"Huh? It appeared!"
After several days of being confined to the fifth floor, I finally started to get used to hunting, and the drop box finally appeared.

"Merchant Level 34 and Luck 502. It seems the problem was indeed with the luck part, huh?"
On the second floor, a luck of 300 was needed to drop the "Drop Box."
On the third floor, a luck of 400 was needed to drop the "Drop Box."
On the fourth floor, a luck of 400 was needed to drop the "Drop Box."
On the fifth floor, a luck of 500 was needed to drop the "Drop Box."
"It can also be seen as the necessary values steadily increasing..."
I opened the drop box.
"That's strange, if my memory serves me right, this drop box should come from a Warrior Kobold..."
So far, the Warrior Goblins and Warrior Kobolds have only dropped "Ingots" or "Power Scrolls." In particular, on the third floor, most of the drops were ingots, and starting from the fourth floor, power scrolls also began to mix in.
However, what came out on the fifth floor was...
"A Mana Potion, huh..."
Mana Potions are essential items for mages and priests to use magic, and they are traded for 10 silver coins each.
I myself, as a magic user and a solo adventurer, always keep about 20 in stock in my item box.
Hunting on the fifth floor can sometimes require 2 or 3 Mana Potions per floor, so the consumption is quite high, and this drop is very helpful.
While storing the Mana Potion in my item box, I thought to myself.
"Probably, the items in the drop box have a rarity, and the deeper you go, the higher the rarity of the drop items you can obtain, right?"
And the luck determines whether or not they drop.
"Indeed, if the same items drop on both shallow and deep floors, no one would bother going to the deeper floors, right?"
Because it's more profitable to increase the hunting turnover rate on the shallower floors, like I do.
"Maybe that's why I haven't seen any of the rumored magic items?"
The "Magic Dagger" I bought before and the short sword I'm using now are both dungeon drops.
Thanks to the "Item Drop Rate Increase Level 5" skill, I encounter drop boxes more often than other adventurers.
Yet, so far, only ingots and scrolls have dropped, which might be because the items that drop on the shallower floors are fixed.
"Maybe my 'Item Drop Rate Increase Level 5' skill only works on the deeper floors..."
The required luck will change, but this skill is too valuable to waste here.
"At least, I won't need to buy Mana Potions from now on... No, rather, I might become the seller?"
What kind of face would Salome make if I sold her the Mana Potions she was eagerly waiting for?
I continued hunting while imagining this.
"Phew... I think I'm starting to understand it?"
After a day of hunting, I took a break in the corridor and checked the contents of my item box.
The types of monsters on the fifth floor had increased, so I made a conscious effort to remember which monsters dropped what.
The results were as follows:
"Warrior Kobold" ... Basic: Mana Potion, Rare: Mithril Shard
"Warrior Goblin" ... Basic: Mana Potion, Rare: Mithril Shard
"Kobold Archer" ... Basic: Silver Quiver, Rare: 3 Mithril Arrows
"Goblin Mage" ... Basic: 2 Mana Potions, Rare: Unconfirmed
"Kobold Warrior" ... Basic: High Potion, Rare: Unconfirmed
"Goblin Tank" ... Basic: High Potion, Rare: Unconfirmed
"Hobgoblin" ... Basic: 2 High Potions, Rare: Unconfirmed
All of these are useful items.
Especially the rare Mithril Shards, which apparently weigh the same as an ingot for every 50, so handing them over to Salome should fetch a decent amount of money.
"Still, I underestimated the effect of the skill a bit."
I had forgotten because no drop boxes had appeared recently, but the "Item Drop Rate Increase Level 5" skill uses "Designated Skill Effect Multiplier."
Today, I killed 150 monsters, but 20 drop boxes appeared.
Mana Potions and High Potions are traded at quite high prices, so flooding the market with them would cause price destruction.
I can only gradually supply them to Salome while using them myself.
"If I can chug them, hunting will become much easier..."
It doesn't look like I'll be in the red for future hunts. I began to consider battle strategies that involve using powerful techniques in succession.
