In front of the Sakura House.

Suyu saw Hoshizaki Shizuka from a distance.

If she were wearing a kimono and standing there quietly, she would look very beautiful.

Unfortunately, she was leaning against her sports car, wearing a white windbreaker, and smoking a cigarette.

"Do you want to live here, Yui?" Hoshizaki Shizuka smiled at Yuigahama Yui.

"Yui, I envy you so much." Miura Yumiko whispered.

Suyu, who was walking in front, pretended not to hear their conversation and introduced the Sakura House to Hoshizaki Shizuka.

All six rooms had been fully renovated, with similar styles and sizes.

Suyu lived in a room on the third floor.

According to him, going upstairs would be a form of exercise.

Hoshizaki Shizuka chose a room on the first floor without hesitation.

Suyu opened the door to the first-floor room.

After entering, they came to the living room.

The living room could accommodate a set of sofas and a coffee table, with the kitchen directly opposite.

The living room looked spacious, with enough room for furniture and appliances.

The bedrooms consisted of a master bedroom and a smaller one.

"Nice room, I'll take it." Hoshizaki Shizuka looked around the room, satisfied.

"Here are the keys." Suyu handed her the keys to the room and the main door.

"Regarding the price, my previous apartment cost 900,000 yen per year. Let's go with that price." Hoshizaki Shizuka took the keys and looked at Suyu.

"800,000 yen. That's the price I know. If you think it's cheap, you can treat me to a barbecue after you move in." Suyu replied.

"Alright, I'll treat you to a barbecue then." Hoshizaki Shizuka smiled, knowing the real price.

"Do you want to see my room?" Suyu looked at the three girls.

The three girls nodded.

Hoshizaki Shizuka and Miura Yumiko looked at Yuigahama Yui with smiles on their faces.

Yuigahama Yui's face was tinged with a blush.

"I'll leave now. I'll probably move in tomorrow." Hoshizaki Shizuka looked at the three girls and decided not to stay and disturb them.

"See you tomorrow." Suyu nodded.

Hoshizaki Shizuka turned and left.

The three girls walked out of the room and prepared to go upstairs.

Suyu glanced at their sailor uniforms and quickened his pace to lead the way.

The three girls didn't realize anything at first until Hoshizaki Shizuka whispered something in Yuigahama Yui's ear.

Yuigahama Yui was taken aback and looked at Suyu in front of her.

"Suyu-kun is so gentle, even noticing such things. Yui, I envy you." Hoshizaki Shizuka's face was filled with a smile.

"Hoshizaki..." Yuigahama Yui blushed.

She felt that Suyu must have heard her.

Suyu, who was walking in front, pretended not to hear.

When they reached the third floor, the three girls understood why going upstairs was considered exercise.

The stairs of the Sakura House were much longer than those of ordinary apartments. The three floors felt like four.

Suyu opened the door to his room, which was located at the back. Hoshizaki Shizuka had also chosen a similar room on the first floor.

"Please come in." Suyu said to the three girls.

The three girls, filled with curiosity, entered Suyu's room.

There were enough slippers in the entrance.

After changing their shoes, they entered the living room.

The living room had sofas and a coffee table, with a few calligraphy and paintings on the walls.

The room's decor had a Chinese style.

Suyu placed snacks on the coffee table, then took fruits from the refrigerator, placed them on a plate, and brought them to the girls.

"Suyu-kun, is this a home karaoke system?" Hoshizaki Shizuka saw a new set of equipment next to the TV.

"Is it? I haven't used it yet." Suyu glanced at the equipment.

So this is a karaoke system? He initially thought it was a sound system.

"I remember this set costs several hundred thousand yen. Do you plan to open a karaoke bar at home, Suyu-kun?" Hoshizaki Shizuka walked up and skillfully turned on the equipment.

"This must have been prepared by my parents." Suyu shook his head.

"Shall I teach you how to use it?" Hoshizaki Shizuka turned to Suyu after hearing this.

"Sure." Suyu nodded and came to Hoshizaki Shizuka's side, listening to her instructions.

"Yui, if you want to come to Suyu-kun's place in the future, you now have a reason. You should seize this opportunity." Miura Yumiko reminded her.

"I... I haven't decided yet..." Yuigahama Yui's voice was very soft.

"Haven't decided? Then get Suyu-kun's contact information first and get to know him gradually." Miura Yumiko gave her advice.

Miura Yumiko watched the two with a smile.
