stage and a piano, and someone was sitting on the piano bench.

When Victor-san beckoned us, we took seats in the middle where we could see the stage clearly, and five girls ran to the center of the stage from the sides.

A girl with chestnut hair and cute dimples, a girl with wavy blonde hair that reached her back and a gentle aura, a girl with silver hair that reached her waist and a mole that made my heart skip a beat, a girl with large eyes and auburn hair in a ponytail, and a girl with black hair in a braid and glasses. They all looked to be about the same age as Utsunomiya-san, around twelve or thirteen.

"The chestnut-haired girl is Rin-hana, the blonde girl is Schnee, the silver-haired girl is Rynne, the ponytailed girl is Stella, and the black-haired girl with a braid is Mio."

"Nice to meet you, please take care of us!" the five of them bowed in unison, so Regulus-kun, Kana-kun, and I bowed back and said, "Nice to meet you."

Romeo-san, Tibault-san, and Mercutio-san, who came with us, also bowed out of habit.

"Today, I want you to name this group of girls, and there's a very important matter I want to discuss with them and the Romi-tan group. I wanted you to hear it as well."

"What is this important matter...?"

"Three months from now, I want them and the Romi-tan group to participate in a competition held in the imperial capital as a test of their strength."

What is this?

The sound of a piano note, played by someone, echoed loudly in the quiet café.

Thank you for reading.

I would be grateful for any ratings, comments, or reviews.

I've also written various activity reports, so please feel free to check them out.
