Promotions for the movie soon began, and the Childhood Sweetheart’s name undoubtedly appeared as one of the leading roles in the cast. As a movie with a large investment, even if it is a romance film, the publicity of it was quite big.

After the movie was publicized, I gave the recording pen to the Film Emperor’s apartment building cleaning staff. I also gave him a sum of money, enough to make sure he doesn’t talk about my involvement. But just in case, I went in disguise as well.

After that, I asked to meet up with my editor friend, B. We decided to meet in a coffee shop and I again thanked him for his help. He gave me a fake smile and I clearly sensed that he was in a bad mood.

I noticed this and like any other considerate friend would do, I inquired what was wrong. He hesitated and asked what I would do if I ever experienced being cheated on like the man in the movie?

I told him: I’ll forget that it happened and continue to be with my husband. Because I love my husband. But of course, those words were just lies. I can’t possibly tell him that I planned to murder my husband.

He seemed very angry and expressed his disbelief. After B suppressed his fury, he told me that if I ever changed my mind, to come find him and that he knew the best lawyers and will do all that he can to help me.

I smiled and told him that it wouldn’t happen. After all, I love my husband very much. Love to kill him, because he wanted to cheat on me. Naturally, I didn’t say that last part.

Sitting across from me, B sighed deeply.

I think in his heart, he thought of me as someone pure. So pure that even though my husband had cheated with a third party, unknowingly, I still naively helped paved the path for the mistress like a foolish little girl.

It would be great if that’s how people see me as.

Since the movie began its promotions, my husband’s odd behavior had clearly abated a little. After all, the Childhood Sweetheart he cheated with will act in that kind of movie. If he even had a bit of worry about the childhood friend’s reputation, he wouldn’t let me die at this moment.

I, however, want him to die slowly.

Little by little, I began to replace his medications.

But I still don’t want him to die this early. At least just until the Childhood Sweetheart finishes acting the third party in the movie, or until the movie hits 100 million at the cinema box office.

Previously, I went into my husband’s entertainment company. I wanted to see how many people were like Stupid Wu Zai.

The higher they jump now, the more likely they won’t be able to escape when I settle accounts with them in the future.
