Chapter 6

When I woke up, I put away the mysterious fur that I had used as a futon, washed my face with elixir, rinsed my mouth, and then drank a little.
I don’t feel like I slept for a long time, but I definitely feel well-rested. Honestly, I think I slept better than when I was at the Golden Wind party.
I recall the various treatments I received from my former comrades. Especially when I think about the recent expulsion, my eyes burn with anger. I will definitely, absolutely, live to return and show them!
I feel a bit hungry. This is dangerous. The worst-case scenario is eating Minotaur meat, but I have some resistance to eating something that looks so human. I need to find something edible as soon as possible, no matter what.
I moved as quietly as possible and arrived at the room where I had fought the Minotaurs earlier. I took out the weapons they had from the storage and tried to see if I could use them, but sadly, I could barely lift them. I gave up on using weapons, put them back in storage, and moved to a new area.

To summarize, there were only Minotaurs on this floor. Thanks to leveling up, or perhaps because I’ve gotten used to it, my vision has improved slightly, and I can now sense the presence of Minotaurs a bit better. I’ve been ambushed less often. There were several dangerous situations, but I managed to defeat them using Dragon Breath. I think I’ve now defeated all the Minotaurs on this floor. Since Dragon Breath is limited, I used only what was necessary and tried to conserve it as much as possible.
The dungeon has a fairly simple structure, and I’ve explored all the rooms except for the one where the dragon was.
During my exploration, I found a staircase leading up, so I decided to climb it.
I started to feel a bit anxious because my hunger was getting worse.
The next floor seemed to have almost the same structure as the previous one.
I emerged from the room with the staircase and cautiously entered the next room.
**BOOM!!**
As soon as I entered, I sensed something and heard a sound, so I quickly jumped to the side. A ball of fire passed where I had been standing and exploded in the hallway. In front of me was a black dog about the size of a foal, with flames dancing from its mouth.
It’s a Hellhound!
I’ve heard stories about them before. This is bad. It’s a far too powerful monster for me right now. But, will my breath work on it? The Hellhound lunged at me. I instinctively extended my right hand and released a breath.
**BOOM!!**
The lightly released breath instantly burned the Hellhound’s head to a crisp. I did it. I can do this. And I’ve got some food too!
Numerous red lights floated in the back of the room, the fire leaking from the Hellhound’s mouth. I was in a frenzy, burning the approaching Hellhound to ashes.
This is a scene of a nearly naked man screaming, but a cute heroine is expected to appear soon. Please wait a little longer.
